They cook all their food fresh to order, and not once have I eaten there and walked away feeling bloated like I do with Chinese food. They do not use MSG, and the food is Simply Amazing. Good curries: yellow, red and green. I've tried them all. The service is excellent, food used to be better when the original owner opened it. It is still good. My only complaint is they don't open on Sundays and basically ANY HOLIDAY. They were closed on Columbus Day! read more

Discovered this little spot from yelp and it lived up to the hype. Been here twice and left feeling good. Had the green curry then had the red curry and pad kee meoooow the second visit. Go if you want to risk food poisoning. We tried it for the first time last week, no issue. Just yesterday we placed an order for the same items only this time everyone in my family that ate the chicken fried rice got food poisoning. I assume they make it ahead and then dont keep it at the proper temperature throughout the day leading to unsafe food. Im not risking it again. read more

We just moved to the area and wanted to try this restaurant right away because of the good reviews. We had the shrimp rolls appetizer and the Yellow Curry w/ Shrimp & Pad Kii Maow w/ Chicken lunch specials. I placed the order online and the order was hot and fresh when I arrived about 10 minutes later. I added a couple Thai Teas while I was there. Eat here! :). I was driving by and saw the yellow and red "Thai food" sign on 105. I never knew there was a Thai place in Montgomery! I checked it out in Yelp and had to give it a try. I'm glad I did. It's super fresh and super tasty food. The kitchen is right out in the open. Nothing to hide, which is fantastic! I had the cheese rolls, which were ok. I thought they were over priced. However, the Pad See Yu was EXCELLENT! Great flavor and very fresh. I had enough to take home. I got it with pork. I love the picture menu on the wall. We tried it for the first time this evening. The food was fresh and great quality. We are both on special diets for our health, and we had no problem finding many selections to choose from. My husband tried a seafood salad and I had a cellophane noodle with chicken dish. The shrimp in rice paper rolls are a tasty appetizer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a small family run restaurant in a small strip center that looks a bit tired, but don't let the outside appearance fool you. The food inside is some of the best Thai food I have ever had anywhere including Thailand! Everything is very fresh and extremely well prepared. The kitchen is right out in the open behind a bar, so you can see your food being prepared. Everything is clean and the smells coming out of that kitchen area when they are cooking simply can't help but make your mouth water! If you are looking for an elegant or romantic dimly lit restaurant, you may be disappointed in the ambiance of this restaurant as the decor is fairly minimal, but it certainly doesn't look junky or run down either. Just a nice little place with killer Thai food!! We visited for some take out and were absolutely blown away by the quality of every single item that we ordered. Every dish was among the best if not THE best rendition of that Thai dish that we have ever tasted. Be aware!!!! The customer is not right at this establishment. Ordered food with light spices to go. Got home 30 minutes later and food was tasty but VERY spicy. Called and let them know. They said no problem, we close at 9. Come back and we will take care of you. I drive 30 minutes 1 WAY and when I get there I was asked to drive back home and retrieve the spicy order out of trash to show them. I'm beyond baffled at customer service here. Oh my goodness! The food here is to die for! Their curry's are excellent and stir fries are even better! Service is top notch and food is served fast and hot! Prices are low and quality is high. My family and I have been going here every Monday for the past year and have yet to be disappointed. It's an extremely clean establishment, cleanliness has never been a problem. And their house salad - Mmmmmm! The owner is an amazing and caring person and if he ever gets back from Thailand make sure you get the chance to meet him. Very impressed with Thai Wok.
