I am a regular here and the food is ALWAYS delicious and fresh. I don't think I've ever had a problem with my food. I've never dined in, but would order through their website for take out (which I believe they no longer have that option). The location is small but clean and you can watch them making your food. The manager has always been so sweet and kind to me. I would recommend the pad see you chicken and thai tea. I was craving Thai food so I looked this place and I am so glad I did!!!! The flavors were amazing!!! First the sweet waitress brought us a salad with yummy dressing! Then we ordered the Thai egg rolls and they were so yummy! Perfect crispness and fresh tasty veggies inside with yummy sauce to dip. For our meal we got panang curry and the pad Thai both with chicken! Both were great ! Their flavors are so delicious and you can tell that it's fresh! We will be back again for sure! read more

Not a fancy place to eat and not a great place either. Fried foods always a bit over done. Can tell it's not home made but restaurant supply type. The only thing that makes it worth is its close to home and the wait is minimal. Very clean kitchen and the seating area is always very clean. I also think it's family owned and operated. read more

Walked in the restaurant and it looked very clean and nice. We were however the only people there at 6:00pm. Thought that was weird but decided to try it anyway. NOT what we were expecting. Our dishes were extremely oily. I have never had pad Thai that tasted or looked like this. The flavor was so salty and swimming in oil. That is the only thing you could taste besides the peppers. When the peppers are the best part of your meal that's a HUGE RED FLAG! My hubs meal was just as greasy and there was a weird taste to each of our meals. Couldn't put my finger on it but it tasted like perfume. They charge top dollar for sub par food! Pei Wei blows this place out of the water in Taste! read more

I was really disappointed, I love thai food and one of my favorite is pad thai. I ordered the pad Thai and the meat I ordered seemed to not have any seasoning at all the noodles had no flavor at all. I was really surprised as this had no spice to it at all. I added soy sauce and hot chili, with no change . The service was not so great either the server seemed to be more worried about playing with her phone then to make sure my mother even had tea. Sadly disappointed! read more

Nothing fancy inside, atmosphere like a doctor's waiting room with a few Thai decorations. The chairs are hard, the tables rock, the silverware is tired and the plastic cups appear 1970's vintage. So where does the 4 star rating come in? Okay, first the wait staff are friendly and efficient. Secondly is the food! I've been to Thailand and, well... I like the food here better. The curry dishes are amazing! Appetizers are really good too. Can you imagine this place with nice comfy booth seating, decent flatware & glass cups and updated decor? We come here almost every week. We love this place! All the entrees we've tried have been delicious. The vegetables are always fresh. It's a small restaurant with minimal, yet efficient staff. My boyfriend and I went here for dinner! The place was very clean and the waitress was incredibly friendly! I ordered the chicken pad thai mildly spicy and it was perfection! My boyfriend ordered the beef and broccoli extra extra spicy and thought it could still use more spice! Both dishes were generously portioned!! Bar none, the best food I've eaten since moving to Lake Conroe 3 years ago. Don't know why I didn't try the place out sooner, as I live, literally, across the street, but I wish I had. We have ate here once and ordered Togo once. The food was amazing!! We got pad Thai and yellow curry both times. My husband and I shared both the dishes and had leftovers. The service was also very good even when they were busy. We will continue to go here regularly. I really like this thai restaurant. It's close to home, has vegetarian options and the food is pretty good. I like that they give a salad with the meal and even tho it's iceberg lettuce it's a nice add. The vegetarian fresh spring rolls are just ok as there is not much to them. Peanut sauce served with them is tasty. Would be much better if they added more vegetables and tofu to the fresh rolls. Talk about being in the middle of nowhere. This surprise of a restaurant is by Lake Conroe across from April Sound. It's very easy to miss buried in a nondescript strip center. Has a knee-slapper of a name for sure. Once you're in, you see a nice mural on the wall with plenty of Thai posters abound as if you're at a consulate or tourist agent. With Thai new wave music playing in the background, this should be fun. Place was deserted so food comes out quick. Our fish cake appetizer was crispy with a nice spicy taste to it tempered by the pickled cucumbers accompanying it. Next appetizer was the baby finger rolls which look like tiny eggrolls filled with ground beef and carrots. It was very crispy, not too spicy, good flavors, and fun to eat. Our main fishes came out next. My pad kee mao (stir-fried rice noodles) were ok. Has a nice spice to it but the green beans were a bit undercooked and too crispy for my tastes. Compared to other Thai restaurants in Houston, this wasn't a great dish. The Penang curry we had on the other hand was very good. Got a nice kick and flavor to it as I would expect with any penang curry. Any meat soaked in this sauce is a winner. Staff here are very nice and friendly. This is a great option for me as there aren't too many Thai restaurants this far north and it's slightly closer for me than Ploy Thai in the Woodlands. Great option if you're bored with endless Tex-Mex on 105 and you're in the Montgomery/Conroe/Lake Conroe area. read more

Just stumbled upon this little jewel thanks to a small new sign they've recently placed out on 105. Excellent food and service. Pad Thai, green salad, fresh vegetarian spring rolls and chicken satay all A+. As a side note, when we entered for a late Saturday lunch, the owner was busy tidying up the spotlessly clean dining area and the restrooms are very, very clean! Sign on front door says BYOB-$4 corkage fee. We may take advantage of that at dinnertime on our next, inevitable visit. read more
