This is a well ran place. Always friendly service and consistent quality if food. I have to have my Thai fix at least once every other week (often more) and they are my goto. They serve their Pad Thai with chicken AND shrimp (as it should be) as is well prepared with great flavor. All the dishes are great. They renovated about a year ago and I think altered ownership...both have served them well. It is beautiful and clean inside now with lovely decor. The service was remarkably slow for the fact that we were one of two tables. There are drinks on the menu but they've "lost their license." One wonders how seldom they update their menu. The power in the bathroom was out, so I was unable to relieve myself. No suggestion was offered by our server as to what I could do instead, so I had to simply "hold it." The food was okay but the main courses arrived ten minutes apart. It was just okay. One was almost too spicy to eat but for some reason was not indicated as such on the menu. LOVE this place. Except they close at 10pm every night and aren't good about taking a to go order at 9:40. I have always felt restaurants that close at a certain out should SEAT until that time as well. We often order the Pad Thai, the sauce is perfect, not too much or too little. It comes with Shrimp and chicken. My favorite! Another favorite of ours is the Dragular's Nightmare with beef. Broccoli, beef, garlic and chillis. LOVE IT! Remodel is nice as well! read more

Thailand restaurant, you did it! They upgraded and improved, significantly. I came back after a long time since I figure I'll give it another shot. They remodeled just about everything, and it looks so so much better. I'm not sure if it's new owners but they have new waitresses and they are attentive and fast. I'm pretty sure this is one of my favorite thai joints in the beaverton area, especially at lunch time! Delicious and the pad thai is thee best. Whatever you get here, it'll be great. My favorites are pad thai and pad see ew, but everything else I've tried has always been great. Peep it for lunch since lunch specials are a great deal. This place serves very good Thai food. Unlike the many places in this area this is very close to authentic as you can get. The service is good and the prices are reasonable compared to other good Thai restaurants. It was nice to finally find a good Thai restaurant in this area. The only negative I can think of is that they seem reluctant to add too much heat to the food even when extra extra hot is requested :). read more

The food can be good... when they get your order correct. Unfortunately, that doesn't always happen. And don't expect an apology or an offer to make the item you ACTUALLY wanted. Instead, you'll walk out with a lame dish you never wanted in the first place and will end up going somewhere else. Literally got completely raw shrimp for the coconut shrimp appetizer. Another dish was full of onion despite asking for no onion. When I asked for a refund on the raw shrimp, they declined. I frequently eat here through postmates so I cant say much for the interior as I've never seen it. That being said, Thailand Restaurant is probably my most ordered from business on the app. They cook the food fast and its tasty and hot. I'm a huge tofu pad se ew fan and this place gets it right. Big rice noodles, Chinese broccoli, and actually bite sized fried tofu. The servings are usually enough for two meals for me but of course ymmv. The crab rangoons are also delicious and are a pretty good size. I believe one order contains 6 rangoons. 10/10 would consider visiting in person. read more

I've tried to like this place. But, after ordering take-out and eating in more than a few times I conclude that the food and the service are inconsistent at best. The service is either really good, or really bad. I ordered the sample appetizer and it was a joke. The fried food was miniature in size and fried to a deep golden almost black...pathetic. Even worse, the chicken satay was so thin you could almost see through it (as in the less chicken the better - for them). They can't get the spice right on any dish; if you ask for medium it burns your tongue off. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. read more

I went here with a friend on a Monday evening, and we were the only ones for awhile so we had the full attention of the waitress who was very nice! The ambience is clean and has a neat Thailand vibe. I ordered the Massumun Curry which is something I had never tried before and I was blown away! Seriously my new favorite. The food was made well and came out in good timing. Best Thai in the Beav, hands down! Half of our family has thai roots, so we know good Thai when we eat it. We've ordered delivery and take out here at least a dozen times but have not dined in. The food is consistently excellent and fresh. We order Pad Kee Mao, Panang, and the pineapple fried rice a lot and are never disappointed. The pricing is also very reasonable. Order here. We wanted to support a local business, and have it delivered. We used postmates, which you use the most when we do delivery. It took an hour, the app showed a delay at the business. When it got here, it was the worst Thai I've ever had. We ordered the new and improved Pad Thai, which tasted like tomato sauce and had DRY bits of chicken. We also ordered mago rice, which was the best of our order but horrible. When we called, they blamed postmates.....never again! read more

While the food was average for the local Thai fare, the service was deplorable. We were one of two occupied tables on a Monday evening so it was not a busy night. Our dishes came out so staggered that we figured they had completely forgotten about one of the plates we ordered (we would have asked someone about it but we weren't able to summon anyone from the back without a bullhorn) and were expecting the check to arrive when the fish finally came. Normally I would not bother to write about one meal gone awry; however what happened speaks to the culture of the business. I ordered the peanut sauce lover special with thinly sliced chicken and veggies with peanut sauce served on the side. The chicken was completely inedible; some overdone to shoe leather, some underdone. I sent it back. They offered me a choice of substitute, but my appetite had vanished. They brought me the check; I found a 10% discount had been placed on my bill--but I was still charged for the inedible dish. Perhaps I was expecting too much when I figured they would deduct the entire cost of the dish? I will leave you, dear reader, to decide whether a mere 10% off an inedible dish was sufficient customer service. I felt taken. So I paid my bill and left. read more

I really like this restaurant. We've been several times over the past year, as a couple and with our boys. I love the "Dracula's Nightmare," if you're not a fan of garlic this would not be for you. My husband and oldest enjoy the sampler and all the different sauces that go with it, I like it as well. Sometimes my husband orders the Pad Thai, which he likes and for special occasions we order Shirley Temples. They are friendly, often have a few decorations around which is festive and their straws often have been shaped, by hand, into a flower or other fun shape. They are located next to a place that could make looking out the window interesting, we've never had or seen any issues. Just across the street is Fred Meyer, so a great place to eat before you go shopping or if you're waiting for your student at THPRD on the other side of the street.
