I ordered bagel with slice lox. (Plain bagel) Omg! Loved it. I also added avocado. They are just amazing combinations. The saltiness of lox is just about right, balance with the avocado. Great great . Definitely gonna visit more often. read more

I tried this place two months ago (via DoorDash)... tried 'em for a simple breakfast bagel sausage & egg, with one chocolate chip bagel on the side. Dayum fine chow people!!! I have been coming back to this place every few weeks since. This is my go-to place for breakfast when I have a few extra minutes and I wanna get some good bagels, good breakfast sandwich and at good prices. Now I do not know if they make the bagels there or ship 'em in, and I am not a bagel expert, but it sure tastes like they make 'em there! And the bagels are effing HUGE! Definitely a fan! I first got introduced to THB after eating their catering at an event. I was so pleased with their bagels' softness and chew that I had to check this restaurant out. Pros: - kiosks: THB makes the ordering process convenient with kiosks. I like this addition because I am extremely indecisive and slow at picking what I want. - good bagels Cons: - Elevated prices - Presentation of the bagel - Long waits. I had to wait 25 minutes to get a toasted asiago bagel with butter. While I waited, a woman stood next to me clearly frustrated because she also had to wait 25 minutes and only ordered 2 plain bagels with no toppings. Coming back from a meeting that ran extra long, hubby and I were super hungry. I've been to THB before but not this location and it's been a while. I knew they did deli sandwiches so we stopped. We check the menu out. There wasn't anyone at the register so we went to the "check yourself station". However we were having issues, and it was obvious. There were folks behind the counter, at least 3 or 4. But every time I turned around all eyes went down. Purposely avoiding eye contact. Then finally a face appeared behind the register and I say we were having problems, could she take the order. She shakes her head. Now we proceed with ordering.. And not once did she say well that will be extra or that's an up charge. Or it would better if you ordered it this way. So my chicken salad on plain bagel with chips & a drink and his turkey on a crossiant with chips & drink was..... $27.00 The crossiant was extra, bacon on both sandwiches was $2.15, my cheese was extra. (See receipt in photo) I do understand the idea of food cost and profit . But as a representative of THB, the cashier should have mentioned that. At the time there were only about 4 other patrons, it took about 10-12 minutes for our food to be ready. I should add, that our sandwiches were pretty good. The chicken salad was just what it should be simple Mayo, salt pepper and chicken. Stopped in a week ago to get a coffee after leaving the CVS. Just wanted an Caramel iced latte. I thought it was okay - I like my iced drinks actually cold, so I could tell that they put ice over a recently warm batch of coffee. Flavor was good, but I wished I had just gotten an Caramel iced coffee. With this being said, I also got a chocolate chip coffee and after the drive home in the hot sun, the cookie about made my life. Service was beyond slow. We went at about 12pm and there were about 6 people in front of me. I waited about 20-30 minutes. My coffee came about 10-15 minutes before my bagel and by that time I was half way done with my coffee. The latte was 6 dollars and tasted like something I could make at home. Busy place with confusing and hard to navigate ordering kiosk. Last time I tried to eat here the one employee told me the pos terminals are awful and everyone has trouble with them. Months later it's still the same but they moved them and didn't fix the system to make it easier to use. I made an order and went to pay. I have a swipe card without a chip and the kiosk told me to swipe to pay but didn't do anything when I swiped my card multiple times. I tried again at the next kiosk and again at the third and none of them would take payment. I went to the front area where the employees are to get help or ask them to ring me up. Several employees walked by and look at me and walk away. I stood there for 6-7 minutes and no one would help me. I left and I won't be coming back anymore. Just go across the street where a person will take your order and help you. Thb isn't worth wasting your time in the morning and employees don't care they are just like zombie robots. read more

Wow, I really underestimated this new bagel place in Charles Village! My New Jerseyan colleague looooved it and is a bagel connoisseur. The lox/salmon on the everything bagel was the most perfectly toasted I've had: crunchy on the outside, soft and piping on the inside. Heart eyes. Perfect lunch place during the work week! A great place to stop by if you ever need breakfast following a late night of studying. They have one of the best bagel egg sandwiches around. Food: Hot, melty cheese and an egg on a toasted bagel, count me in. And their bagel selection is outrageously awesome. They have so many bagels to choose from so I never feel bored and their Asiago bagel is amazing! Employees: Always friendly and happy to see you. They employ a very diverse crew and it makes me happy to visit them. Cleanliness: Very clean every time. No complaints here. Layout: This is a unique section I usually don't comment on but this location has one of the most unique, awesome layouts for studying. They offer a mix of booths, tables, and bar stools to eat at and is even two floors. Price: Not bad. It runs you $3-$4 for an egg sandwich and $5.50 for a bacon egg and cheese on asiago. Definitely better pricing compared to other Charles Village eateries. Overall: THB grew on me. I wasn't thrilled the first time due to a lackluster experience but every time afterwards has been great. Great food, great location, and great people. I'll be coming back soon! read more

One bagel is $1.00 and if you want butter then it's $2.10. How is it butter is more costly than the bagel?? Came here on a Sunday morning. It was practically empty (They had just opened maybe 15 mins earlier.) Service was great and quick. I had the bacon, egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel. It was awesome, fully cooked bacon, no eggshells in my eggs, lightly buttered bagel . The best thing about this THB compared to the one in Lutherville is that it is so much bigger and it really fits in with the crowd it's intended to serve. Was looking forward to trying this place. Now that I've gone, it's doubtful I'll return, though what impacted my experience might have been that I ordered my food to go. I ordered an omelet which came with potatoes. The omelet was served over the potatoes for some reason, rather than next to them. This made the potatoes incredibly mushy and unappealing. The omelet itself tasted pretty good. For the bagel I ordered, I requested it be extra toasted. What was given to me looked untoasted. Small butters were placed in the packaging but they were completely melted and unusable. Please, pack the butter separately. When I arrived to pick up my order, it took a long time for the counter staff to acknowledge me. Once acknowledged, I found they weren't very friendly. One star given for the taste of the omelet and one star for having Barbara Tucker's "Beautiful People" playing inside the restaurant. Otherwise, forgettable. read more

I LOVE THB. I think the bagels are excellent and they always have a lot of different flavors available. Definitely one of my favorite everything bagels in Baltimore. I often order a bagel and lox, and the lox are always fresh. Their bacon egg and cheese is also incredible. Lots of cheese and perfect for a hangover. The coffee here is decent, nothing too special. This location has a lot of seating and an open layout. I see a lot of Hopkins students in there studying. Coming here is always a treat! read more

Owings Mills. I live 5 minutes from THB but never been to Mill Station. Large curbside sign and signs inside stating, 1/15 is National bagel day, so I decided to try it. I went in and cashier said you MUST get app. She showed me The TINY space that said must get app. Also spoke to manager. They list a potential life custom for a bagel. I have lived in Baltimore for five years and am very upset that I did not come here sooner! I LOVE bagel sandwiches, and this place definitely does them justice. In addition, I've got Jersey routes and I am so happy that they offer Pork Roll (Taylor Ham). Since my first trip, I've now been to both THB locations in Baltimore. This place used to have a decent breakfast bagel but the quality has fell off tremendously recently. The bagel itself is very mediocre, the egg is flavorless, there's way too much cheese and the bacon is cooked a bit too long. Maybe just right if you like it crispy though. Also a very dry sandwich that ends up tasting like a cheese bagel sandwich that has been left out for half an hour. And for all this they charge over five dollars. I'll try the lox and maybe I'll feel differently but I probably won't be eating here again if not. Sadly this is probably the only place nearby that you can get a real egg sandwich.
