It was flaky and moist. 4pc Alaskan Cod Fish & Chips- I ordered it half Beer Battered and half Panko Fried. The panko came out dry but had a better crispness to it. The beer battered is the way to go. The fish was moist and flaky and the batter was nice and light as well. Plus the chips ( Fries) where amazing. I believe they were double fried.
