Menu at The Bricks of Ybor, Tampa

The Bricks is a classic bar‑restaurant, the kind of place where you can settle in with small bites, a good beer or a cocktail, and feel like you've found an easy rhythm in the middle of Ybor. This was our third stop of the evening and a genuinely pleasant one, helped along by Andrea, who was friendly, upbeat and made the visit feel even more relaxed. We ordered beers and their roasted hummus, which came with thin‑sliced cucumbers and carrots. When one of my friends mentioned that he's allergic to carrots (yes, really), Andrea didn't hesitate. She brought out a basket of tortilla chips so he could enjoy the hummus without worry, and the rest of us made sure the carrots stayed far from the shared plate. It was a small gesture, but it added a nice touch of hospitality. The whole place has an easygoing vibe, the kind that makes you want to linger a little longer, and its spot right on the main drag of Ybor makes it an ideal pause point on a walking tour. It's a dependable, welcoming stop that's well worth including. [Review 41 of 2026 - 2226 in Florida - 25232 overall]

We found this place because it was close to our hotel and we were craving dessert! There was a great band playing and the service was excellent! We had espresso martinis, a brownie and ice cream! It was exactly what we were craving! Their food menu looked fantastic and the food coming out looked delicious but we never made it back to try any of it.

The nachos were layered very well. They lived up to the name. I would've preferred more meat, but that's okay because the service was impeccable. I actually only talked to one person (very sorry, I don't remember the name. Brad? I think he may have been bald or he had really short hair. That was two weeks ago so I really don't remember). Anyway, he was really friendly, so I'm giving 5 stars. The nachos are about a 3.5 but the experience as a whole was 5

Came for the vibes left with a stomach full of good food. Staff was super friendly and helpful I went during a pop up with alter ego so the menu might've been exclusive but nonetheless everything that came out looked delicious I got the breakfast burrito and my friend got the avocado toast both were delicious the jalapeño aioli is a MUSSTTT TRYYYYY it took my burrito to the next level. They also serve drinks and coffee. There is a beautiful outdoor space with really cool art I can't believe I've never been here. I'll be telling everybody about the sauce

Happy hour is where it's at!! Regular prices are a bit much, but you can't beat a $4 well or $5 draft! Chill vibe, seemed like a nice place for locals and also for those like us, who came from out of town to see a show at the Ritz! Staff was super attentive, checking in multiple times to make sure we didn't need a new drink or want to order food. Around 5:30 things get a little dark and moody. The staff shut the lights out put or candle to get ready for the night life. Cute and subtle switch up, but it makes a big difference. We didn't order food personally, but the smells were smellin' in the best of ways! The table in front of us had two women, one ordered some kind of salad and the other ordered nachos. The nachos looked amazing and I did notice that the woman eating them did not finish the bowl, so they definitely could have been shared. If we end up here again the Nachos will be at the top of our list!

Spent the weekend moving our son to Tampa and decided to find this restaurant that I enjoyed over 8 years ago while working in Tampa. Atmosphere was amazing, service was great, and food was wonderful as it should be!

Was visiting Ybor for a show and discovered this corner restaurant for Happy Hour. It was very nice on the inside and spacious, with kind service as well. The Happy Hour was from 4pm-7pm everyday which is a blessing and features $4 wells, $5 select drafts and house wines. While there there was not a $5 draft at first but the waitress talked to the manager and got one selected since happy hour was happening. We did not order food, but the food smelled and looked good. The only complaint really is that it is a bit pricey for certain things(exception being Happy Hour of course). But I do recommend trying it!

Was invited to meet with a friend for the end-of-the-year party there...had a great time. The vibe was good. The music was good as well... karaoke out on the porch it was hilarious. I loved seeing the different types of artwork that were displayed and overall environment was very nice. I will go back and will highly recommend.

Typical sports bar, nothing that makes it stand out from any other sports bar honestly. The location is pretty convenient and it has plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Fun spot to grab a drink and watch games/fights as there are plenty TVs. The food is pretty good, again, typical sports bar food but it's good! Just a warning.... the mozzarella sticks are GIANT logs. My bf and I ate them before our meal and honestly we were pretty full from all the cheese. Otherwise they are really tasty :D

The bricks is a cool spot. It's at the end strip of ybor so it's no in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I sat at the bar, the service was great, the food was pretty tasty. It's a nice place to go before you hit the ybor strip and start drinking!

Back from the dead, The Bricks rises like the phoenix from the ashes of Covid. I've been keeping an eye on this place for a while now. They are open again! The menu has been chopped down to a manageable size. The staff is almost all new but the vine is the same. I came on a friday night early, like 7pm and they were kinda slow. Sat at the bar and ordered a bartender special, ask them what their best drink is and let them make it. I got a tiki type drink with mezcal that didn't have a name. It was pretty good and I liked the dehydrated lime, nice touch. I ordered the bird and pig sammich, i just saw honey and brie. It was fantastic, i ate every bite. The cabbage slaw was decent but I'd pick something else next time. They have coffee, full bar and creative meal ideas for a decent price. What else can you ask for in Ybor? Do yourself a favor, be the brick just waiting for a window to smash!

    Black bean hummus

Came here for a quick stop while we waited for our hotel to be ready. Nice little vibe in here. The playlist is off the chain, and the staff is super friendly. Ordered the Original Sin Hard Cider. Super crisp, and light. For an app I went with the black bean hummus. Exceeded my expectations for sure. This place deserves to be packed on the weekends. No stone unturned.
