I believe this place used to be a Mexican restaurant, but it's now been converted into a brunch spot. There is seating inside and also outside on the patio. The patio is super cute, green, and shaded. The staff are friendly and attentive. Parking is limited and the layout is a little weird, but it's free. The menu is pretty diverse. There are many options for mimosas, which other places do not provide. The food is delicious and presentable, but it does take a while to receive. My potatoes were seasoned well and crispy. The bacon wasn't too chewy and had a bit of char. The toast was buttered well. They do have jelly already available on the table, along with salt and pepper. All in all, it's a great place. I'll definitely be coming back very soon.

Amazing food! Excellent service and I can't wait to come back and try more! Alexis was very friendly and attentive. Parking could be a little rough but there Is street parking and a lot behind them. Oh and the sourdough bread is FIRE!!

This is very happy place. Food is made to order and summer, our waitress assured us that anything can be modified. This is one place where I felt confident my very specific dietary needs including avoiding cross contamination of vegetarian food with meat products can be avoided. Everything was presented so well! Clean restrooms. An extensive menu that has something for everyone. Most notably the staff is cheerful and happy and the care taken in maintaining cleanliness and eye for detail tell me that this is a place you can trust

We found this place charming, with a great selection of food. I had the Chorizo and Eggs and they were wonderful. My wife ordered the Piña Colada Crepes, which were just as delicious. Service was friendly and responsive the whole time.

LOVED this place! We happened upon this place when we were on the hunt for a new brunch spot and we were very glad we tried this place. It's a small and quaint spot, a few seats at the bar, some outdoor seating. We had about a 20 min wait, they text you when your table is ready. The mimosas were good, the food was delicious, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. PARKING: They have a small, private parking lot which was full when we arrived but there is street parking and people seemed to find spots nearby. We will for sure be back!

Some restaurants serve brunch. The Brunch Corner hosts a family reunion with better food every weekend. Alexis, Ashley, Alejandra, and Summer have you feeling like a regular by visit two and family by visit three. The kitchen staff deserve a standing ovation for making everything taste like it was picked, cooked, and plated in the last ten minutes, because it probably was! The vibe it's giving is family, the food is always fresh, and we will be back.

Our wonderful breakfast, biscuits and gravy and fruit topped french toast!

I am soo glad we happened in here today! I have literally traveled across this country trying biscuits and gravy to find the best ones in every city I have visited. Believe it or not, my favorite is right here in Carmichael! The biscuits were perfectly fluffy and tender and can stand on their own. Once you add the gravy, these topped the all of the rest. The gravy was just the right consistency. The balance of flavors was the best I have had. My wife had the French toast with berries and cream that she also loved. We are looking forward to our next visit and discovering what else they excel at.

Located in a sharp corner of Fair Oaks and Manzanita Ave is a newly opened beautiful building with outdoor and indoor seating. The place is super cozy, a little cozy for me due to seatings are a bit close but why not squeeze all strangers together and all can eavesdrop and everyone can be in one conversation J/K. Beautiful inside and outside. Parking 3.5/5 about 10 vehicles Service 5/5 Friendly and all smiles from entering and exiting the building. The ladies are like chameleon able to adapt to all the different personalities Food 4/5 was good and a lot better than some places I've been to in the area. The menu is grand for the small place. Bathroom 5/5 appears that someone upkeep with it. Maybe labeling the key the lady that came back with the key was to the men's restroom Definitely will be returning because the service is amazing and to give the other menu items an opportunity to be devoured by me. I am so glad the bathroom is on the outside. Let the funk stay outside

We came here one Sunday morning after mass in Carmichael and were overall pleased with the quality of food and reasonable prices. We got eggs over medium with potatoes and a meat omelette (I think it was beef or carnitas, it was the hubby's), the energy booster juice, and a hot latte. The energy booster unfortunately was missing the cucumber as they said they didn't have it but we ordered it anyway. The service was ok, the server we had was more in a hurry. The ambiance was packed and a bit on the dirty side. Looking at the floor, it looked like it could use a scrub. Overall, while the quality of food was ok the place just appears to look a bit tight and dirty. I rate this place a 3.5 and perhaps we will try again in the future.

My husband and I were looking for a new breakfast place to try and yelp took me to The brunch corner. It had good reviews, so I thought why not. Boy, oh boy those reviews were not wrong. This place is absolutely amazing. We were greeted by Alejandra and she's simply amazing. We felt welcomed. The inside is small and cozy. The food choices are great. There were so many options. I ended up getting chicken waffles and my husband got the egg Benedict with potatoes. Side note- they make their own chicken tenders and it's so good . This place definitely deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended

Family owned restaurant, with the kindest ownership and best food. I absolutely loved the huevos rancheros, with a side of extra spicy salsa! The potatoes were perfectly seasoned! The orange juice is freshly squeezed and coffee was delicious. The service was very quick and staff were friendly! They do have tight seating, but they offer patio seating which helps accommodate their guests. Either way, that doesn't matter when the food is this amazing! There are lots of options on the menu that I can't wait to try!

This was our first time trying this restaurant and it was packed! When we got in and sat down (didn't take long) we could see why. The service was top notch, they were so friendly and attentive. The place is small inside but there is outdoor seating as well. We didn't feel crowded at all. Now the food! Hubby got the chorizo scrambled I think it was. It was not too greasy, a little sweet and delicious! The potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft inside just like we like it! I had the carnitas omelet with the same delicious fried potatoes. Our meals came hot and fresh! We both still had plenty left to make breakfast burritos before work the next morning! We will be back with our family and of course already recommended to a handful of people. We just love supporting our local mom and pops! Try it! Yum!

Tasty food and good portions. Service was right on point. We are longtime customers of Ray Azteca and were very curious to try this place. It did not disappoint. Ask for senior discounts, they do offer them Chicken fried steak and chorizo and eggs were excellent!. Casual atmosphere. We will be back!

I was in the neighborhood so I decided to try this place again. The place is still very bright and clean, and the menu hasn't changed. A wide selection of a lot of different things. Primarily, crêpes and burgers. (of course) I decided to go with the Greek crepe. Cheddar, onions, feta, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and black olives. For my side, I chose the salad. Just as good as before. First of all, the salad, the greens were very fresh, and the vinaigrette had a nice tang to it. It was not overdressed as some people do on salads. The crêpe itself, it was tender, and it was large. They were very generous with the fillings, and everything played well with each other. I was kind of curious about mixing feta and cheddar, but it was amazingly good. The saltines of the feta was a wonderful contrast to the creaminess of the cheddar cheese. Both cheeses went well with the entire crêpe. I was going to try one of the dessert crêpes, but after this thing, I was full. Next time I will come in specifically for a dessert crêpe. Thanks again for another great meal

We came here after our 5-mile walk near the river, and this place was nearby. There were no customers dining in on a Sunday, very odd. So, we thought we've made a mistake and was about to leave, then one of the waitresses told us that they served breakfast and handed us a menu. The menu was very limited and overpriced! I ordered the lemon buttermilk pancakes with potatoes for $14!!! The menu stated 3 fluffy pancakes with housemade lemon curd with strawberries. What I got was 3 small thinly made pancakes with a tiny serving of lemon curd on the side. If you're going to serve me pancakes, I expect them to be huge and thick for that price! That one tiny strawberry I've got on top of my pancakes was a sad little touch. I expected a few strawberries like the menu stated and only got one! That was not worth my money! My friend ordered their breakfast croissant. This meal was a huge letdown! We could have had a decent breakfast someplace else.

I mentioned Fair Oaks Brew Pub as an option I found on Yelp &, as a local, he said it was a great choice. We almost immediately scored street parking only a few doors down. I'd never been to Old Fair Oaks Village before. Looking around, the little town center was more reminiscent of a historic gold country town up in the foothills than Sacramento suburban sprawl. The cutesy charm of the surroundings extended to Fair Oaks Brew Pub itself. Greeted as soon as we walked up, we chose to sit out in their inviting patio area on a perfect Spring day. Our server was along shortly. She was friendly, helpful, & the right amount of attentive. For brew pub fare, we both chose the Risky Burger. Essentially a Western bacon BBQ variation of their regular cheeseburger. Sides were upgraded to onion rings. For the brew, I got their Chicken Foot Pale Ale. Everything was up before long. The Risky Burger was outstanding. Crispy bacon, tasty onion rings (in the burger, as well as on the side), gooey melted cheese, & a perfectly cooked patty just juicy enough to turn the last bite or 2 of the whole burger into a bit of a mess. The Chicken Foot Pale Ale was decent for style, though a little old school in terms of recipe/ malts/ hops. Still, a refreshing pairing for the Risky Burger. All in all, Fair Oaks Brew Pub was a great spot to grab a bite & a beer in an unexpectedly scenic pocket of suburbia.
