Visited here last Sunday, place was fairly empty for a Sunday evening which should have been a clue. We ordered our food and as she swiped my card she proceeds to tell me 25 minutes for the food. We orders boneless wings? Why does it take 25 minutes to throw some sauce on those and serve them? When we finally got our order it was wrong, they only gave us 2 flavors instead of the 3 that we ordered and it was clearly stated on the ticket. When I pointed it out the gal said "well how many of the chipotle do you want?", my response was however many I was supposed to get with my order? I knew what she was getting at...we ordered 25 and because they messed up I already had 25 wings but that really wasn't my problem. 3 of us were splitting and that's what we ordered. She asked again and then said well you already have 25 wings, I said yes I do but that's only because you guys messed up so if I should have gotten 8 wings then that's what I am expecting. I ordered on line. Got there to pick up on time. Went inside and was greated. I told him I was there to pick up an online order. He asked my name and I told him. He responded that he didn't see an order for me. He said "Are you sure you ordered for this location?" I said yes. He asked if I was sure I ordered under my name. I said yes. I went out to my car to grab my phone & when I got back inside, he had found my order. He asked me to have a seat & I was next up. I sat down and started watching the football game. 17 minutes later, a young woman asked if I was waiting for something. I said yes, my order & she said "oh, it's right here." I asked why they didn't call my name & she kind of shrugged her shoulders. I took my food and left. I believe they were not monitoring incoming online orders, as it took the same amount of time to get my order after I got there as the original quoted lead time on app when order was placed. When I got home, I realized that my wings were not extra crispy, as requested, and I did not get any ranch with my order. This is not the first time I've had this type of service here. Two of the 3 times I've ordered online, it's been messed up. I will also be reviewing on Google and Yelp. read more

Definitely worthy of another visit. I didn't know what to expect when I first came in as this was the first day they were open. Was greeted politely from the lady up front and she also suggested some of the sauces. I got the Buffalo Fries with the pineapple jalapeño sauce and I thought it was great! I like to try different things so I will probably get something different next time. Could become a regular in the lunch rotation. read more

Dine-in is open, but don't waste your time unless you have a lot of it. It took us 20 minutes to get 2 salads and 15 wings, and then they got the order wrong. So now we've been sitting here for over 45 minutes - salads are finished, but still waiting for the wings. And the girl at the counter was so rude when my husband went to ask where our order was after the first 20 minutes, that his comment when he returned to the table was "We're never coming back here again." First time I check the place out not good, first they messed up my order by not giving me as many as I want to which I'm thankful for, seconds the food is not all that the wings were dried out no dipping sauce etc. ATL wings is a lot better I'll take the drive is well worth it. read more

Very disappointed... ordered 15 boneless wings and a regular french fry to go. The place was pretty busy but no where near packed, had several empty tables and a decent amount of customers sitting waiting for to go orders. It took FORTY minutes to get my order when I was told 15-20 minute wait when I placed my order. I had to go up to the counter and FINALLY ask how much longer itd be. I was told they were very busy and they wished everyone would have some patience. The girl went to check on my order and it conveniently was sitting on the counter ready along with a lot of other food sitting there ready. They didnt have carrots and only had celery which I requested mixed veggies. They forgot my extra ranch that I paid for and I had to ask for it. I got home (a whole two minute drive across the street) and my fries are soggy and my chicken is cold. The fries were the cajun fries that actually had good flavor and the wings did also have good flavor, but COLD AND SOGGY food is not worth waiting 20 minutes for, let alone 40. read more

My buddy and I came here and unfortunately we're severely disappointed and had a terrible experience. The traditional wings were extremely overpriced, it cost over 50 dollars for just 20 wings with 4 flavors, every other wing place I have been the standard is around 25-30. It than took 40 minutes to get the wings, I understand wings can take a bit but over 40 minutes for a slow time is pushing it. The service was really poor too, they were dealing with another angry customer who was frustrated as well on their order and after told us they were calling our name several times for our order, me and my friend were next to the counter and never heard name called and they brought everyone else's food directly to their table. The quality of the wings were not even close to the price we paid for, 3 of the flavors were okay, nothing special but the garlic Parmesan was so bad due to being overfilled with the seasoning could not even finish it. Sadly both my friend and I had a terrible aftermath from the wings too and had some bathroom issues over it. I don't think I can ever return to a place like this, especially when there is so many better alternatives for wing places. read more

This place actually used to be bomb but these past few times have been absolute TRASH from messing up orders to now switching up the ingredients in their sauces and made them WORSE !!!!! Don't not recommend anymore which is really sad considering this was my favorite place to go. read more

We have tried this place numerous times since they opened hoping it would get better after being open for a while. Every time we have gone (5 times) we have waited anywhere from 25-45 minutes for food. Even when placing an order ahead of time we waited 20 extra minutes from when the order said it would be ready and it was not busy. That's where my problem lies when we wait this long and it is not busy. Working in the restaurant industry I do not understand what the problem is. And every time there has been something wrong with food. This time the chicken tenders were over cooked. How are you a restaurant that specializes in chicken and you send it out over cooked? We were very excited for them to open in the neighborhood and this location definitely has not lived up to the hype. Really need to give another location a shot to see if they can redeem the experience. read more

I want to start off by saying the food is SOOOOO good. I always enjoy it, and the quality is always there! My problem is that I'm quoted 30 minutes and show up for my pick up on time and had to wait and additional 45 minutes for my food when I arrived... that's an hour and fifteen minutes for FRENCH FRIES AND WINGS. Yikes.... and I only ordered one thing. This isn't the first time my food hasn't been ready when I arrive and it wouldn't be a huge deal if I had to wait 5 minutes but 20-45 minutes is pushing it. The last time I was there the employees and female manager were talking about how they hate their job and how they wish they weren't at work... These statements make me not want to spend my money at an establishment with miserable employees. I understand they're understaffed so I don't want to be too harsh but I think corporate needs to come in to properly train, operations could be a lot smoother. read more

I was excited when this place opened. Went for the first time tonight. Ordered a reg buffalo fries with mild sauce and a few other items. We waited 20 mins for our order. The regular sized buffalo fries was about 80% fries and 20% mini chicken bites. The chicken bites were barely covered in sauce and the sauce did not have any flavor. The fries were pretty good. Wish there was more to the "world famous" fries than potato and dry flavorless chicken bites. We also ordered onion rings, pretty good batter, but over priced. $4 for about 5 onion rings. Over all, meh and over priced for the amount of chicken and flavor, and the long wait. read more

I will never again eat at a Buffalo Spot after having experienced low-end mediocre customer service from a inattentive front cashier staff, However this was just the beginning of the horrid experience since having to address to the staff that my order has been on wait for 17 minutes and for them to finally finish packing it since it looked like it was already cooked 10 minutes prior but seem to have forgotten about my order was disrespectful. It continued on with finally arriving home and realizing that the young female front cashier staff did not place my ranch sauce or special sauce in my order just added more to my dismay of this terrible establishment. It wasn't until tasting the cold food and the mango habanero wings that literally tasted like someone rubbed their armpit juices all over them that I decided to write this review in disappointment. Haven given the Buffalo Spot a spot in my lunch now knowing never again should I spend another penny at this establishment that I finish this depressing review at a fast food chain that needs to really up step their staff oversight and food quality/delivery time, best of luck. read more

Food is good but counter lady is very rude! Not only has she lost her compassion for human kindness but she throws out accusations like she has never made mistakes. My so. Was in there today to pick up his order, he had had a bad day at work, ordered his dinner online and was in a hurry to get home to end his day. Well he made an honest mistake by grabbing wrong food. So to add to his bad day, went had to drive all the way back to report what he had mistakingly done, return the order and retrieve his original order. She humiliated him in front of other customers by accusing him of purposely taking someone else's order as though he was a thief- NO it was a mistake we have all made because we are human and on bad days it can happen due to the over stress we all are feeling at this time in life in these staring days and simply when having a crappy day. Yes he made a mistake as we all have done! No it was not on purpose! No he was not "stealing" another customers food on purpose! Yes he returned it and retrieved his original order! You had no right to treat him badly and humiliate him in front of other costumers! And finally- why was the food out for pick up where anyone can touch another's bagged food? In this time, why isn't it put behind counter somewhere so an employee must hand out the food upon getting your name? It's a learning curve for all that have recently reopen, I get that too.
