Stopped by todaY for lunch. The restaurant was clean and only 1 table with customers and one person waiting for take out. Since we've never been here we ordered wings, the infamous fries, and breadsticks. The breadsticks were nothing special, not worth the $. The fries were fine but it's just fries with chopped up buffalo chicken fingers. We ordered 15 wings (12 medium 3 garlic Parmesan). The girls decided that they would give us 6 garlic Parmesan and 9 medium). I guess the girls are like the government and believe that they know what is best for us and we are not smart enough to order what we want. When I asked the girl why she said they were busy so that's what they decided to do, "sorry". So, 6 people constituted "busy"? FYI ladies, I only ordered a few because I wasn't sure if I'd like them. Guess what, I didn't, so I didn't appreciate having to throw them out. I gave them the opportunity to fix it and received an insincere sorry. I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for the real order so I didn't demand they correct their poor choice in changing my order. Just so we are clear, my receipt had the correct order, the girl cooking decided to change the order. They are lucky my husband picked up the order. I would have made them change it immediately. The whole thing is incredible. The medium wings were served cold and the garlic Parmesan were flavorless. So we tried it again, this time we called in the order ahead of time and that was very helpful. We also ordered the wings with extra sauce because they were so dry the first time. It sucks that you have to pay this extra fee, but it works and made the wings perfect. They were well cooked again- glad to see that wasn't a fluke. Still a little on the pricey side... but good to know that they're there in a pinch. read more

I come here often and think the food is good but I just don't understand why you continuously charge extra for ranch when your a wing place and it should be free with orders...but even at that 1.19 for a 3 Oz cup of ranch is robbing the customers ..this is not good for business read more

Been here twice. Biggest issue I see is there is no manager. Its run by a bunch of kids who do not have anything together. My order was incorrect both times. I ordered the California burrito with cheese no sauce on the wings. I get home no cheese and no special sauce that I was told was in the burrito. Another guest while I was there came back 2 times about missing items. I hope they get some sort of management and guidelines implemented. Waited quite a while for this location to open so we finally went here on the 13th of November and ended up fairly disappointed. We were missing several items from our order, which was actually pretty small which makes not a first good visit. I feel weird mentioning this, but the menu inside is pure chaos, it is hard to read because it constantly has pictures and words flying in and out of view, which keeps stealing your attention away, for us migraine sufferers, this is pretty annoying. The food is fine, but again, this was not a good first experience. Getting pretty sick of employees and businesses not caring about customers not getting all the food they paid for. read more

I don't get very impressed with Wing shops yeah I have to say that this one sticks true for 9 out of 10 items having some sort of Buffalo where Chicken in it. The staff member that I worked with had sort of rough exterior had on and tattoo but was completely professional and cheerful it was kind and definitely looked out for the needs of the customer. Loved this place the first time I came, they let me do 1/2 & 1/2 on boneless wings for the sauce choice. Today, was told no. Told her they did it last time, she said they need manager approval (no manager on site...). Why have THIRTEEN sauce options, and not allow your customers to choose two to try?? I love boneless wings and have tried several places around the valley. I had high hopes for Buffalo Spot, but after the first bite into the boneless wings, it was a no go. The sauce had good flavor, but the texture of the meat was chewy/rubbery. I couldn't bite straight through the wing, so I ended up throwing away the other 9. What a joke! Placed an online order you know, to support local businesses. On my way there I get a text to contact them because my order was canceled. I try calling multiple times; no answer. I get there and the girl is texting on her on her phone, the place was completely empty. I told her I had been repeatedly calling and nobody was answering. She gave some bs story about a mad rush of people that came in and just started grabbing orders. Anyways, long story short. She told me that they had to start canceling orders because they ran out of buffalo chicken...but she could make tenders if we wanted. Wait what? You have the chicken to make chicken tenders but not boneless wings?!?! You can't cut the tenders into bite size pieces and call them boneless wings‍?! So while my family and I tried to support this business, it fell short. For being a new location you'd think it'd be in better standing. Very disappointing. read more

Good food. Right by where I live to where I can walk here whenever I want to but customer service can be really crappy. If they just work on being more friendly to the customers and lose the tude. I think they'll be a good location especially being right across the street from PVCC AAND right next to Starbucks. So there's good customer traffic. read more

When I got home and pulled my food out of the bag I noticed my Cajun fries were missing and there was no sauce on my 5 piece boneless chicken. I called the business immediately and let them know. The lady who answered the phone said that only herself and the manager was working and she knows the fries were out with our order. I let her know they were not. She informed to come back and prove it. Prove it really I'm calling you over Cajun fries that I paid for. I wouldn't waste my time stealing an extra order of fries. I paid for something I did not receive. Horrible response to give to a customer. Also there were more than two employees working when we were there so please don't use that as an excuse. Always understaffed with only 2 people opening all the time in the morning and night, never open on time, and if they do open on time there is always a 30+ min wait. There is never a manager on a shift and when matt IS there he just stands around. Hopefully the new buffalo spot on 7st and bell doesn't disappoint like this location. Wait time for food of 20mins wasn't given until after we had paid. Wings weren't hot at all. Food order came out incorrect and when we told them they acted like they didn't want to give us the 8 wings with the correct sauce. There were 3 of us that ordered and we all got different sauces. The customer service here is absolutely horrible! The kids that work there either don't even acknowledge you waiting and they give you the same excuse every time your food either isn't ready to pick up or it's taking forever while you wait. The Buffalo Spot delicious food, great concept... but that's where it's stops... Friday Feb. 14th, (yes Valentine's Day) my family and I decided to get some buffalo fries and some other menu items to go, because I was unfamiliar with the menu I decided to walk in and what we experienced and saw was undesirable. First the place wasn't very busy but it looked like the patrons that where there were not happy, and I quick saw why, they where seriously under staffed one cashier/phone order taker/order delivery/milk shake maker, in the back I saw only 2 cooks/preps and no manager that I could see, the dining tables looked like they haven't been clean in hours and the wait for food was over 18 min. When we finally got our food we had opted to get the "special sauce on the side" we never got it... and after experiencing the wait I Wasserstein going to go back and ask for it... I give kudos to the girl behind the counter she did as good as she could and managed to keep everything together, the people in the back the quality of food was still excellent, but the down fall of this place is management, which manager in a Friday night (valentine's days of all Fridays) doesn't get extra help to work... or is out up front helping with the customers... Until they solve this problem I think The Buffalo Spot will be a no go in my book. read more

We ordered two items and waited over 30 minutes. They have a dumb ass policy where they prioritize phone orders. So the people who walk up to order end up waiting an eternity and the people who ordered on the phone just walk in and walk out. i would've been better off stepping outside the door and calling the lady at the desk instead of walking up to the register. She would literally make the line wait for her to answer phone calls. we just watched 5 different customers walk out after 30 minutes with no food. i've been to other locations with MORE customers and they only take a maximum of 5 minutes. I will never be back to this location. But if you have an hour to burn for FRENCH FRIES in a bright red warehouse, this is the place to do it. read more

First time trying this place and will be the last. The Buffalo frys were good. They could have used more sauce but still were not too bad. The chicken wings were cooked right for my tastes but were extremely dry. Like no sauce at all. All that being said, the service was horrible. Fun fact: Their new hours are 11-8, and even though you can still place an order for pickup any time through 9:40, they'll simply deny any order to be picked up after seven. They'll happily still accept your money though. None of this is mentioned online, by the way. Supposedly, the day after your order has been denied, they'll pay you back and you should get the money 24 hours after that, but I'm not holding my breath. What a pity too, as I used to think these were the best wings in town, but even the frozen wings I bought at the store as a backup are better than no wings at all. read more

This place needs A LOT of work, even though the just opened! The guy working the ordering station mumbled and talked so quite I had to say, "what" 5 times. I ordered a buffalo wrap, the wrap was so poorly wrapped that it kept falling apart so I had to ask for a bowl, I should've just ordered a salad. Also my "buffalo" wrap had no Buffalo sauce so when I asked for a sauce for the side they charged me for it, after I had already paid. Multiple other customers were having issues as well this place needs work. After all that my food was not something I would ever eat again even if it was free. Visited this location last night and at the time of entering the restaurant, there was only one other person in the building waiting for food. For starters, the food is ridiculously overpriced but was optimistic about the quality. After waiting for 40 minutes, we decided to ask the cashier where our food was, she responded with attitude and just said "it's coming". 20 minutes later, we finally got the food after waiting a total of one hour. We got an order of Buffalo fries, boneless wings, and traditional wings. The boneless wings were so tough to chew and tasted like plastic. The traditional wings were very over cooked and had very little meat on them. It was almost unbearable to eat. Definitely will not be returning to this establishment and recommend taking your money elsewhere. read more

3 strikes, its over. Don't order from this place. Every time I've had an issue with my order. Placed a family size combo with 25 wings and of course they forgot to send me my 4 ranch dressings. This location is great. They have a lot of tables and chairs so there isn't any trouble finding a place to sit. They are pretty straightforward in the menu items. I got the chicken and fries with chipotle ranch, it was good! I didn't have to wait long to get my food. The servers and register worker were nice. The building is clean. This was my first time trying this restaurant, I've always heard good things about their food, just never have actually stopped in to try it! But I won't be returning. The food was good but the service was absolutely awful. We came in tonight 4/3 around 6:30pm, the young girl working the counter didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in, we stood and waited for her to say something for 5 or so minutes. She wouldn't even look at us, but was standing there like she was waiting to take our order so we started to order. I ordered mine she asked me what flavor I wanted I answered, and then my boyfriend ordered his. We were about to pay and she didn't even add my food to the order. If we wouldn't have asked if she got mine (she asked me what flavor I wanted, again, lol). We waited for probably 45 minutes-1Hr, seeing people come and go and people that ordered after us get their food first. Anyways, awful customer service.
