I stopped here on my way from forth worth yesterday. I forgot I reviewed them previously and rated them a one star previously. I decided to give them another chance. It was even worse. Ordered the shrimp and oysters fried and French fries . I explained to them that last order was old and cold . I picked my order up and headed home to eat it . Wow it was even worse. Salty and oh my goodness horrible . I called the manager and was told she was aware that the frying batter was salty. I asked what the return policy was if there were options and was told she couldn't do anything about it. I asked so you are telling me that sorry for me but you're going to do nothing after talking with her she finally showed some respect. I came in Sunday after church and brought the food and it was a complete mess the young lady at the counter was very rude why are talking with me like this. I just want an option . She told me she was busy and didn't have time to talk or deal with me . Wow . She was acting as if I stole the food. It was offensive and demeaning. I can only tell you this isn't a good place. I was finally given a refund by a district manager who apologized for the inconvenience and behavior of the employees. The Catch in Mansfield he informed me is now closed. I don't know if this location will fair much better. The cashier identified her self as Kat. Noe refunded money and again apologized for the inconvenience and behavior. I assured him it wasn't about money it was the service and treatment by staff . Businesses are closing every where these are difficult times and I want to do my part to ensure as many people as I can stay employed.Use your people skills. Ty Noe for showing me respect and offering me other options.

Food was good...no real "service" someone dropped food off and that was it. Pretty casual place, and no need to dress to impress. Sit down, make yourself at home type of atmosphere. Bar is always packed when I've gone in. Lots of tables available to sit and eat.

BIG FAN! Their fried gator is so perfectly cooked! They have a plethora of sauces for you to choose from to go with your main. We absolutely enjoyed our meal! And they had my favorite - battered fries! We definitely will be returning in the future!

I purchased my order tonight near 7:45 to 8 pm.. The delivery guy from Uber eats was awesome. The food was hot and fresh. But once I tasted it, the food seemed rushed. It was heavily seasoned, very salty. I've never gotten a bad dish from The Catch before. My entree was rushed. I hope to get a better experience next time. I was very hungry and hadn't eaten since 2pm. They forgot my cookie also. The sweet taste of the cookie would've curved this salty attack.... Next time the catch. I couldn't even finish my food sent I'm super hungry still

I have nothing bad to say about this place. First off, it was a DoorDash order so I can't specify the cleanliness of the interior but the food was on point!!! I ordered the fried shrimp combo (add $2 if you want the large). The combo came with 8 shrimp and fries, 2 hush puppies, tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. No drink drinks are extra. I paid $14.99 plus taxes. Everything was seasoned well. I'll be placing another order in the near future.

We've been trying to catch the oysters in stock for a while now .. we called and the had the Oysters Rockefeller left ... we were wanting the charbroiled oysters but at this point we couldn't pass them up !! The Oysters were outstanding and we are every last one of them !! The mahi-mahi was kind of bland so we had to add some sauce and stuff to make it a little better so we could finish the meal ..

Birthday Month for my sponsor. Started off with a little spice. Shrimp and Grits is her go-to meal with red beans and rice. I opted for the catfish - poor boy. Add hush puppies, fried potatoes and cole slaw and you have a meal. Always good. She wants to stop at Braun's to calm the taste down.

So thankful that my friend agreed to come here. Now, I can fill you in on some things. For starters, The Catch was not a catch. Lol. The service was good but the food was dry and tasteless. Let me explain some things. We came here after church. It was like, 12:15pm. So when, we walked in, there was a mature crowd and most of the tables were filled. The crowd seemed to dressed businesses casual so, it seemed like it was the Church crowd. The youngsters were chilling by the bar. They also have a nice patio but, no one was utilizing it. I ordered the Three piece Chicken Strips with Fries. It seemed like, it was a lot more than three pieces. There was also an overloaded serving of Fries. Despite the surplus amount of portions, the strips and fries were flavorless. They needed some sort of salt or seasoning. The Ranch Dressing was tasty and helped out a little bit. The Chicken strips were nice and hot but, the fries were old. The Hush puppies were so good. The were very thick and hearty with lots of crispiness. I can see why these are so popular. I left alot on my plate and right as I was about to toss it, my friend sweetly said, can I have that? I'll take this to my dog. I wonder if her dog ate it. Lol. She also said, " I'll keep the fries for myself. Lol. This actually made my day. It made me feel, like I was helping out. I got to help a friend, maybe her dog and I was blessed to have something to eat. As I mention the service was good. It was actually impressive! The girl at the register was really pretty. She had real pretty dark skin and a cute afro puff hair style that complimented her face nicely. She made sure she got my order right. Later, a short Hispanic lady, cheerfully brought our order to our table and made sure we got what we ordered. Later, my sweet friend was thinking of her Mom and ordered her Mom Red beans to go. I'm sorry. When someone says Red Beans, I think of the song, Baby, Got Back. By Sir-Mix- Alot. Lol. Am I the only one? Well, anyway. Another employee, who had makeup that resembled Amy Winehouse brought my friend's to go order out. She sweetly said, Red Beans? Oh and it's really cute in there. They have the Costal Vibes going on. It like a way nicer version of Long John's Silver's and Captain D's. It's painted blue to resemble the ocean and has the blue and white checkered table cloths. This place is conveniently located off the Interstate Maybe you can catch it some time? I enjoyed their service, Hushpuppies and the ambiance. I'm willing to try another menu you item because, the prices were reasonable.

Fast-food style ordering, menu is above & around the cashier, you seat yourself, they bring the food to you. The food was NOT really Cajun/Louisiana style, as I expected. My grilled white fish was ok, mostly salt & pepper, didn't have that Cajun flavor/seasoning that I expected. The popcorn shrimps were pretty good, again not the expected cajun flavor. The shrimp etouffe was more like stir-fry shrimp with salt, pepper, & bell pepper, doesn't have that Louisiana roux sauce, but it wasn't bad. The fries were good. They DON'T ALWAYS HAVE OYSTERS, so call first before planning to go there for oysters. The service was a bit disorganized. One person in was told that beer was going to be delivered to the table, just to find that it was sitting on the counter for a while. Then, when she asked about a missing side that's supposed to be included with the meal, a waitress insisted that she wasn't charged for that side (although the menu clearly states that meals come with 2 sides), until a manager stepped in. Everyone liked their food otherwise, just don't expect authentic Cajun food. The service was a bit disorganized.

Shrimp and Grits, side of green beans, side of cole slaw, and a cup of Shrimp, Crawfish and Sausage Gumbo

The fried alligator is amazing! Almost as good as some you would get in New Orleans. My friend had the crawfish and loved it as well.

But she did not disclose there will be a up charge... so not sure why she asked me options that weren't included in the combo I ordered. So I had that retinal charge on the check. They have auto gratuity on all checks. Food was good for fried food. My husband enjoyed his daiquiri but it was really sweet. The atmosphere was not what I expected pretty loud for such a small spot, but my husband enjoyed the music. So I would put this almost as a lounge category rather than a traditional sports bar. Overall I don't think the amount of food was appropriate for the price. Especially the fact that those mozzarella sticks were $10 and only included 4 thats $2.50 a piece. It just wasn't my vibe, but it wasn't bad overall
