It has been a long time since I've been to the cheesecake factory. I decided we were going to try it out after many years. There is such a vast menu it is hard to decide what to order. We each chose something that we could share. The food came out in a decent amount of time and it was fresh and hot. We both enjoyed our meals. They are very large portions so there's plenty to eat the next day. The service was OK. A couple of times we needed our server and she was nowhere to be seen. We ordered two slices of cheesecake to take with us. I went to look at the display case while we were waiting for our server at one point. The slices that we ordered from the server and took home were very small and comparison to the cheesecake slices in the case that you can ogle. The reason for three stars is because our cheesecake slices were not worth $12 each that we paid. They were probably half the size of the ones in the case. That is very disappointing when we haven't been in so long and I was really looking forward to taking home some cheesecake slices to last me for the next few days. Also, I'm not a fan of their seating when you are sitting so close to people next to you. It's kind of uncomfortable having to quiet your conversation so the people right next to you can't hear. Today, 5 stars! Made lunch reservations (highly recommended) for 6 at 12:00 pm on Sunday. After we were seated the dining room filled quickly. Our service was wonderful. She was kind, helpful & on-point. I ordered a cheesecake to go, Key Lime & she asked if I wanted Ley Lime or Key Lime MANGO. Well, hello.... Got that one, $11.00. Here's what we got for just under $200. Bloody Mary (not good enough, no flavor) I got the Skinnylishous Crispy Chicken Burger/Side Salad... shoot, see pics. Can't remember names of everything. I ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta (lunch portion) with extra cream sauce this dish is listed on the menu so I was expecting the bold favor of Louisiana cuisine it does not have it. The dish is bland. If I would have know I would have asked for extra seasoning. Comes with complementary bread and butter it was good. The service was good our server came and check on us. Its been years since I've been to a cheesecake factory. The same for my sisters so we decided to make reservations (4) for dinner to catch up and to celebrate a sister's birthday. One of the main reasons Cheesecake factory was even an option for dinner was because a sister wanted the chocolate fudge cheesecake. They were out. Upon ordering our meals we found out they were out of almost everything. We all had to make substitutions. Being one of my sisters birthday they decorated her slice of cheesecake, was not comp. The Cheesecake Factory is a popular chain restaurant in the United States that is known for their cheesecakes and serves typical "American" food, but there are some Italian, Asian, and Mexican inspired dishes as well. We were seated quickly and the service was friendly and quick! The vibes can be lively or dead, depending on the time that you come in to dine. This restaurant is also located at the Mall of Georgia, so there is plenty to do in the area beforehand or afterwards. We ordered the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, Shrimp Scampi, Egg Roll Sampler, Hot Spinach & Cheese Dip, and Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Galore. The Egg Roll Sampler was pretty good! I enjoyed the sauces that it came with. The Hot Spinach & Cheese Dip was a solid choice as well. My boyfriend really liked the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta; there was a lot of chicken in it. I liked my Shrimp Scampi as it was light and not too heavy on the stomach. I typically associate Shrimp Scampi with pan-fried shrimp as opposed to the fried shrimp that I got, but it was still good. I thought that the Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Galore was too chocolate-y. I wanted more of a graham cracker taste. I think the melted marshmallow saved it a lot. I would give The Cheesecake Factory a 3.5/5 stars if I could. I thought that the food was just alright, nothing too extraordinary. We waited for 45 minutes to get a table, just for the majority of what we wanted to order to be 86'd. They were out of the drinks that we wanted, and the service was very slow. After waiting over an hour for the food, the salmon came out dry and with the wrong sides. The manager would not even come to our table, even after the waitress having to continuously apologize the whole evening. Will definitely not be going back to this location, and if I could give zero stars then I would. read more

Once again, fantastic service here at the cheesecake factory in Mall of Georgia on a Saturday night, place was full lines out the door , homecoming Saturday and still impeccable service (even from the manager, as well!!! ) My server Adams was Fantastic , he was Fast and hustling his butt off!!! I got to cheesecake factory at 10:55am 6/9/2026. I knew they didn't open until 11:00am so I just stood at the doors to wait until they opened. A man who seemed to be the manager, apparently named Nathan, opens the door and very rudely tells me they don't open until 11 and then asks in a very snippy tone, "Can I help you?" I told him I just needed to use the bathroom and I'm aware they open in five minutes. He then shuts the door on me and makes me stand out in the pouring rain the whole 5 minutes... We had such a great experience yesterday! We originally came just for cheesecake but ended up ordering food to share as well. Our server was quick, kind and attentive. He brought bread, butter and water right away, then gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. Even though we took a while to decide, he kept checking in without rushing us which I really appreciated. Southern Fried Chicken Bowl - $17.95 This dish comes with corn, green beans, mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Honestly it feels more like a plate than a bowl. Personally I would have preferred the mashed potatoes on the side instead of under the chicken. The chicken itself was crispy and flavorful, the mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious and the green beans were perfectly cooked. The biscuit was a little dry. I also felt the corn wasn't really necessary since the dish already had two other carbs. The sauces were a nice touch one was spicy and the other I couldn't figure out what it was but it tasted like a butter with something. Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Galore This dessert was so good! Our server Tiffany was the absolute best! She was the star of the show and made this experience one of my best Cheesecake Factory experiences to date. The restaurant wasn't too crowded on a Wednesday. Food was consistent with what you'd expect of the Cheesecake Factory. We ordered the bang bang chicken and shrimp and I was surprised that it wasn't fried but in the best way. Again, I have to highlight that Tiffany was the best so ask for her. We visited The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my kids' great performance in school. Our meal included calamari, a passion fruit margarita, a burger, tacos, kids' pasta marinara, and two desserts, which came to $190 after tip. The food was decent, though not extraordinary. I ordered a specific burger, which our server confirmed, but unfortunately, the BBQ smoke burger was brought out instead. I am not waiting another 30 minutes, so I ate it anyway. With tax, the burger came to nearly $20, which seems steep, though we were treating ourselves to a special occasion. Overall, The Cheesecake Factory offers a pleasant dining experience, with a beautiful atmosphere and a nice ambiance. However, the food itself is relatively average--the burger was fine, the tacos were decent--but nothing truly memorable. The highlight of the meal, without a doubt, was their cheesecake. Don't waste your time making a reservation. Had a 7:00 reservation to celebrate my mother -in-law birthday. Apparently reservations mean nothing. It is now 7:50 and still waiting. We are here; going to stick it out. We will spend a small fortune. But the night has began on a sour note. Manager was nice but no help. He only stated that he can't make people get up and a reservation doesn't mean he manages seating. Basically first come first serve. I expect more from a nice restuarant. We came in during Mother's Day celebration. The staff were so great and worked hard to make sure that everyone who was on the list were able to get seated as soon as possible. We had to wait an hour and 40 minutes. I had a seat at the bar and were able to get drinks and appetizers. The ambiance was the same as usual and the restaurant was full. This was last year. It was very busy on Friday and the weekends. The seating place was small and tight. Two plates would take up the entire table. I am not exaggerating. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It was my first time and she recommended some of her favorite dishes, which turn out to be delicious. We ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta, Miso Salmon, and Egg Roll Sampler. The Louisiana Chicken Pasta was too salty for my taste but the chicken was crunchy, juicy, and tender. The pasta wasn't dry or overcooked. The Miso Salmon was delicious (I ate half of my bf plate). The sauce was creamy and a little bit sweet. The salmon was 100/10; it melted in your mouth and it just chef kiss. The Egg Roll Sampler was one of the most popular appetizer and it had 4 different types. I loved the Chicken Taquitos and Tex Mex. My boyfriend loved the Tex Mex and Cheeseburger. The Avocado was our least favorite, surprisingly. The sauces were the stars tho. It made all the dishes shined. We also got the classic cheesecake. I know why it is called "Cheesecake Factory." No other places can replace the cheesecake here. You have to try it!
