Grilled is an option. Both dishes are very tasty. The fish tacos is an order of four mini tacos. Maybe too mini. The chunk of fish is much larger than the tortilla it's in. The first bite forces out the rest of the chunk. Kind of messy. Good flavor though. Cabbage, cilantro, onion and a chipotle sauce. Served with black beans and buttered white rice. Good sides. It would be more enjoyable if the tortilla was larger or if the fish chunk dare I say it, smaller. The husband described his dish as having multiple flavors. Not really too spicy as expected. I regularly order curbside from this Cheesecake Factory, usually the same two cheesecake slices: Oreo and banana. This was my fourth time ordering this combination, and unfortunately this was by far my worst experience. I placed my order at 8:09 PM with a scheduled ready time of 8:31 PM. I called at 8:30 PM to let them know I had arrived and also confirmed that I would pay the additional $1 they called about for five extra banana slices. I then sat in the curbside pickup area until 8:59 PM waiting for TWO slices of cheesecake. That is almost a 30-minute curbside wait after I had already called to confirm I was there. The curbside signs even state a 10-minute parking limit. The restaurant did not appear busy, and I watched four other customers get handled before my order was finally brought out. When I called about the wait, the manager who answered was extremely rude, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. A nearly 30-minute curbside wait for two cheesecake slices is unacceptable, especially when the order was placed ahead of time with a scheduled pickup time. As far as the additional $1 for five banana slices, it is not about the dollar. I have requested extra bananas on my previous orders without an issue. If there is now an upcharge, it should simply be added as an option on the online ordering menu so customers can select it and pay when placing their order instead of receiving a separate phone call over $1. I order here often, but between the wait, the way the situation was handled, and the manager's attitude, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I visited this location with my husband. It is inside a mall so that was convenient. The service was ok. What I have noticed is that if the main course is ready while you are still eating your starter, they bring the main course out and place it on the table...cluttered and all. I also experienced this at another Cheesecake Factory (in DC). I find this practice so odd and have never experienced it at any other restaurant in any other part of the world. A couple of months ago, back in November 2025, my Bible study group and I came here for Friendsgiving, and we had a great experience overall. The restaurant was super busy, and although I had reserved a table, there was a bit of confusion with the seating at first. That said, it was quickly made up for by the quality of service from our waiter and, of course, the food. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The cheesecakes especially hit the spot. Oh my goodness this was a very pleasant experience. My Cohearts and I decided to meet here for our end of the year meeting. When I tell you our server went above and beyond is an understatement. He was polite and respectful of our individual choices. He checked on us consistently and apologized for any issues. I ordered the smash burger and requested no pink and well well done it actually came pink. Evan was so apologetic and tried very hard to make up for it he was genuinely sincere. I changed my mind and ordered the Bee sting flatbread as one of my Cohearts with a Caesar salad it did not disappoint. Of course I ended up taking it with me but when I got home I dug in. For a drink, I had the Coconut Margarita which would have been perfect except it was entirely too sweet for my liking. I had to water it down a bit. As an appetizer I had the Fried Mac n Cheese. It was sooo good. The outside was nice and crispy and the inside was full of delicious Mac n cheese. It paired well with the red sauce. The portion is big, I probably could have eaten that as a meal with a nice salad on the side. For my entree, I chose the Farfalle with Chicken and garlic. The portion was big enough, where I had enough to make a lunch the next day. The dish itself had no flavor. I want to start by saying all the positive aspects of my dining experience: the drinks, service, and atmosphere were all 10/10. I ordered the Thai noodles and a cucumber martini. The noodles, unfortunately, were soggy and overcooked. Not a lot of vegetables, and a whole lot of sauce. My boyfriend got the truffle honey chicken, and saying he was disappointed is an understatement. The dish sounds appealing and the price warrants a savory experience; however, it's just fried chicken with mashed potatoes with 6 pieces of asparagus. My husband and I went in during happy hour and sat at the bar, we ordered the chicken potstickers, stuffed mushrooms, and a Mojito to start. Everything came out hot, fresh, and perfect! Per usual, they also brought out the hot fresh bread And butter, which is always a hit Not pictured is our entrée which was a lightly breaded chicken with a wonderful light Butter sauce, mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. Everything was so perfect! And to finish it, I ordered the chocolate Godiva cheesecake which is flourless with a chocolate crust, and I am absolutely addicted to their whipped cream! I went with my friends to get dinner I ordered a chopped salad. They didn't put the chicken or bacon in it. It took the server a little while to get back to me and it was also the last plate out. When she came back. I mentioned to my server that my salad had no chicken or bacon. She took the plate back and apologized. I waited and waited, my friends were coming close to the end of their meal. My salad came back 30 min later I told her, "it's so late now, my friends are already done eating, I would just go with a box at that point if there's no other option." She apologized, offered no other option I felt super rushed. She never offered to comp any thing. When we got all our tickets at the table, my friends were shocked she hadn't offered or mentioned compensation. I was too. On the drive home I decided to call and request my money back. I never got to eat with my friends and I really didn't want the salad...with still hardly any bacon in it. I shared ny experience with the female manger right after I left. She said I took the salad already. It was so transactional of a conversation, I'm not sure why I called to share my experience. It was evident she really didn't care. She said it was up to me to request a refund at the time. I told her, I tried to use the proper etiquette towards my server without, outright asking so bluntly. I told her it would have been common courtesy of her to have offered other options when I asked if there was one. I offered to bring the salad back since I really didn't want it and it was still not prepared the right way. She just kept offering me cheese cake and said I should have requested my money back at the table. I won't be returning. Everything is over priced. I wanted my $17 back but I have to pay for the kitchens and servers mistakes I guess. Won't be returning here- at least for a long time. I really couldn't believe how it's gone so much downhill especially with the management. There's nothing worse than a condescending, lazy manager zero etiquette. I bet the staff can't stand working under her. She was so confident in her disrespect towards me, it was ghetto and gross. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had at a Cheesecake Factory. Monday, 12/29/2025. We arrived around 8:40 PM to celebrate my mom's birthday--something she has done here for years. We were seated by 8:55 PM, with well over an hour before closing, and the restaurant was slow. There was absolutely no excuse for what followed. Our server was nonexistent. After taking our drink order and food order, she vanished. No check-ins. No refills. My drink sat empty while we waited. Zero awareness, zero urgency, zero care. The level of indifference was honestly impressive. I clearly mentioned it was my mom's birthday--normally something Cheesecake Factory acknowledges without hesitation. This time? Completely ignored. No acknowledgment. No effort. No celebration whatsoever. When I finished my meal, our server briefly swooped in to grab my empty plate and disappeared again. My mom hadn't finished eating, and not once was she asked if she wanted a to-go box. She had to request one herself when our server finally reappeared--only to drop the check and rush off again. And let's talk about the final insult: no complimentary birthday dessert. This has been part of my mom's birthday tradition here for years, and the sole reason she keeps choosing this restaurant. Tradition destroyed. Experience ruined. As if the service wasn't bad enough, the food has clearly declined too. Prices have gone up, portions have shrunk, and quality feels cheap. I ordered the Chicken Crusted Romano, and the portion was laughably small--closer to a lunch plate than a full-price dinner entrée. This location has officially lost us. Between the inflated prices, shrinking portions, and shockingly inattentive service, this Cheesecake Factory has fallen far from what it used to be. We came to celebrate a birthday and left feeling ignored, rushed, and disappointed. We will never return to this location. I had a nice and peaceful dinner at Cheesecake Factory. It was my first time at this location and I really loved the entrance outside. The restaurant over all is beautiful I always admire Cheesecake Factory decor and the entrance itself gave off a timeless, elegant look classic yet original. The service was attentive and friendly I had no issues. Starting off my experience I ordered the stuffed mushrooms. They came out hot and quick, it was loaded and sitting in sauce. I will say I felt like the mushrooms were a bit bland alone but that sauce really helped. It added a nice taste a mix of tomato garlic and wine paired well. My entree was the Steak Diane which was also good. Chunky yet smooth mashed potatoes with medallion steak mixed with mushrooms and a sauce. The meal was delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly I will say I also enjoy the way the meals at Cheesecake Factory are displayed always looking delicious. But those mushrooms were again lacking a bit it seems like most of the flavor on both plates came from the sauce. The mushrooms could have been cooked a bit longer they were a tad rubbery and tasted watery. It took a bit away from the plate but again I liked the meal itself and was a delicious combination. Last was the pineapple cheese cake! Again another great combo tasted exactly how you would expect. A moist pineapple cake and savory cheesecake mixed together. Walking in we were greeted upon entering and seated quickly. Our server was pleasant, and made some suggestions on starters, as well as informing us about the menu layout. Atmosphere is standard fare, some background music aside from the normal sounds of a restaurant. After ordering our drinks and starters, our food arrive promptly, moments before our drinks. We ordered the meatball sliders, which were very good. Note that there are only 2 to an order, so we ordered 2 since we were a party of 3. Entrees were ordered, spinach/mushroom/bacon and cheese omelette, tomato and basil pasta, and Parmesan crusted chicken. I will note at this time we had actually finished our starters and waited several minutes before our server returned to take our orders. So how were the entrees? The pasta was given a rating of 5 stars! The Parmesan crusted chicken was rated 5 stars also! And the omelette? 2.5 stars. It's not that it was bad, but a few issues. It arrived with sour cream and avocado, which isn't supposed to be on this particular omelette. It seemed as though they forgot which one they were making, and there was also more inside the omelette, with almost no spinach or green onions inside. A definite miss on the omelette. I also ordered the salad with the omelette, which was huge! Unfortunately, it wasn't very good and the ranch dressing was among the worst I've ever had. Based on our overall experience, I am giving this visit a 3 star rating. 3.5 if I could do half stars, but I felt it was closer to 3 than to 4. Our server was pleasant enough, and was prompt in refilling our drinks as well as bringing a larger bowl for my salad, her efforts were appreciated. I celebrated my birthday at The Cheesecake Factory, one of my absolute favorite restaurants--I go every year for my birthday, and it never disappoints! We started with the fried macaroni balls (wish I had snapped a picture before we dove in!)--absolutely amazing. My husband ordered the Pineapple Mule (10/10, he loved it) and I had a Raspberry Lemon Drop that was just as amazing. For entrées, I originally tried the Shrimp Scampi and Julienne Steak but wasn't a fan, so I switched to my all-time favorite: the Jamaican Pepper Steak with white rice, black beans, and plantains. I used to go to the cheesecake factory all the time, as a young adult, so I was really excited to go back when I visited San Antonio recently. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and we were grateful that we got there before the lunch rush, because we were seated immediately. Our waitress came over and got our drink orders and then gave us some recommendations and answered our questions on our entrees. We also got our complimentary bread. I chose a veggie burger with broccoli as my side, my kid got a cheeseburger and my husband got orange chicken. When we were initially seated,, there was noone on either side of us. Maybe 10 minutes later, a family of 4 sat next to us and their waitress took their order. And then our experience went downhill, we waited for almost 30 minutes to get basic entrees, and the family next to us ordered a full course meal (appetizers and entrees) and all of their food for all 4 of them, came out before ours. We called our waitress over to ask what was going on. And it didn't feel like she took any accountability for the situation. She just said our food should be coming out shortly. And we said, how did the family that got here after us, get all of their food before we did? Thankfully, for her our food came out about 10 minutes later, because we were about to leave. The reason that I gave them a 3 star versus lower, is that the food was good. My kid enjoyed her cheeseburger and fries. My husband really appreciated the Orange chicken. He said it was flavored really well and cooked perfectly. My veggie burger was good, I could tell that the ingredients were fresh. They could have used more binding material because, as I ate my burger, it fell apart and it wasn't seasoned great. I had to add pepper, but once I did that, it took the enjoyment up a notch. My broccoli was cooked well and had good seasoning, garlic I believe. So will we come back? A friend and I decided to have lunch at the cheesecake factory in the Northstar mall in San Antonio, Texas off of San Pedro. The food was great quality our server his name was Joseph and he gave us a really great experience. We had nothing to complain about. I had the scampi shrimp with Angel hair pasta. And it was excellent cheers to the chef. My friend had Allen's pasta. I'm not sure but he really enjoyed the pasta. The avocado beets salad. A Coors light beer I had water and the bread was to die for especially the brown bread and butter overall Joseph gave us a wonderful experience and yes, we will be returning there. No we didn't get any cheesecake because we do not eat cheesecake but I do love your strawberry cake.
