It comes with two eggs, a waffle and sausage. The meal was very good and it was prepared quickly and accurately. The staff is friendly and attentive. We typically dine at the Sonterra Rd location, but on this occasion we visited the 410 location since we were nearby on Sunday. After signing in, we were told the wait would be around 25 minutes. We waited well beyond that time and noticed multiple parties who arrived after us being seated. After about 40 minutes, we approached the hostess, who informed us that we had "fallen off the list," followed by the comment, "It's okay, it happens." We were then offered a very small table clearly meant for one person, at which point we decided to leave. The lack of professionalism and disregard for our time was extremely disappointing. Their million dollar bacon is sweet and savory, seasoned with maple syrup, pepper, and other spices. It's often my go to whenever I go to a first watch branch. Costs only $6.49 so they're actually operating at a $999,993.51 loss when they sell it to you. The chicken chipotle was on their seasonal menu. Gives you that sweet and savory flavor with a subtle kick of spice. Did feel it was a little too much hash though and could have been a little bit more crispy. Our server was great. She was attentive and quick to address our needs. The only reason I took off a star is because we joined the wait list on their site and it estimated 30-40 min but we ended up waiting over an hour for our table. If I'm wasting more money in gas trying to find a parking spot so I'm not parking by Target, & walking across crazy intersections to come to an establishment...I may go eat elsewhere. My cousin's got chocolate chip pancakes with bacon, & the Trifecta, chocolate milk, coffee & water. All with a tip came out to $65. (Tip was $10.45) So I guess you can judge based on the price. Perhaps this is what real eggs taste like compared to store bought. The eggs had a high profile of like 10mm or so. The knife cuts well into the eggs making a distinct separation of how well these eggs were cooked. The atmosphere is chill. They had some indie pop music playing which is really nice. I must say this First watch from an ambiance and decor perspective is much nicer than anyone I've been to back home. The service was great and every employee had a smile to offer. Our waitress although she never offered her name was an absolute pleasure, she was extremely efficient with our request. I ordered the Smoked Salmon omelette which I was weary of because....uhm who puts fish in eggs? She assured me it was great. I bet to differ, The omelette was incredible, the egg was cooked fluffy but not runny and pair beautifully with the flavor and tenderness of the salmon. I went there a little over a year ago when Jesus was manager and everything was spotless. The waitresses were wonderful. The food was great and I went there today and witnessed a waitress. Tell kitchen help that the coffee cups that he just put out were filthy and to take them backand the water glass that I had was dirty. We jumped on it, plus we're hungry. The outside patio is alright, traffic makes it a bit loud, but I assume no difference than the inside at this time. I decided to go with my favorite, French Toast. They have one called the Floridian French Toast. Wow!!! I will say the French toast was awesome! My daughter had the omelet and stated it was the best she ever had, even better then the one I make, so I know it was good. Haha. Very filling that's for sure. Our server Elena was great. We used to have one of these maybe a block away in Maryland that we would frequent because of the fantastic food. Easily the worst service I have ever been given. When we arrived we were told there was a 30 to 40 minute wait, they did not offer us a table outside until we said we were going to leave. The server replied " we could sit you outside right now". So, we decided to eat here, we should not have, they sat us right by the door where they offer delightful views of people taking the trash out and awkwardly staring at us while choosing not to help us. Whenever they brought us our glasses for our water, they were dirty, then when they brought us new glasses they were soaking wet. I don't want a soaking wet glass. I want a clean dry one. They did not bring my other drink until I asked. They brought my wife the wrong food seeing how she specifically ordered a skillet, with no meat, since she is a vegetarian (for health reasons), a skillet with bacon in it, we still aren't sure if they gave us a new skillet or just took the bacon out of it. Then to add on, we were not helped one time, we had no napkins, we're not asked if our food was good, and then they brought us the receipt/check while we were still eating, if you enjoy food but don't care how they treat you this is the perfect restaurant for you, also do not sit outside. They will not tend to you at all, actually, I don't even think they would tend to us inside, there are a lot of people standing around doing absolutely nothing, coming from a former server and bartender, this is the worst service I have ever had. This is the most deserved one star I have ever given in my life, however, the pancakes were OK, and the skillet was pretty salty, otherwise worst experience I've ever had, I would rather eat at McDonald's they care more. read more

First Watch is one of my favorite brunch spots in town. Lately though, it's gone downhill quite a bit. My most recent visit with a friend was underwhelming. It wasn't busy but after the server took our drink order she returned a bit later and asked us if we were ready to order food before we ever got our drinks. The whole thing felt rushed. I ordered the florentine eggs Benedict and while it was served quickly, it was cold. And it did not have any avocado on it. They did bring me a tiny dish of sliced avocado once I was able to get a servers attention but it wasn't enough for the size of the bread. I really loved coming here but it's no longer at the top of my list for brunch. I hope things improve read more
