Visited CF for a late lunch, it was crowded. We ordered from the Lunch Specials, 2 to stay and 1 to go. Unfortunately, for the "to go" they forgot to include the bread and the salad. CF always has a nice vibe, usually is loud since it's busy and popular. The service was good. Hopefully, my "to go" will complete the next time.

The Cheesecake Factory has always been one of our restaurants which was a good value when the kids were young. So it has taken us a while to return. We were a little disappointed because our favorite appetizer Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes wasn't available (never heard of that happening). That night there were a few other dishes that was the same. We did have free bread which is always great. The entrees we did order were tasty and we were full. Of course we brought the leftovers home and had no room for dessert. You can make reservations if you are a Cheesecake Rewards member. Prices are a little high but portions are generous. Service was friendly and efficient. It is still bustling after all these years. Recommend!

04/29 My first time dining at The Cheesecake factory and I wasn't exactly blown away and I'm still trying to find out what the hype is all about, maybe it's the cheese cake. This is a huge , I mean very huge restaurant. Going upstairs, the maître d was very pleasant, about the only pleasant staff member that me and my plus one interacted with, the entire night. I came in casual attire as many others did also but some were dressed up looking spiffy. Our waiter was Omar the robot, no personality, not much interaction, strictly business. We arrived and sat down, received the menus and within 3 minutes, Omar came over and asked if we needed more time going over the menu. I replied this is my first time here so I need to look at the menu and then he replies. Do you need more time going over the menu. Looking over the menu was both tedious and time consuming. I barely found something to pique my curiosity as to why people come here. Bread was set before us and we did partake. Pumpernickel and some hard bread. I chose the chicken madiera, accompanying this dish was the asparagus and mashed potatoes. The asparagus was pretty tasty. I mean you cannot go wrong with asparagus. I mean how can you? It's a vegetable and you just eat it. Mashed potatoes I think were maybe red mashed potatoes and the dish had some mushroom in it, the mashed potatoes were pretty tasty when the juices from the meal did saturate the dish so the mashed potatoes mixed with the sauce, gave a pleasant flavor a hint of sweetness. The chicken Madeira had cheese on as well. It was really tasty, the entire meal was a hit. If I can order rice, I'd like to try it with rice if I come again. I signed up for membership and perks by downloading the app in order to get the free cheesecake for dessert. I chose the peach perfect cheesecake. I did taste peach flavors and I love the raspberry drizzle. This was a good choice but this is the cheese cake factory So if I need to find a favorite flavor, I'd need to make frequent visits. And those visits really depend on the dish. It was hard selecting my dish because I didn't find anything else to fit my fancy. I'm not in a rush to get back, so it will be a minute.. Inspire more, Yelp more!

I have been going to this location for years. I will tell you I have watched the prices creep up. A bowl of pasta will now cost you between $25 and $30. Be prepared. This particular night I decided to try the fish and chips. I was very happy that the fish was a real piece of fish in that a processed square. There were about five decent size pieces with french fries and coleslaw. The fish was good but not seasoned. Pretty much just breaded and fried. This could be good and bad. I say this because sometimes places over season in the fish and it makes it salty. I could have added salt and pepper however, I used lemon and the tarter sauce. I had the Oreo cheesecake for dessert. It's one of my go-tos. It always hits the spot I had a peach iced tea. I swear it tastes like a peach lollipop that my son eats. Very good, but very sweet. Taste more like candy than real peach and tea.

I recently went to the Cheesecake Factory, which I haven't been to in a while, and I was honestly surprised by how packed it was. It was a Wednesday night no holiday, no school breaks yet the place was completely full. Despite the crowd, the wait actually wasn't too bad, and we were seated by the host without much delay. The atmosphere was family vibe. Our server, Queen, was pleasant, attentive, and even took a moment to have a small conversation with us, which made the experience feel a lot more welcoming. I definitely enjoyed having her as our server. For my meal, I ordered my usual: the salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes. As always, it was on point--perfectly cooked and consistently good. I also got my go-to appetizer, the avocado egg rolls, which never disappoint. They were just as delicious as I remembered. This time, though, I decided to try something new the street corn and wow, it was so good. If you've ever had elote or you're a fan of that flavor, you'll absolutely love it. Honestly, even if you just want to stop by for a quick bite or a solid appetizer, the street corn alone is worth it.

Must get the avocado egg rolls, pairs really well with the sauce. Pastas here are delicious as well, I have tried the roasted chicken and garlic pasta and spicy chicken chipotle pasta so good. The honey wheat brown bread are my favorite. I came on a Saturday night and this place gets really busy, but the wait shouldn't be too long as this place is big. Service was good. Our waiter was really nice and always came to checkup on us.

Despite what many may say, Cheesecake Factory is one of my go to restaurants no matter where i'm at! You can never go wrong with it, and this location is one nearest to me, so i've been multiple times. I came in for a family dinner on Saturday, and we all left happy. We made a reservation, so there was no wait, and we got a booth with extra room. I ordered a passion fruit margarita which was great! it was not overly sweet but not too strong either which is just how I like it The bread and the calamari which were our starters were amazing! Both were gone within minutes . For entree I got the grilled steak medallions and it was perfect, this is one of my favorite plates. The mashed potatoes and sauce with the steak is delicious! My steak also came perfectly medium well. For dessert, of course I had to treat myself to a cheesecake and I chose the lemon raspberry one, which I had never tried before. It was amazing! the pieces of cookie and raspberry sauce made all the difference. Overall, it was a great family dinner and we had a nice experience, which is why we always come back :)

Went in on Mother's Day not realizing the day it was. Sat at the bar was taken care of by a male bartender named Oswald, one of the best bartenders I've ever had. Took seriously good care of me got me my drink quickly, even though it was a slammed busy day. My food came out very fast very hot very fresh. My drink was never empty, and my dirty plates were gone quickly. I was thinking it would be frozen zucchini planks but no apparently they make everything fresh every day and I was very impressed to say the least. We'll definitely be going back.

This place is big but it is always packed. Usually wait time is about 15 mins to half an hour. They have a really extensive menu but we usually come here for the pasta. My favorite is the farfalle with chicken and roasted garlic. The lasagna was pretty good too but it's no longer on the menu. My kids like the pasta and Mac and cheese from the kids menu. The avocado spring roll is another favorite. The sauce is really good and it pairs really well with the avocado. Portion size is pretty big. We usually end up taking home at least half of our order. Side note: complimentary bread with butter is also really good.

Came here to try their brunch menu for my friend's birthday. We had the French toast platter and the cinnamon roll pancakes dish. For drinks, we both had the tropical mimosa. Everything and I mean everything we ordered was delicious. The portion size was very filling and we both ended up taking to go plates with leftovers. There was a drawback. Service was a little slow and the "fresh" bread they typically serve was super cold and served with even colder butter so that didn't make for a good appetizer. We were told fresh bread would come out soon, but that didn't happen until we were leaving. The restaurant also wasn't crowded so I'm concerned about what it's like when it is. All in all the food was good so I'm hoping they were just having a bad day with service.

Haven't been to Cheesecake Factory for quite a while. We brought our 3 year old granddaughter because we know it's a kid friendly restaurant and a fun environment for kids. We did not have a reservation on a Saturday afternoon but we were seated within 10 minutes. Joseph our server was very friendly and attentive. The menu has so many great options but I chose the fried chicken bowl. Nice sized portion, had leftovers and it was very good. We brought home a piece of chocolate cake for dessert, so good. I would definitely go back again.

When I come to Cheesecake Factory, I am always tempted to do my usual - order way too many appetizers and split them as a meal. In an effort to try to be just a smidge healthier, we ordered entrees this time! We still started with the chicken pot stickers, which are amazing and packed with flavor. I had the chicken tacos which were surprisingly incredible, and my girlfriend had the Korean fried chicken bowl which she also enjoyed. You can't end the evening without the delicious cheesecakes! Never a disappointment at the Cheesecake Factory!

Really, same as before, as far as food, service and ambiance. In addition to the Cobb salad main course I ordered for lunch, with the fresh bread basket (brown and white mini-baguettes) and butter, and my large latté, we split the carrot cake for dessert. Weirdly, the waitress brought a second plate with a knife, said she wasn't allowed to cut it in half, but we could do that. The carrot cake was moist and delicious. He got the Chicken Schwarma, served in three pita pockets with a side salad and said it was fine ... I didn't delve into further details and thereby avoided upsetting the karma of the Schwarma.

Is there a restroom located on the 2nd floor or just the 1 on the 1st floor?

Just the first. But there’s an elevator.

I made a reservation here on Yelp a week ago. Today I got a text with a link to confirm reservation. The link took me to the restaurant page. But Nowhere to confirm the reservation. And in "my reservations" in the app, there are no reservations?

No pre reservations necessary. Just pull up.

Is lunch special available on weekends too?

YES IT IS UNTIL 5 PM

Do they still make pina coladas?

    Yes they do

Hi, is this business handicap accessible via wheelchair?

Yes, they are and they also have an elevator for dining upstairs.

Hi. I've been here multiple times that I lost count already. I just wanna ask if this place can accommodate kids as young as 1 year old? Do they have a high chair for young kids? Thanks.

Yes I have seen a lot of children there & saw high chairs

The Union has become one of my Top 5 picks for a great dinner on Long Island because it checks all…read morethe boxes: great food, great ambiance, and a great staff. I believe our first visit was almost two years ago, and we've continued coming back ever since. Nestled inside Eisenhower Park and connected to the former Carlyle wedding venue, The Union feels a little tucked away--which is part of its charm. The menu has everything you'd expect from a higher-end steakhouse, but what sets The Union apart is that they also do sushi--and somehow nail it just as well as they do a filet mignon or roast chicken. On our most recent visit, we noticed the menu had been updated. Thankfully, all of our favorites are still there, with just a few tweaks. I also love the new cocktail menu design, which features photos of the drinks along with descriptions. They make a terrific smoked Old Fashioned here, which is generally how I start my meals at The Union. They have a great raw bar along with a huge selection of appetizers. The slab bacon is awesome, and the French dip sliders could easily make a meal on their own despite technically being an appetizer. There's a great selection of steaks, including a couple of dry-aged options for two. Steaks are generally à la carte, but the sides are reasonably priced, mostly in the $10-$15 range. The duck-fat potatoes are excellent, and I'm a big fan of their creamed spinach. Then there's the sushi. Their signature Union Roll is the standout, but honestly, we've had great luck with all of their specialty rolls. Now, do your best to save room for dessert because I'm going to spill the beans on one of The Union's secrets: they have some of the best ice cream I've ever had in my life! I realize it's a little ridiculous to rave about classic vanilla ice cream, but just wait. Take that first spoonful and I guarantee there's a good chance your reaction will be: "Damn, that is some tasty ice cream!" Even the whipped cream is ridiculously good and almost gives the ice cream a run for its money. Expect to leave The Union very full--and usually carrying some leftovers home. The setting is another big plus. Outdoor dining overlooks the golf course and makes for a beautiful backdrop, and when the weather gets cooler, the fire pits on the back patio make it a great place to hang out with a drink. The wine list is solid as well. Valet parking is another nice touch, especially since events at Eisenhower Park on weekends can sometimes make parking and traffic a little tricky. After nearly two years and multiple visits, The Union continues to deliver. Steak, sushi, cocktails, a beautiful setting, and apparently life-changing vanilla ice cream. What more do you need?

My wife and I have been wanting to dine at The Union, in Westbury, for quite some time. Tonight,…read morewe both had a craving for a good burger, and wanted to enjoy this beautiful evening, in a nice outdoor setting. With that I said let's try the Union. The Union, is located in Eisenhower Park. The path leading up to the restaurant, is surrounded by mounds of stunning flowers. The restaurant itself has a very nice open look, with a very long 10 seat bar. The rear of the restaurant has a beautiful and spacious patio overlooking the golf course. Sitting on the patio gives a feel that you're dining at a very exclusive country club. The menu is primarily geared for sushi & steak, but has a number of salads, as well as pizza. We began our meal by sharing a Greek salad. My only objection with the salad, was that the feta cheese had a bland taste, unlike the salty creamy taste that typically exudes from feta cheese. The other issue with the salad, was that it was served with a miniature serving tong. The tong, aside from being tiny, did not easily close to pick up portion's of the salad. We asked the waiter if he can provide us with a serving spoon & fork. After 10 minutes the waiter returned with a regular sized fork & spoon, and to our dismay, said the restaurant didn't have any other serving utensils. Next, we moved on to our main reason for our being there, which was to enjoy the 10 ounce cheeseburger & fries. Unfortunately, when we began eating, our burgers, it was pretty apparent that the sesame buns the burgers were served in weren't fresh, and shouldn't have been served to customers. I did note that quite a few patrons ordered burgers, and I noticed that most patrons took the burger out from the buns. I will never understand why a restaurant would serve patrons any item that's past its useful life. Finally, the restaurant redeemed itself with dessert. The waiter suggested that we try the warm apple covered beignets, which I say was a big YUM!. All in all I have to say I was disappointed with my first visit to the Union, but the ambiance, and the overall delight of the outdoor setting will draw me back again sometime this summer.

First off, the inside is beautiful. They did an incredible job with the renovation, and I loved all the little details, especially the custom 300-pound manhole covers they're using as tables around the bar. Even better, everyone working there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Now the food! We started with the Baked Clams, and these were legit. You could've served them to me at an Italian restaurant and I wouldn't have questioned it. The Nonna's Ribs were probably one of the biggest surprises--slow-braised pork ribs with cherry peppers and finished on the grill. Fall-off-the-bone tender, tons of flavor, and I loved that they weren't just drenched in BBQ sauce. The Firebird crispy chicken sandwich was fantastic, and the Steakhouse Sandwich with sliced NY strip, mushrooms, provolone, crispy onions and horseradish aioli was also very well done. But that Manhole Burger deserves some special attention. Beef, American cheese, caramelized onions and dijonnaise on brioche. Simple combination, executed REALLY well. This was an outstanding burger and absolutely something I'd order again. And I can't leave out the fries. They're hand-cut in house, super thin and crispy, and exactly how I like my fries. Think that addictive thin fast-food style, except made fresh and much better quality. If you remember this location from its previous ownership, give it another shot. This is a completely different experience. Beautiful restaurant, genuinely friendly staff and food that exceeded my expectations. Huh? 1 hour and fifteen min later you ran out and the other guy already ate and left? I said great, but I'm not paying for it. 10 min later the owner came out. He could not have been a friendlier, responsible and all around nice person. It wasn't that he not only covered my meal but the table but it was the way he handled it. Owning a restaurant is not easy and problems happen. Food - 8/10 Prices 9/10 Place 8/10 I would not only recommend this place but they have absolutely earned my business. I obviously can't give a 5 because of the incident but I will change this to a 5 when I go back and get the service I have a feeling I'll receive. This owner deserves the business because he knows how to run a business. Money follows the people not the other way around.

Since we were dining in, they gave us a table number and we placed it in the holder so staff know where to bring the food. Our order didn't take very long to arrive to our table, just about 10 minutes. After finishing your meal, you bus your own table. The menu has options for burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, shakes, floats, and desserts. I ordered a Yellow Label Burger ($13.45) and a Strawberry shake ($6.75). My husband and I shared a Farm Salad ($9.75). The Yellow Label Burger comprises of USDA Prime Beef, homemade fried mac n cheese patty, lettuce, tomato on a potato bun. This was delicious! I liked how after biting into the crispy, breaded exterior it gives way to a hot, molten cheese center that oozes perfectly over beef. The Farm Salad which consisted of spring mix, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette on the side was also very very very tasty, fresh, and a good portion. The strawberry shake was also very good and had pieces of strawberries. Black Label Burgers pride on only using USDA Prime Angus beef that comes from a single source, Double R Ranch, located in Washington State, a family-owned farm known for its responsible practices and superior beef. You can definitely taste the richness and juiciness of the beef. My husband had the Red Label Burger ($13.25) and the PB&J shake ($7.75). He really enjoyed his meal as well. I really liked the inside decor and the laid back vibes. Black Label Burgers is great for a quick lunch, a night out with friends, or a family dinner. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and the place was busy, always a good sign. I liked the local (Long Island) themed decor, friendly service, spacious parking lot, wide variety of self-serve beverages (tangy lemonade - yay!) and nicely padded booths. Definitely a cut above competitors like Shake Shack in that regard. I chose the signature black label burger made with dry aged beef and regular fries. While the hand cut fries were wonderfully crispy and flavorful, the burger was kind of disappointing - not terrible, but the bun tasted stale and the meat was very bland. Also I ordered the burger cooked medium but it came out pink in the center, not my preference for chopped meat. Maybe I ordered the wrong item? I plan to try other menu items in the future to see if they hit my taste buds differently.

We were traveling from out of town and meeting up with an old high school friend and Copperhill was the perfect place. They had a menu full of great selections ... from brunchy items to salads/sandwiches and great healthy selections too. Our server Cat D. also did a fine job of keeping us all very happy, she's a great server. I had the shrimp tacos which were very good. My husband and HS friend had the kale salad with a big piece of salmon on top. We all really enjoyed our meal and had plenty of time to catch up with each other. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated with cool art and flowers/plant life. They did a great job with creating a cool vibe inside. It does get a little loud, so if you're looking for a quiet meal, brunch on a Sunday might not be the place. The restaurant gets pretty crowded.. and for a reason. Great service, food and ambiance can do that! I would definitely go back next time I'm in town.

Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and really added to the experience without being overbearing. Great service always stands out to me, and this was exactly that. I had the fish, and it was excellent. The current menu features Atlantic Salmon with ratatouille, fennel, and basil, and seafood is definitely worth considering here. The food felt thoughtful and well prepared without being overly complicated. The atmosphere is beautiful. It has an upscale but comfortable feel, with enough character that it doesn't feel like every other restaurant. Sitting at the bar was perfect for catching up with friends, having a good meal, and enjoying the evening. Everything about the visit felt easy and well done, from the food to the service and ambiance. Definitely a great experience and a place I'd happily return to.

JoJo deserves a special mention because he is truly one of the most humble and gracious owners you could ever meet. You can tell how much pride and heart he puts into this place, and that energy carries through the entire staff. Now the food. The special steak sandwich just hits differently, especially with the cheese fries. The wings are an absolute must. I always get them extra wet, well done, and crispy, and they come out with the perfect flavor every single time. The Mexican street corn dip is incredible, the special egg rolls are always worth ordering, and honestly, everything on the menu from A to Z delivers. Even trivia night is such a great time. This is the kind of neighborhood place you keep returning to because the food never misses, the atmosphere always feels right, and the people make it feel like home. An entire hour for food that was nothing special and the smallest portions I've ever seen. The staff was nice but seemed unprepared and unsure and no one knew the specials, no one could answer a single question, and everything moved at the speed of a snail!!! on!!! sedatives!!! And honestly, the food is just not good. Nothing stood out, nothing worth waiting an hour for, and definitely not worth the price. And the thing is... if they were busy, I'd honestly be like "okay, fine, it happens." But I was literally 1/3 tables in the whole place. Hard to give any grace when it's that empty and still this bad!!! When it's finally Friday and you're excited for dinner out... this ain't it!!! No wonder OpenTable offered me 1000 points to come here lol. Update: We were so over it that we asked for the dessert (included with the prix fixe) to go. Ended up eating it at home in sweats and that was actually the best part of the whole night. The s'mores cookie skillet wasn't bad. So yeah... 2 stars instead of 1 and both of those stars belong to the cookie!!!
