I went to this location with my mom, aunt, and cousin around 5 p.m. on a Saturday. We ordered three appetizers along with sodas, and our appetizers came out fairly quickly. We placed our entrée orders and ate our appetizers while we waited. Eventually, only two of the four entrées came out. We assumed the other two would follow shortly, and after some additional waiting, a third entrée was brought out. While we were still waiting for the fourth, my cousin discovered two hairs in their food. The fourth entrée never came out at all. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between finding hair in one of the meals and one person never receiving their entrée, we left extremely dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I don't see us returning to this location. read more

The only CCF I ever visited about 7 years ago was this location at The Mall at The Source (Now called Samanea New York) on LI in Westbury. The façade still looks the same, as if time stood still, unlike the surrounding vacant store fronts. The interior of this CCF from what I recall hasn't changed either. It still looks and feels the same with woody, wicker, marble-esque decor. A clean establishment with servers hustling around attending to their customers. Nice energy. The menu is still a gigantic, wire bound book of options, with prices that have no doubt increased, much as everything else these past many months. As far as portions go, on this May 2026 visit, the tasty items ordered were more than enough to share with leftovers for doggy bags. If suggested again, I'd certainly consider returning. read more

The Cheesecake Factory has always been one of our restaurants which was a good value when the kids were young. So it has taken us a while to return. We were a little disappointed because our favorite appetizer Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes wasn't available (never heard of that happening). That night there were a few other dishes that was the same. We did have free bread which is always great. The entrees we did order were tasty and we were full. Of course we brought the leftovers home and had no room for dessert. You can make reservations if you are a Cheesecake Rewards member. Prices are a little high but portions are generous. Service was friendly and efficient. It is still bustling after all these years. 04/29 My first time dining at The Cheesecake factory and I wasn't exactly blown away and I'm still trying to find out what the hype is all about, maybe it's the cheese cake. This is a huge , I mean very huge restaurant. Going upstairs, the maître d was very pleasant, about the only pleasant staff member that me and my plus one interacted with, the entire night. I came in casual attire as many others did also but some were dressed up looking spiffy. Our waiter was Omar the robot, no personality, not much interaction, strictly business. We arrived and sat down, received the menus and within 3 minutes, Omar came over and asked if we needed more time going over the menu. I replied this is my first time here so I need to look at the menu and then he replies. Do you need more time going over the menu. Looking over the menu was both tedious and time consuming. I barely found something to pique my curiosity as to why people come here. Bread was set before us and we did partake. Pumpernickel and some hard bread. I chose the chicken madiera, accompanying this dish was the asparagus and mashed potatoes. The asparagus was pretty tasty. I mean you cannot go wrong with asparagus. I mean how can you? It's a vegetable and you just eat it. Mashed potatoes I think were maybe red mashed potatoes and the dish had some mushroom in it, the mashed potatoes were pretty tasty when the juices from the meal did saturate the dish so the mashed potatoes mixed with the sauce, gave a pleasant flavor a hint of sweetness. The chicken Madeira had cheese on as well. It was really tasty, the entire meal was a hit. If I can order rice, I'd like to try it with rice if I come again. I signed up for membership and perks by downloading the app in order to get the free cheesecake for dessert. I chose the peach perfect cheesecake. I did taste peach flavors and I love the raspberry drizzle. This was a good choice but this is the cheese cake factory So if I need to find a favorite flavor, I'd need to make frequent visits. I have been going to this location for years. I will tell you I have watched the prices creep up. A bowl of pasta will now cost you between $25 and $30. Be prepared. This particular night I decided to try the fish and chips. I was very happy that the fish was a real piece of fish in that a processed square. There were about five decent size pieces with french fries and coleslaw. The fish was good but not seasoned. Pretty much just breaded and fried. This could be good and bad. I say this because sometimes places over season in the fish and it makes it salty. I could have added salt and pepper however, I used lemon and the tarter sauce. I had the Oreo cheesecake for dessert. It's one of my go-tos. It always hits the spot I had a peach iced tea. I swear it tastes like a peach lollipop that my son eats. Very good, but very sweet. I recently went to the Cheesecake Factory, which I haven't been to in a while, and I was honestly surprised by how packed it was. It was a Wednesday night no holiday, no school breaks yet the place was completely full. Despite the crowd, the wait actually wasn't too bad, and we were seated by the host without much delay. The atmosphere was family vibe. Our server, Queen, was pleasant, attentive, and even took a moment to have a small conversation with us, which made the experience feel a lot more welcoming. I definitely enjoyed having her as our server. For my meal, I ordered my usual: the salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes. As always, it was on point--perfectly cooked and consistently good. Despite what many may say, Cheesecake Factory is one of my go to restaurants no matter where i'm at! You can never go wrong with it, and this location is one nearest to me, so i've been multiple times. I came in for a family dinner on Saturday, and we all left happy. We made a reservation, so there was no wait, and we got a booth with extra room. I ordered a passion fruit margarita which was great! it was not overly sweet but not too strong either which is just how I like it The bread and the calamari which were our starters were amazing! Both were gone within minutes . For entree I got the grilled steak medallions and it was perfect, this is one of my favorite plates. The mashed potatoes and sauce with the steak is delicious! My steak also came perfectly medium well. For dessert, of course I had to treat myself to a cheesecake and I chose the lemon raspberry one, which I had never tried before. Went in on Mother's Day not realizing the day it was. Sat at the bar was taken care of by a male bartender named Oswald, one of the best bartenders I've ever had. Took seriously good care of me got me my drink quickly, even though it was a slammed busy day. My food came out very fast very hot very fresh. My drink was never empty, and my dirty plates were gone quickly. This place is big but it is always packed. Usually wait time is about 15 mins to half an hour. They have a really extensive menu but we usually come here for the pasta. My favorite is the farfalle with chicken and roasted garlic. The lasagna was pretty good too but it's no longer on the menu. My kids like the pasta and Mac and cheese from the kids menu. The avocado spring roll is another favorite. The sauce is really good and it pairs really well with the avocado. Portion size is pretty big. We usually end up taking home at least half of our order. Bought the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle slice to-go @ $13.52. Slice was noticeably smaller than it used to be -- maybe 1/8 of a 10" cake now -- with 2 giant heaps of dispenser whipped cream to make it look big. The cake itself had a very small drizzle of raspberry puree, mostly sweet, not tart, and no real raspberries or seeds. Biggest issue: This is not white chocolate. Ingredient label says "White Candy Coating (Sugar, Palm Kernel and Palm Oils, Whey, Soya Lecithin, Titanium Dioxide)" -- that's palm oil + sugar + white food coloring. No cocoa butter. Real white chocolate must list cocoa butter first. This is the same candy coating you get on cheap grocery store donuts. For that price, real white chocolate should be on this cake. Came here to try their brunch menu for my friend's birthday. We had the French toast platter and the cinnamon roll pancakes dish. For drinks, we both had the tropical mimosa. Everything and I mean everything we ordered was delicious. The portion size was very filling and we both ended up taking to go plates with leftovers. There was a drawback. Service was a little slow and the "fresh" bread they typically serve was super cold and served with even colder butter so that didn't make for a good appetizer. We were told fresh bread would come out soon, but that didn't happen until we were leaving. The restaurant also wasn't crowded so I'm concerned about what it's like when it is. Haven't been to Cheesecake Factory for quite a while. We brought our 3 year old granddaughter because we know it's a kid friendly restaurant and a fun environment for kids. We did not have a reservation on a Saturday afternoon but we were seated within 10 minutes. Joseph our server was very friendly and attentive. In addition to the Cobb salad main course I ordered for lunch, with the fresh bread basket (brown and white mini-baguettes) and butter, and my large latté, we split the carrot cake for dessert. Cheesecake Factory has been our choice for quite sometime. This time all the food made us really happy. I always waited in line to be seated in this location . I chose Peruvian chicken bowl for my entree and totally loved it. My husband opted for chicken Madeira and loved his rich, thick mushrooms sauce. But showstopper of evening was Chicken Taquitos, with a slight hint of mustard it is my favorite now. I will be ordering it again on my next visit. The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite chains. There's two floors to this location but for some reason, the first floor is always empty and I've only ever been seated upstairs. Once you walk up the stairs, you see the display of their cheesecakes which look sooooo good. The servers are nice and I haven't ever had bad service here. I've been here multiple times but I always get shocked at how extensive their menu is. It's not only huge with so many varieties of pastas and salads but also just the variety of items from avocado egg rolls to orange chicken and Korean fried chicken. They try to incorporate multiple cuisines and surprisingly do some of them pretty well. Their Chinese chicken salad is a family favorite. I personally love their herb crusted salmon - I think they cook it perfectly and the mashed potatoes are so flavorful! Their burgers are also sooo good and I love the bun that it comes with, which I'm not surprised at considering how good their complimentary bread always is (brown bread extra yummy of course). If you've never been to The Cheesecake Factory, beware that portions are huge so make sure to save space for dessert! I can't come and NOT get their cheesecakes. They have such a large variety of flavors and I've enjoyed them all from the rich chocolate flavors to the tart and fruity flavors. I went here with some family for my best friends graduation lunch. She's never been, so i figured this will be the best spot especially because we had children with us. All in all, we all enjoyed our meals. The portion size is still insane. But it's perfect for those of us who don't mind leftovers the next day. Or later in the afternoon. They usually are. Never had tasted bad food from here before. You can't go wrong with any of the options though. The cheesecake was tasty as well. Definitely tasted like a s'more. Service was decent. We had to wait about 5 minutes to get seated. Waiter was friendly and attentive. The place was busy as it was dinner time and on a Friday night. So service was a little slower than usual. But overall pretty solid service. In general we will most likely continue coming here to eat. Food is good and the cheesecake options are vast. Always a great time at TCF. It's always busy no matter the location and always delicious. The service is fast and parking is so easy here. The sliders are always my go to, reminds me of being a kid! The Mac and cheese balls are packed with gooey cheese and perfectly crunchy on the outside. The egg roll sampler was good because I've never tried their egg rolls but they weren't as good as they're hyped up to be. I thought the avocado egg roll would've been better. Haven't been here in awhile. My niece's had her birthday here with a family of 8. Service: The greeting staff was great and able to get our reservations combined and promptly seated. Excellent! I believe we had Kayla as our waitress, she was an excellent waitress. Kayla was helpful, patient, friendly, polite and attentive. If you're so lucky to get her as your waitress, show some love and give a nice tip. Food: Surprisingly, still pretty good, we had a bunch of apps, chicken taquerios, , Thai Chicken lettuce wrapschicken dumplings, the cauliflower fried drumsticks (yum) sliders (almost a meal) the sliders came like 4 regular size burgers and had a option for fries for extra. I had the French dip burger, too much on the bread size, maybe bigger meat (pause, lol) inside the bun. The sliders had more meat in them. The fries were salted and crispy nicely. Also, had an old fashion, that hit the spot. Definitely well-made! Cheesecake is always good here. Restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were nicely maintained for such a big restaurant, I'm sure with a lot of traffic. All in all! I'd come back for another family party. I was so disappointed! I went in and ordered a tiramisu and was charged $11.95. No problem, I expect the prices but look at the picture. That is a 2 inch by 2 inch piece of tiramisu. The rest was the whipped cream they pump out of the machine! Are you joking! All the cheesecakes are twice as big and same price. On top of that, I understand that you are busy but there was a line or 8 people and they ignored us for well over 5 minutes. They were not that busy and had a ton of staff working the desserts. I live pretty close by to the Cheesecake Factory, but haven't been there too much. I went once a few years ago, and was surprised by how good the burger was. Some friends and I decided to hit up CF again recently. The place is pretty centrally located at Source Mall. It's fairly nice inside, but I wasn't a fan of how far away the bathrooms were from where we were seated on the second floor (bathrooms were on the 1st floor and far away). Our server was very nice. I ordered the Americana Cheeseburger ($19), a soda, and we split a piece of cheesecake 3 ways. I've actually been pleasantly surprised at the burgers at CF cause they're really good. I asked for it medium rare and it seemed cooked the way I asked. The burger was pretty rich and pretty juicy. Seems like they're using fairly good quality ingredients in their stuff. I think it's probably more worth it to order a burger take out at CF than go to an overpriced place like Shake Shack, for example. The fries were pretty solid; fairly hot and crispy, nothing to complain about. The bread that comes out at the start was pretty solid as well. The cheesecake was also very rich and quite tasty. I'm not a cheesecake expert, but it did taste noticably better than getting something from the supermarket. So overall, food was pretty good. I paid about $29 total, with tax and tip included. Not too terrible, but definitely still a bit pricier than I'd like it to be, all things considered. But considering the quality of the meal, I think CF is pretty alright overall. For such a big space, I think it's ran very efficiently. Minor detail went amiss, like being sat at the table that was cleared but not wiped...just speak up when your waiter comes. It's super busy with a lot parties coming and going but I did not feel lost in the sauce...processes are in place and organized. You can come here for anything, graduation dinner, date, family outing, whatever. Call me washed, but even with there being so many diners, I didn't feel like I had to scream to be heard-shout out to the acoustics (conversations over your meal are important). Chemia, the waitress was easy going, helpful with questions, and I didn't feel rushed. Felt like I was her only table during a busy weeknight shift. The apps and small plates are so good, I could not finish my main dish. The science behind the Mac & Cheese balls needs to be explained, the crunch to fried ratio was great! The eggroll sampler was great too, but you can order just the avocado eggrolls only and thank me later. The Cobb Salad was massive, and had more than just iceberg salad. I don't think you can go wrong with their bible of a menu...there's something for everybody. No room for dessert, I'm going to back for a cheesecake next time. I remember the day when there was over an hour wait to go to the cheesecake factory. Sadly, this is not the norm anymore at the cheesecake factory we went on a Saturday and we seated immediately. The first floor wasn't even opened. I had the spaghetti carbonara my partner had fish and chips. My partner wanted fish tacos, but they were grilled not fried so we opted to get the fish and chips. When I ordered my spaghetti carbonara, I asked for extra shrimp which were delightful added, but they also added dried up shrivel chicken, which I didn't order and it was included on the bill, as I had a coupon I did not complain, but it was overcooked, shriveled, and dried. The fish and chips were adequate. Like any other chain restaurant nobody came over to ask is everything OK nor did a manager ask either. I was never offered cheese for my spaghetti nor offered additional bread or water. Management was running around like a chicken with their head, cut off and talking into their headsets, but not bothering to ask if the patrons were happy clearly management was not existent The cheesecake factory has evolved to be one step above a diner, but two steps below a reasonable restaurant. The big thing about the cheesecake factory is there outlandish prices, $4.95 for a soda or an iced tea is just highway rip off I've attached my bill so you can see it. Shouting out this location once again because it really is one of the better ones I've been too. Seating is mostly upstairs. Accessible to all with an elevator at the entrance. Also, major props to Queen (not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly) who was one of the best servers I've had in a while. On top of everything, knew "the product" and was so nice to chat with. Also originally from Queens. From one Querns woman to another, you were awesome and anyone dining there will be lucky to have her. Now, it's The Cheesecake Factory. If you're coming here expecting a Michelin star restaurant, you need to reevaluate your expectations. The spot is clean (my feet weren't sticking to the floor like they do in most chain restaurants).
