Love their food and it's always consistent. Service is great and never had a bad experience. It's a family favorite. We love coming here but the place needs a facelift. Seats are torn, paint chipping, napkins are used as a wedge to keep the tables from being wobbly. I used the restroom for the first time and was pretty disappointed. I felt like I was using the restroom at a gas station. There was tagging everywhere including the baby changing table; I had to go to the car to change the baby. The high chairs are no better. The paint is chipping, they looked like they've never been cleaned, & broken at the base. A few upgrades could make a big difference and would be appreciated. I'm sure others would be too. I know most restaurants are doing this now, but I despise how payments are processed right at the table. Went here on a Saturday night for dinner and had a pleasant experience. It was our first time dining here and we enjoyed it. There's a main dining area for guests dining there and there's an outdoor seating area as well. The outdoor patio was decorated with cute string lights and hanging decor. It was cute. We sat inside and there was lots of cute art and big screens playing sports games. The staff got us seated right away and took our orders. The food came out promptly and was delicious! I ordered the chicken wrap with an extra side of the garlic spread and my boyfriend got the teriyaki chicken plate with an extra side of chicken (because gains!) and jalapeños. The side chick flavor is always a good sweet and spicy dry rub but for some reason the spice varies. Yesterday it was more of a medium and other days it's so spicy I can only have a few bites at a time. Another big thing is that the size changed pretty drastically and so did the price. Now for two chicken sandwiches and fries it was a whopping $37 dollars! And the fry portion was less as well. She apologized for the wait once seated but I don't think lying about the wait time is okay. Food: the food was actually pretty good. Good portion sizes. But they do charge for sauces. The server said the first sauce is free and then they charge for every sauce after. When my friend asked for one they said it would be a charge. So it's one free sauce per table not per entree.
