The food here is pretty good. But if you're looking for good customer service I don't recommend it. Multiple times now I have had a manager or owner be extremely rude when she is working the front. On top of that, their phone service is horrible. They constantly make you repeat yourself because the restaurant is too loud. And multiple times now they have put me on hold and then forgotten about me. And about 70% of the time they get something wrong with your order as well. read more

Delicious wings, great sauce choices, friendly staff, clean, and most importantly cold cold beer. I tried their happy hour special (which is everyday) and included 12 wings, a pound of great shoe string fries, and a pitcher of beer. This place sucks. Maybe it's just because I always get food to go... but last year some time, I got some fried chicken that had the styrofoam container melted to it. Then I thought, hey maybe it was just a fluke, maybe that was a new person... so I went back there, and it was just really bad again. The shoe string fries are terrible. By the time I got home they were already all soggy and inedible. And the fried chicken was also all soggy and just soaked with oil, no crunch. I should have gone to Chicken & Cheers. The chicken is really bland and relies on sauce, that being said they probably know this and charge you for a small Dixie cup of the "flavor enhancer". Isn't it funny how time changes things. A few days ago my wife ordered some chicken and happened to talk to the owner. She told the owner we liked the chicken but didn't come often because they didn't have wine that was to our liking. The owner said she would get some different wine. Today we went back and sure enough, the owner did what she said she would do, some Turning Leaf Cabernet was on the shelf. Seeing that, we ordered and paid for 10 chicken fingers, some sides to go with it, and because we were taking this chicken to a friends house, we left when our order was brought out. Upon arriving at our friends house we discovered only five pieces of chicken had been put in the box. I placed a telephone call to the restaurant and was told they had discovered the error just as we were leaving. They said they would make it right if we came back. They bent over backwards to make it right, they gave us the five pieces of chicken and a large order of one of the sides we had ordered. That side was potato salad. The potato salad served at this place is without a doubt the best potato salad I've ever eaten in a restaurant. It is made with dill pickles, and is absolutely wonderful. The chicken was great. Well cooked, not fattening like normal fried chicken. The fries are tasty, being thin makes them easier to eat. The service however was a bit odd. The person at the counter seemed a bit stiff, more geared towards sales than customer satisfaction. It wants you to leave a tip when you order which is a bit odd. I would say you should leave a tip for the person who gave you your food but every waiter asks and brings you stuff. The food arrived very quickly. The menu however is a bit strange. They have some reasonable prices but the menu is limited. They have "premium sauces" which they charge extra for. One of those sauces was ranch, which I had and it wasn't special. It didn't seem homemade, it just seemed like the ranch restaurants have that is usually higher quality than store bought [at least it was quite a bit of ranch]. I didn't see a way to get fries or a drink without a combo which seemed odd. I was with a group of people at the time and one of them ordered a combo but instead of a soda they wanted a beer. They charged for the beer, like most restaurants, but didn't remove the cost of the soda. They have the prices of the meals but no way to change them it seems. They have 5 TVs, all tuned to different stations which is unusual. We were asked to leave because they have "limited space". Three customers were at the counter and there were lots of tables for them. I feel that was their polite way of saying "Get out, you've been here too long." Overall an okay restaurant. I absolutely love fingers. And if you get a chance to have the homeade clam chowder and delicious bread sticks that come with it...you should. The only problem I have with it is, they only serve soup on Fridays. Other than that, the service is great, and its nice and clean. read more

Well here goes. The chicken fingers were great, cooked well, hot when delivered, perfectly crispy, and delicious, and the sauce selection "wow" we had the habenero honey, and sweet chili they were fantastic. Can't wait to try others. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The garlic fires were awesome!! I see some complained about them having "too much garlic", My response "if you don't like garlic, don't order garlic fries!" I will certainly be back! As for Dylan here in the reviews, yes you are here to complain, not to try to help the business! Quit your whining, you complain about the chicken being overcooked, then talk about it flying away. As a picky eater in general and especially so with chicken and wings, I have to say they earn every one of these 5 stars. Sauces are delicious and the portions are generous for the price. A drive through would be awesome here. Service was great but the employees don't appear to have an identifiable uniform which is ok when it's slow but could be confusing during a busy time. We ordered the garlic fries along with the wings. We asked for "extra garlic," but that request failed to make it to the kitchen because the order of fries arrived with less than the usual amount of garlic we've had here in the past - very skimpy serving of garlic, definitely not an "extra" amount. The worst part: We were charged $4 more, just because we asked for garlic fries instead of regular fries in the "Happy Hour" combo! Same amount of fries, mind you, just wanted their great garlic fries instead...and we were charged FOUR MORE DOLLARS?? Without telling us at the time we placed the order!
