Came in for a quick snack. We had the mozzarella sticks and a Cesar salad. The mozzarella sticks were so fresh and yummy. Even the marinara was piping hot. Good place for a basic hot meal. It wasn't too crowded even though the mall in tad next to was really packed. They had music playing and sports on the tvs. All in all good times.

Great service, and delicious drinks. We had the spinach queso, and shared the prime rib (forgot to take a picture it was SO good!!!) Always a trusty go to when the tourist staples are running over. Ambiance is calm and relaxing. Low light, fireplace, and waiters are very professionally dressed. Try it out for a date night, or in between shopping.

We had a great family dinner when we were passing through Sevierville. The service was so good and the food was delicious. We will definitely stop by when we pass through again.

We went on a weekday evening. There was no wait. The food came out quickly. Our waitress Renada (not sure if spelled correctly.)provided a very positive dining experience. She was super nice, helpful with the menu and other suggestions, and would check in on our needs. I noticed she was very good at communicating with the customers at the other tables as well. The bread was very good & freshly baked. The Ceasar salad was very fresh and the dressing was really good. It did not have a strong tangy flavor which I appriciated. The appetizers were had: onion rings, calamari & shrimp were all very good and crispy. The sauces were also good. See photos for other descriptions.

We had a fantastic experience at The Chophouse. The food was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The Prime Delmonico Ribeye with blue cheese butter was one of the best steaks I've ever had--perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and truly memorable. The sides were just as impressive: the creamed spinach delicious, the deviled eggs were spot-on, and the sweet potato was cooked perfectly. Even the bread and butter were amazing. The service was solid--about 4 out of 5 stars-- i would have given 5 stars but they forgot our salad (but quickly remedied this by bringing something else). Server was friendly. Overall, The Chophouse delivered an excellent dining experience, and I would absolutely go back. Highly recommend! Also- grinch Christmas decor was awesome!!

Wonderful as ever, with fireplace ambiance. Excellent service and food. Angus Chopped Steak, spinach, and broccoli..warm bread. Quality superb. In Tanger Outlets. Typically recommend reserving, but there is also bar/booth seating.

Steak So Good, I Might Just Move Closer Our grandson came to visit, so the wife and I made a little getaway out of it and stayed in Pigeon Forge. On a whim--and with hunger setting in--we picked The Chop House. It was packed (clearly people know what's good), but thankfully we had made a reservation. Only waited about 10 minutes before getting seated near the bar--prime people-watching real estate. Our waitress was a gem--friendly, patient, and didn't even flinch when we asked a hundred questions. We ordered the ribeye and baked potatoes because, let's be honest, we weren't there to nibble on salads. The steak came out perfectly cooked and so good I almost offered to help wash dishes just to stay a little longer. We're from Abingdon, VA, but the next time we're picking someone up from the Knoxville airport, we're building in a mandatory steak stop at The Chop House. It's that good.

I had been here once before and the food was so good I had to come back. By the time I got to my hotel, I was running late for my reservation and got a call from The Appalachian checking if I was going to make my reservation. I let them know that I had just arrived at my hotel, traffic on I-81 held me up and I was going to order an Uber as soon as I was off the phone. Coming from DC, I expected an Uber would be at the hotel door steps within a few minutes, I was wrong. I was then crushed by the realization that I was wrong, I wasn't gonna make my reservation. I knew that on a week night The Appalachian's kitchen closed at 9. Ride.I called them back to let them know of the situation and expressed my desire to have their Wood Fired Lamb. The Gentleman that answered the phone simply responded "it's going on the grill now, we will see you when you get here. F-ing amazing, turned my stressful and painful day completely around. Uber'ed over, walked into an empty restaurant on a weekday where I would guess dinner customers might have been light and they held the staff for little old me. The Appalachian had just moved to the top of my list for I mean best restaurant I've ever been to in my life. Unfortunately, for them, my favorite restaurant of all time in the United States shut down when I was in my early 20's so they'll never get a chance to compete.. But they just bumped Alligator Soul in Savannah Georgia to number two still in existence in these great United States. The Appalachian is a must dine at least once in your life, top tear resistant. Out F-ing standing, must F-ing dine at some point in your life. To the staff of The Appalachian, thank you for taking care of me went you could have told me that you close at 9pm. First off, the restaurant is truly stunning! Service was excellent too. We started with the Fried Chicken Skins. My friend had heard good things for a friend, but we weren't particularly impressed. I had the Hanger Steak as my entree, and it was delicious. I especially loved the potato dumplings! My friend had the Kansas City Strip, cooked medium rare, with broccolini. Initially, the steak was overcooked, but the staff quickly cooked another steak and made it right. Overall a really good experience! Downtown Sevierville has really evolved, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring after dinner.

We went for lunch today and I must say the service has gone down hill…read more The server did the best she could as she was waiting on other tables and one was giving her a hard time. We ordered the wild west shrimp as an appetizer, burger, chicken sandwich and chicken salad . It took over 20 minutes to get the food as the server apologized as said they had one line cook. We finally got our food but no appetizer. The burger and chicken sandwich was fine. The chicken salad was missing feta cheese and we had asked for dressing on the side but it poured out all over the salad. We had to get up and find someone to help us as again our server was dealing with a problem table. We finally got an employee as they had 3 coming in to work but when they saw us trying to get their attention ran to the back. We finally did get a server who was like they are working on your shrimp, and they asked well how did they screw up your salad? We said there were items missing and the dressing was poured out all over the salad. We did have a server bring us the shrimp and said I will have the manager take this off. When we got the bill, I guess she never told the manager to take it off as it was still on the bill. We explained to our server who apologized and had it fixed. I was shocked though no manager was ever seen on the floor and typically in most restaurants if there is a problem a manager would come out and explain or apologize. I guess this manager was too busy. Just be warned on the service and the amount of time it will take for lunch as we were there an hour and 45 minutes.

I never really leave bad reviews, but I have to share our experience just so that way you can make an educated decision on if you want to dine here with a large party. Story time! Buckle up... it's a long one. We had a reservation for dinner at 7pm. Part of our party arrived, but most of party hadn't arrived yet by the reservation time. Since most of the party wasn't there, Seasons 101 canceled our reservation after 15 minutes. The rest of our party arrived at 7:17pm (they were having problems finding the entrance to the building). Being late is 100% our fault. However, they failed to communicate to the rest of the party that had arrived on-time about canceling our reservation. I am a little confused why they didn't ask the people who were waiting what the ETA of the rest of the group was. Even though we missed the reservation time, they still were able to accommodate our large party. If I only knew what was about to unfold. We were seated outside (without any menus), and two people from our party had to actually push the tables together themselves since the staff didn't. We looked online for the menu after about 20 minutes of not seeing a server. The server finally came with water for the table, and we quickly put in our drink orders. She scurried off, not to be seen again for another hour or so. The bride got up and went to the bar to get our party more waters since our server never came back to us. The bride had to do this multiple times through the night. Finally, the drinks arrive. They were pretty good! I got one of the seasonal drinks (pear ginger martini). Before our server can run off again, I ask her if she can bring us menus since there were 2 different ones on their website. We get brought the menus and wait another 40 minutes for the waitress to come back to place our order. About one hour after placing our whole food order, the appetizer soups come out to the two people who ordered them. Entrees followed, and they were ALL COLD. The food itself was yummy, but it was absolutely not worth the nearly 3 hours of waiting around for a cold entree. My Hunter's Platter consisted of Elk, Duck, and Lamb. I was 100% expecting more food since it was a platter and was $44, but it's ok. I was pretty over the whole experience at this point. We asked for the check with no splits (everything on one bill to make it easy) and explained that we were in a rush since we had a reservation for an activity coming up. We waited around a bit, but at this point we were tired of just waiting around. I got up after about 10 minutes of waiting and retrieved the check from our server. It may be a better experience for smaller parties or maybe even a date night. Personally, the service we received was horrendous. If they couldn't accommodate us, they should have told us that from the start. I would have HAPPILY gone ANYWHERE ELSE. Part of me thinks they knew they were going to get the automatic 20% large party service charge so they didn't care how they served us *sigh*. So moral of the story, don't come here unless you want to wait nearly 3 hours for a cold entree and ask for water refills at the bar yourself.
