Got the Saint Latte and Pistachio Latte and let me tell you. This is hands down the best pistachio latte I've ever had!! Super creamy and the strongness was perfect. I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was honestly the most bland matcha I've had, which is surprising considering there was strawberry puree in it. It didn't taste low quality, just very muted and not something I'd order again, especially since I get matcha (and strawberry matcha) pretty often elsewhere. My husband got the pistachio latte and liked it, but mentioned it leaned a bit too sweet for his taste. For food, we tried the breakfast bagel and I genuinely can't believe how bland it was. It had all the components you'd expect, everything bagel, eggs, cheese, aioli, bacon, and more, but somehow it just fell flat. I kept wanting to add salt or some kind of sauce to bring it to life. I actually stopped eating it because it didn't feel worth it to keep going for something so flavorless. The one highlight was the spinach quiche. I really enjoyed it and would come back for that specifically, although it did feel a little pricey for what it was. The service was quick. I ordered the 16 oz, iced Beehive Matcha Latte with almond milk ($8.00) for an afternoon pick-me-up. It was floral, sweet, and cinnamon-y, but too milky for my taste. Also, I picked-up a Too Good To Go bag, containing a variety of pastries. One of my fave pastries was the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Loaf because it was aromatic, nicely spiced, and had a good amount of chocolate chips. Another fave was the Bacon Cheddar Scone, which was salty, smoky, and paired well with hot tea. I'd like to return to this Groundwork Coffee location to try other drinks and spend more time, but the limited parking makes it difficult.
