A couple days ago I stopped by and ordered a "small" pure vanilla bean frappe and asked for it to be split in two. (The drink was for toddler aged children and they cannot even finish a small drink on their own ; hence why I asked for it to be split into two cups.) I am aware that the serving would be small but that's the point. The issue was with the barista (I believe her name was Nicole) who told me if I didn't want to just order a bigger size instead. When I said no , she let out the loudest sigh and said "ok." When I paid for my drinks , she handed them to me with an attitude and didn't even give me a receipt. Come on now ?! Friendly staff, good customer service, great tasting product, clean and neat store, and location is easy to get in and out from.

This store is closed all the time (for 2 weeks at a time) and when they are open they are out of everything. The only sugar free flavor offered is chocolate and splenda! No oatmeals, except the prepackaged ones you can make at home. I hate not having a drive thru with options, but for now, I will stick with Crust and Crumble in downtown or Classic Coffee and just get out. read more

I came in during the evening, the drive through line moves a lot slower here than at Starbucks for sure. I wanted something sweet not caffeinated, so I went with a large ice blended pure chocolate. I got to the window after about 10 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me and was handed a Small ice blended White chocolate. I brought it to the barista's attention that I i ordered a Large Chocolate. His response "well I made this and I only charged you for the small". Oh okay cool. Since I already paid and at this point was just done with idiots for the day, I took it and left. Went to Starbucks and threw that drink away and got a chocolate cookie crumble. Funny thing, the barista saw me throw out the drink and asked if they messed up my order (not seeing it was a coffee bean cup). I explained what a happened at coffee bean. His response was "that's not cool at all, how about I buy this drink for you since you already paid for a drink tonight"? So that was definitely aa win for Starbucks!! read more

The staff at this location are very unprofessional and rude. Every time I come here there's either an issue with my order or an issue with a staff member. Today I went for a coffee and as soon as I walked in a staff named Alexandra and another female worker gave me the worst look; while pointing at me and I perfectly could hear everything they were saying about me. She clearly was mad from a previous issue I had with her 2-3 weeks prior. (Which was because she didn't wash the blender before making my drink.) I love coffee bean, and this review is only for this location! So I have been to location about once a month, being that I don't live close to this one. Well they have messed up on 5 of my drinks. I don't drink coffee only pure blend and teas and they have missed up on my drinks by adding coffee and not adding the peach sweetener to my drink. Also I get my drinks thinned out and they didn't do that a couple times. I've even had to go back a few times to get my drink fixed, imagine having to go back 8 miles because you're $5 drink wasn't made correctly! read more

It was my first time going to a coffee bean, I'm usually a Starbucks kind of girl, given that I worked there for a while. But decided to give this place a try since I was already in the area. First the line seemed to be moving pretty slowly which was ok. I didn't mind it. Good service usually takes a little bit longer, making sure everything is accurate. I ordered a matcha latte and a egg white wrap. The latte was ok, a bit watery. The wrap...soggy, extremely soggy and I only work a few minutes away so it's not like it was just sitting there. My biggest problem was the cashier, look, I get it. Morning rushes suck, I was a supervisor for the opening shift too so I know. But even on my worst days I ALWAYS was kind and friendly because that's good customer service and that's what keeps the business going, the lady on the cashiering window was rude, I pulled up I said hello and she just told me my total and closed the window on me. She came out with my stuff and said thank you but very much like I was irritating her by being there. So I said nothing else and drove away. Won't be coming back here, I'll be sticking to Starbucks, they're always so nice and friendly and even make some small talk if your order is taking a bit. read more

I was so excited to go here for the first time yesterday. We walked in at about 6:50am and we were greeted right away, staff was friendly. I ordered an iced vanilla coffee with light half and half. It definitely did not have light half and half. The girl when repeating my order back said so a large iced vanilla coffee with cream, I then repeated with light cream. I understand it is a new location and there is an adjustment period, but that is something that is pretty simple. I ended up feeling sick for a good part of the day and only drank half of my drink. I will give it another chance but will be getting my coffee black and adding in my own cream. I did like that they had the sugar area set up with many options. There was sugar, liquid sweetener, vanilla powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, half and half, whole milk, and non fat milk. This was my husband's second visit and he enjoyed his hot coffee. He added his own half and half to it. His first visit he was not pleased with the customer service. But still gave it another try and got something different. read more

I mobile ordered a large coffee latte 1/2 foam, extra hot but got the opposite of that. I was going to ask them to fix my drink, but the line was long and they seemed understaffed. Beware the drive thru if you have a larger SUV or truck. I had to scrape my left tire to pull up to the speaker to order. Just get out of your car and go inside. This coffee bean is big and have lots of space to sit down. The employees are nice, a bit slow with making drinks (guessing because most people are new). I ordered two drinks. A large mocha ice blended and a large decaf half powder mocha ice blended. When I got the drink they both tasted the exactly the same. I couldn't drink my drink because it was too sweet and I was afraid that it'll be caffeinated. Wish they would of taken the time to make it the way I want it. read more

Well received a gift card 2 years ago and finally got one of these places near me. Website said 5am, walk in and then after 1 minute I am told they aren't open! I said the website had the hours posted and the door was open. Only drive thru open. Well maybe the door should stay locked. I really love it here- the area is nice and open and there is a LOT of seating. However, I'm never able to sit there for more than an hour to study because it is uncomfortably cold in there.
