The speed factor is an issue. They also need to have some sort of sold out magnet or sticker to put on the menu if they are going to have several items not available. I waited 10 mins to find out they were out of the items I wanted to order. Then another 15 minutes to get my small tea latte. 2 stars because the tea was good. When the first opened it was amazing customer service. However, the last few times I've gone the service has been HORRIBLE. Three trips ago we spent over $32 on coffee, I think we ordered 6. The childish girl at the window had zero manners and was very rude. And when I asked for a receipt I didn't get one. The time after that it was around $13 dollars 3 drinks again horrible service. And the last time it was one drink regular blended... my app wasn't opening, no one in line behind me but clerk was Adamant I needed to pay then, with or without the app. Again didn't get a receipt even when asked. Came in for an americano and some CBTL pods. Since I purchased a retail item I was offered a free regular sized coffee too. Gave the americano to my bf and kept the coffee for me. Super disappointed! I ordered a plain green tea, no sweetener. What I got was a green tea with tons of floral notes. Thought it was a mistake but barista said no, jasmine is our plain green tea. If it's jasmine flavored it's not really plain. They were friendly about it and offered me black tea, which was fine. But since I prefer green, I'll have to stick with Starbucks. read more

The coffee tastes good but the experience will have me not returning. First and foremost they do not offer heavy cream for coffee which is what I prefer. Also I don't want to be asked to donate to this that or the other thing when I'm making a purchase. No I don't want around my purchase up to the nearest dollar. The drinks are good however this is the 3rd time the drive through has been slow. This time it took 20 min and with a child crying in the back felt like longer. When I got to the window and paid the girl closed the window and continued taking other orders for 5 more minutes even though my drinks were just sitting next to her. Every single time they mess up my order. I order an iced tea latte and they always make an iced tea. They said the order cuts off after iced tea even though the ticket they place on my cup says "iced tea latte." I come here minimum 4 times a week. Sometimes pickup through the app, sometimes drive thru and other to sit and down work. Leo, the manager, is kind and greets me by name and makes sure my drink is ready in a timely manner. The drive thru employees are ALWAYS kind and consistent. The sit down employees are a bit inconsistent but it's understandable as having to hire as business adjust to recovery from pandemic regulations. No Barista on duty. Stopped by around 9 PM. Ordered 3 coffees to go, one Irish Cream Large, an explosion of sugar. Had to add more instant coffee and remake at home. Vanilla Latte, another obsessive amount of sweet, no coffee taste, truly mediocre. Last a cold coffee, which according to the drinker tasted more chocolate and sugar. How difficult is to prepare a memorable coffee for the better? Does the owner know how fast he might be loosing clientele? Place looked really nice, inviting, that part tops. The curiosity of the new place dissipated and was replaced by disappointment. The coffee business is booming. I wish them the best, but if the coffee we got is the norm, and not an off night, then crossing fingers might come in handy. With such expensive equipment, and being a new location, a much better product is possible with the much needed skills. 2 Stars. read more

This is my third time going to this location. I was a daily customer in Lake Elsinore, but this one is not the same. The first time I went everything was great. The second day I ordered a jalapeño bagel and a coffee with steamed cream. I was halfway to work when I realized my bagel was a plain bagel. Ick! The coffee was also luke warm, so they only added cream without steaming it. I called and the next day, today May 1st, I got a free bagel and coffee.... wait for it.... but the coffee had steamed almond milk! Double ick!! So disappointed! Great customer service! I went through the drive thru near 10pm last night, which is when the store closes. I didn't know that until after I left and saw the hours. But even though it was so close to closing, I wasn't turned away and the drinks I got were so great. Okay so I'm gonna start off by saying I come here on a daily basis (which is probably gonna stop).. everytime I come to this location the workers have attitudes and somehow always mess up the drinks.. if I come for 7 days straight 5 out of seven days there something wrong.. there management needs to get it together. I've ordered the same drink multiple times and everytime it comes out different some days it's good and others it's basically just straight liquid and it's a blended drink. Baristas need more experience both w making the drinks and giving better customer service. read more

Let me just say, I LOVE the Coffee Bean! I use to drive a half hour away just to get my tea fix. Now that I have a local CB&TL I still would rather make that 30 min. Drive.The service at this location- inside and especially at the drive thru is so S L O W. This morning, in drive thru with two cars ahead of me, I waited 14minutes! When I pulled up to pay the barista was giving me the wrong order and was confused on what I had ordered?! ( I got a Lg.Mango cold brew tea) I go to this location once sometimes twice a week and I cringe because of how slow they are. Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes I get a happy go lucky team member or I get the I hate my job attitude from another. I'm bad at getting names but I can definitely point them out! Lol I know this location is fairly new. I understand training and working out a few kinks take practice....but it's been a good amount of time to have trained and found "the dream team" to make CB&TL run smooth. I'm still giving 5 stars because it's a nice, calm place to study. However, I think I could see a few reasons why they're not getting any busier. First, it's terribly cold in there. All the time. Every time I try to study there I have to wear two jackets and I'm still freezing. I feel bad for the workers that they have to work in that. Also, they put way too much ice in their drinks, especially when you order just a regular sized drink. It's gone in a few sips because of the ice. Lastly, they sometimes put way too much syrup flavoring for the coffee. I got a caramel iced coffee and it tasted like pure caramel syrup. I still like the place and will continue to go there but I hope they make it warmer or start providing blankets lolol read more

Absolutely LUVVVV this place. Customer service is always on point and the associates are very proficient, creative, thoughtful and courteous. They provide great drink or food suggestions and are very patient doing so. SBUCKS uswd to be my go to coffee spot, but the variety of items offered here are somewhat different and the drinks are prepared SUPER well; i.e. my granddaughter luvvvsss the vanilla extreme and the green matcha blended drinks. The jalapeno bagels are hands down the BEST ever. The finely chopped pieces are infused in the bagel. Soooo good. The rewards here are better and more frequent here than other coffee establishments too. read more

The SUPERVISOR and the girl whose hair went in my drink laughed and just looked at me through the window. Then they had the audacity to come and just hand me a $5 gift card (my drink was probably more expensive than that) and walked away. Literally disgusting.
