I always order ahead and my drink is ready before it says it will be ready. Clean inside, some tables for sitting but seems to be more of grab and go. I've gotten many drinks here over the year, the brown sugar latte is so good but I am currently obsessed with the viral iced dry americano drink... yes I fell for this tik tok sensation but it really is quite tasty. I love the type of ice they put in their coffee and I always ask for light ice because I don't like watery drinks. And they do light ice! Love it

Atmosphere - There was a decent amount of tables and chairs in the coffee and tea shop. The store was located on the corner of the parking lot just next to the street. The sign was a little hidden due to some trees. I liked the trees because it made the area feel fresh. Without trees, places seem bland and boring and dried out to me. The place had a few other customers at tables when we arrived. Business quickly picked up while we were there. The menus were on the tvs along the wall behind the service area. No music. I like that. Restrooms available, with code. Weird to use. Afraid someone would walk in on me. Temperature inside was good. Been at a handful of places where it's been hot. Drinks - We ordered a strawberry matcha large with boba. It came out so pretty! Mixing it would be a challenge so I drank it as is. At other places, they recommend mixing it before drinking. The service here was a little weird. Wonder if places in other parts of the valley might be better. The matcha tea wasn't overly sweet. I liked that. The milk in the middle was just as one would expect. The strawberry puree was sweet but not overly so. The boba had the right texture and was lightly sweet as well. Service - I saw three employees there. One said hi quietly, but didn't seem too friendly when I said hi back. Since it is a tea shop you can pick your own seat and sit down after ordering. Ordering went well and the drink came out fairly quickly. I also used the app to buy another drink. The app worked a little weird and I had difficulty navigating the page. Background - Felt like getting a drink today since it was so hot today (like always). Seems like I should move to a place with cooler climate! Decided to try out the shop. Parking - The parking is shared with other businesses. Lots of good parking. No parking meters or parking structures. A parking structure with solar panels on top or plants would be nice. Otherwise, no shaded spots available. Future - Not at this location, but I would be interested in trying some of their other drinks! I would also get this one again.

A great vibe, good coffee, plenty of seating indoors, free wifi, and an awesome interior. It says everything about this place. Visit once and you are gonna stop going to Starbucks. The coffee tasted great. I tried Iced Brown Sugar Latte with Boba and it tasted too good. They have plenty of things to eat too. They are very reasonably priced too compared to other coffee chains. Great selection of drinks and coffee on the menu. They have high chairs, sofa seating, etc. Staff was super nice too. Highly recommended cafe in the neighborhood.

Great place for some coffee and snacks! Belen was very nice and made us feel welcome. We're from Seattle so we have a high bar when it comes to coffee. 5 stars

Had an awesome experience at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in the Biltmore area. For some reason I thought Coffee Bean was Korean owned but while waiting for our drinks I did a dive into the company history and found it was founded in LA, sold to a duo of Singaporean brothers and then owned by Jollibee! They're pretty ubiquitous in Asia but a bit harder to find in the states. (126 in California and 7 in Arizona) We got a Vietnamese coffee and mango green tea latte. The mango green tea was delicious and reminded me of Halo-Halo with its layers of green tea on top, cream in the middle and sweet mango chunks on the bottom. Viet coffee was quite strong and not too sweet which coupled well with their signature small grind ice. Staff was friendly and quick and I loved the open air lobby with all the natural light. Great place to study or hang out with the minimal interior design. (Ended up hanging out on the comfy orange and blue chairs for 30 minutes longer than I planned!)

Purchased a mango black tea for my husband with boba. Surprisingly quite nice! Their drinks do run a little on the sweet side. I recommend asking the staff how many pumps of sweet syrup goes in your drink and size down as needed. In my case, I felt half sweet was the appropriate mark! Love the crushed ice as it cools the drink instantly. Very nice staff, and lots of merch to buy for tea and coffee lovers! Definitely coming back!

Short and sweet review to shout out my favorite West Coast coffee chain. I always make it a point to stop at the Coffee Bean when visiting family in AZ for a Vietnamese Latte. This location is new - the interior is clean and modern, and the service is fast and friendly. There's no drive-thru, but we didn't encounter a line on the Sunday morning when we visited. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating if you're looking to spread out and work, or catch up with friends. It's also in a nice shopping plaza - if you prefer to take your coffee to-go and do some shopping. Although I do typically lean toward the coffee side of their menu, they're also known for their tea. On a previous visit, I tried their Ceylon Milk Tea with Brown Sugar, which was better than many of the boba-focused tea places I've been to.

The interior was quite clean and organized. I ordered a large cafe white chocolate for $5.92. The drink itself was tasty and the service was on point.

Newest addition to the Town & Country shopping center on Camelback ... located on Camelback by the Nordstrom Rack. Stopped in for a coffee drink, no drive thru but there is plenty of parking. Plenty of indoor and patio seating for meeting with friends and several tables with power outlets to catch up on work. Plenty of food, coffee & tea options. I saw a couple of cute tea tins that are perfect for gift giving, and the most adorable decorated cookies to pair with your favorite drink. Service was fast and friendly.

We'll have to pay more attention to this place when driving around. Had no idea they had multiple locations. We stopped at one & got an amazing iced boba Vanilla latte. Probably the best tasting Vanilla latte we ever had.!

Service was quick and friendly! This was a follow up visit after a Yelp event because I wanted to try something different. Ordered the brown sugar latte with Boba, half sweet. Still a little too sweet for me but was worth a try! My only criticism is I wish they used compostable cups and straws to reduce plastic waste.

Whew! Love the ambiance and aesthetic of this establishment. Very clean, very minimalist, very relaxed. I was in awesome in such a simple yet diverse menu of drink combinations that you don't see at most coffee shops. I was interested in the Hibiscus Berry tea but unfortunately it ran out before I arrived, so I opted for a Lightened Mango Cold Brew Tea, which was recommended by the barista. She offered great customer service and answered all my questions as a first time visitor. I was taking easy on the sweets but was pleased to see they offered a large amount of sweets to accompany their plethora of drinks. I will definitely return because the tea I had was banging and I'm sure everything else is too!

Great lattes and teas. With kids, it'd be nice if they did curbside or had a drive through, so I don't go as frequently as I'd like.

Afterwards I hopped into Macys nearby to be inside the AC and could check the map for "cold drinks" near me. This spot popped up just around the corner. I give it a 4 stars. I drink a lot of coffee drinks from various coffee shops, and for comparison this wasn't amazing but good enough. It hit my requirements- nearby, COLD, slightly sweet, decent coffee flavor. The drink description says "vanilla cold foam" and this was not cold foam. I saw that it was steamed milk and turned to foam. Pretty much the opposite of cold foam. If they made their own cold foam this would have made the drink more unique. Could have been 5 stars if as described. Anyway, service was friendly and the small shop is cute. Gave me the hit of cold caffeine I was looking for.

This year, I've visited after work with coworkers and after work alone to get more work done. Despite the limited parking out front, there is free curbside parking beside and behind the coffee shop adjacent to the nearby businesses and residential area. There is ample space inside with various types of seating and ample charging and free wifi. The front area has window counter space and couches/love seats to lounge. The back area has small tables, large tables, desks with lamps, and a love seat. My only complaint is that this large area gets pretty hot in summer afternoons without adequate AC or fans back here. It was like this last year when I previously attended the evening coffee raves. Both times upon visiting recently in daytime, I ordered the Dark Horse latte, comprised of dark maple syrup, smoked sea salt, espresso, milk. I love this latte because it's sweet but also has depth from the smokiness and saltiness. While I think the coffee is on the pricier side, I'm incredibly satisfied with my drink choice regardless. Overall limited specialty drink menu (which is what I usually care about when exploring coffee shops) but many options in general. Seems like people mostly come here to be on their laptops opposed to socializing here, which I appreciate. This is an incredible spot to work, especially since they close later in the day at 6pm, offer free wifi, ample seating, ample charging.
