I love this coffee bean! I go here almost everyday and the staff always greets me by name! All the staff there are very friendly!

Past 3 times i've been here they put way too much milk in my drink. Like mostly milk. Finally the 3rd time when i brought it back, they kindly remade the vanilla iced latte. Except they just gave me the same thing with way too much milk. Ive been ordering this for a long time and im confused about what kind of barista thinks it's ok to serve this much milk in a coffee beverage. Aren't there directions to follow? I know it's just coffee, but i could totally just pour myself a glass of iced milk and feel sick all on my own and save $5. read more

They have signage indicating that they close at 10pm, however, they were already closed when I arrived at 9:40 pm. I pulled up at the drive thru and the monitor was not on. I waited for about 3 minutes thinking that it might've been broken. After waiting, I decided to just pull up to the window. The inside looked empty and I didn't see a worker inside until about a minute later. She was cleaning under the espresso machines with her back turned to the drive thru window. She didn't see me so I decided to honk my horn to get her attention. She ignored it and walked away without any acknowledgement. Soon after the lights were turned off. It's very inconvenient when they decide to close earlier than when they are actually supposed to close. I mean, if something happened then that's fine, I get that things happen. However, the employee could've at least told me that they were closed instead of me just sitting there and waiting for nothing. read more

Apparently this location does not want any business after dark. At 5:05 PM is is completely dark on the exterior of the building, including the sign. No change when I went by there later in the evening. Guess they don't want customers interrupting them so they can keep their noses stuck in their phones. read more

Ordered on mobile app but they didn't even make it correct. The drink tasted so watery and I can't even finish it.

I love this location! I've always received such great customer service every time I've gone! The people taking orders at the drive thru are always pleasant and in a good mood. I also like how strongly the enforce the masks because I can feel confident and safe going there knowing that they must also be following other guidelines inside the store as well. Nice location; nice building. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that they were experiencing problems and could not take my credit on my app. I had to cancel my order because they informed me that the only option was to pay by cash or credit card. On my own, I figured another solution and that was to order on my cell phone app to do a pickup order and that was the only way I could fill my order using my app credit. We also noticed that there was only 1 fresh fruit and 1 parfait container. The ones they did have out did not look fresh. Also, we went to eat in the outside patio and it was very dirty. It was 10:30 am and there was an empty pizza box, Taco Bell trash on the chairs and around the floor. Hopefully they can rectify these deficiencies. :( read more

My wife and I love coffee bean, I mean we make a date out of it. I'm a VIP reward holder, spend enough money to buy one and I never write a review but this location is ridiculous every time I go there is always a problem with my order or they forget to even put it in. Customers come first, not your personal plans for the weekend. This location is ruining the Coffee Bean name. read more

Ordered jamine green tea and breakfast burrito today. Tea was hot and good. Breakfast burrito has spanish flavored rice which was a new taste but went well with the beans. The burrito was meatless which was ok. read more

Came here to finish some work. They had the ac fan running on high unnecessarily. I later found out there are 2 different temperatures in the cafe. It was nice and comfortable by the entrance and registers, however felt like a fridge aisle on the opposite side. I heard multiple customers complaining amongst each other. I briefly ask one of the staff if they could adjust the temperature. Response was "I can ask but I don't think we can." Hmm.. I wonder if it was done on purpose so people don't over stay. Aside from this coffee house feeling more like an ice cream shop.... decent drinks. read more

I am completely frustrated with this location and their inability to take food allergies or sensitivity too caffeine seriously... I come here a lot and probably 3 out of 10 times my soy or almond milk latte has regular milk in it or a decaf drink has full caffeine! I just can't understand why they can't write it on the cup to avoid any confusion. They just hand you your drink and you have to hope that it's right.... or in my case take a sip and be sick all day long. read more

I was so excited about this location because it is really convenient for me! I appreciate the drive thru convenience. I have patronized this location frequently and I am consistently disappointed by their customer service. Many times they appear bothered that you are there and seem to be in a hurry when there are very few customers. It feels as though you have interrupted them. When they do communicate to you it is often abrupt and rude, especially if you ask them a menu or app question. In all fairness, there are a few that are much more helpful than others. In general, I purposefully choose to save my money now because their lack of friendly customer service frustrates me. I really wish they would improve ! read more

Instead of just going through the drive-through this morning I went into this Coffee Bean for the first time and I wasn't all that impressed. It didn't feel cozy and seemed unfinished and cold. There was more single seating and not enough tables. I had met my parents there for breakfast and a visit and we had to pull two small tables together so that the three of us could fit. I think I will continue to use the drive-through and probably not go inside again. I enjoy their flavored tea very much but the three pastries we ordered were a bit dry and didn't seem fresh. read more

Love this new location, lots of room and good service. I prefer CBTL to Starbucks, but the SB was historically closer, I'm so glad this location has opened up. So many coffee places are in congested areas and you have to deal with tiny parking lots. I like that this location has its own corner and parking lot- it's more open and a lot easier to get in and out of. read more

I live close to this location so I was really excited once it opened. I have been coming to this location for the past few weeks and have not been disappointed! The whole staff is extremely nice and patient and are always trying to make our experience an amazing one. Katrina in particular is always in such a great mood, she always goes out of her way to make sure the customers are being taken care of and I would love if she got recognized. I recommend this place to anybody that enjoys great coffee and even better customer service ! read more

Going to continue to lose customers with walk in closed. Drive thru is horrible slow. Obviously understaffed to save $$, but lost revenue from the many who see huge line and drive to Starbucks instead needs to be taken take into consideration as well. 20 minutes in line......not gonna happen again read more

Been going to Coffee bean for a week now and every time I go I stand in front of register and someone always tells me they will be right with me while they are in the corner talking to each other. This morning I ordered and the same thing. I go outside to have my coffee, I head back in to ask for a refill and I get a question from left feild, the manager(Kat very rude person) if I have a receipt, I said I didn't get one. terrible. withheld my credit card until i put a mask on. enforce what you want in the store. drive thru is a customer in their OWN PROPERTY. either way you can NEVER withhold a customers card because of your own beliefs. Such a bad experience here, came here to get my morning coffee, my usual spot is in orange but this time I decided to go through the drive thru and ordered a chai latte, it was gross. It was straight milk, I went inside and asked if they could make it stronger (I'm a barista I know how it works) but I was greeted with a snarky attitude and could see the girl roll her eyes at me! I paid almost $5 for a small drink, the least you could do is make it right or at least not give me attitude, never coming back here and I suggest you don't either, there's a starbucks right down the road and maybe I'll actually get the right drink and good service read more

Years ago I was introduced to their medicine ball drink by a coworker. Recently started working near this location and have been feeling under the weather and popped through the drive through to grab one before work (10/3/18). The employee was wonderful and very nice during the order and when I received my drink and even offered honey sticks to go with it! I, unfortunately didn't get her name, but it was sometime before 7:30am. I decided to stop by again today and was so happy I did. Niko greeted me and answered all my questions regarding what is in the medicine ball and even helped me pick out teas to take home! She was very sweet and so willing to go out of her way to help me with all my questions and needs. I appreciated her attentiveness and patience with me, it was my first time, ever, going into one of the stores for myself. They were having a special (lucky me) so I ended up going home with three tins and a drink to go! The special was buy two tins receive a third free along with with a free drink! Niko took my things to the front and had Daisy finish my purchase, she was equally as helpful and Niko was there at the end to make sure I had everything I needed, I will definitely be back because of these two ladies! So, so much better than the CBTL on Imperial. The baristas are professional, the store/café is large, and while it is slightly further down from my home, I'd rather come here since it is so far, pretty fresh, clean, and comfortable. So happy to have another CBTL drive thru! read more
