We have been going here for a few years, and I have not had any complaints. Service was great and food was good as well. Today, April 11th 2024 around 11am. my wife and I came in with our dog. Mind you we have seen many dogs coming in while the customer was ordering and waiting for their food/drink. We were not politely asked to have us wait outside with our dog. Second when the guy called my name and handed me the drink he gives me the drink but turns his head and lets it go not even know if I had the drink in my hand almost dropping it. Third the woman who told us to keep the dog outside gives us our second drink and I do say thank you right to her face and I am met with silence. If it was just one thing that happened I would be inclined to let it be. But I haven't had this kind of service here ever. Great location and nice and new and clean, staff is always extremely friendly. When I pulled up this morning there was no parking available and a Staples delivery truck was blocking a regular parking space and two handicap spaces in front. I showed the driver my handicap Parking permit and asked him to move. He got mouthy with me and used foul language, and then departed the location. This review is several days old, but still left a lasting impression. It's basic customer service, taken up a notch, and I feel needs to be recognized. I met an employer of mine to discuss social media pushes for the next month, back on Monday. I had already had my morning cup of coffee at home and didn't feel like my usual drip, once at Coffee Bean. I decided to inquire about their hot teas. The cashier, Daniel, was whom I interacted with. Daniel showed me a postcard-size sheet they had and the many teas listed. While it wasn't on there, he mentioned being told about about their hot tea lattes and how he became a fast fan. He described their peach one and mentioned it was sweet, but that is right up my alley. He added that it was now his main go-to. I trusted his opinion and was blown away at how delicious it was and how much I LOVED the drink! It's only Friday now and I can't wait to go back and order it again! Daniel took the time on a busy morning, to explain the tea latte to me, share his personal order, and even wisely up-sold me some breakfast that I didn't think I needed but realized I had neglected to eat earlier! This location is ok. It's got a drive thru which can get backed up but it usually moves, slowly. Workers are somewhat friendly. The last few times I've been here, my drinks have been wrong. For example, I order an ice blend mocha with coconut milk and receive it with regular milk, which doesn't sit well with my stomach. Or like today when I order an ice blended mocha with coconut milk and receive an ice blended vanilla. I have also tried to order a plain iced green tea and end with iced cherry blossom green tea. It would've been fine if they explained they don't have a plain green tea, but a flavored one instead, but they didn't. It was awful. I won't be back unless I feel like risking my drink and sanity that day. Otherwise, beware your drink might not be what you ordered. I would also add that at other locations, I usually have better experiences with my drink being correct, so idk what's up with this one. read more

First timer. You can usually find me going to a Starbucks but I was given a gift card for Coffee Bean thus the reason for my visit. When I drove up I saw that there was a drive thru. Score!! Me and my seven month belly did not have to get out the car which was a plus. There was no line so I didn't have to wait either. I wasn't quite ready with loading the app and all but none of the baristas gave me a hard time about waiting for me to get it together, so that was nice. Now for the actual drink...I ordered the Vanilla ice blended beverage. It was delicious. Overall good experience. I definitely plan on returning. read more

I came here yesterday to do some work on my laptop, but their WiFi did not work. I also heard a few other customers complaining about this. Being a coffee house, you should know that people will be coming here to work, so having no WiFi that is working is a let down. I got an iced coffee. It was good and the employees seem to be very attentive and respectful so far. The environment is really bright and modern inside, which is personally not my taste. I still prefer to go to another location because of the environment and WiFi. read more

Visited this new Coffee Bean today for the first time and went through the drive-thru. It was a little slow, but so worth it because my cold brew was absolute perfection! Was a little disappointed by the cinnamon raisin bagel (tasted like a multi-pack, store bought variety), but hoping that this was a fluke and that future pastry purchases will be more satisfying. Strictly about convenience and service. Half of the time (really not joking) when I try to go through their drive thru, they have a cone in the middle of it. One of the last times, it was because they were short staffed and spilled water so they closed it to make it easier for them. Then another time, they just seemed short staffed and were inside just talking to each other not even acknowledging me. Past 3 times i've been here they put way too much milk in my drink. Like mostly milk. Finally the 3rd time when i brought it back, they kindly remade the vanilla iced latte. They have signage indicating that they close at 10pm, however, they were already closed when I arrived at 9:40 pm. I pulled up at the drive thru and the monitor was not on. I waited for about 3 minutes thinking that it might've been broken. After waiting, I decided to just pull up to the window. The inside looked empty and I didn't see a worker inside until about a minute later. She was cleaning under the espresso machines with her back turned to the drive thru window. She didn't see me so I decided to honk my horn to get her attention. She ignored it and walked away without any acknowledgement. Soon after the lights were turned off. It's very inconvenient when they decide to close earlier than when they are actually supposed to close. I mean, if something happened then that's fine, I get that things happen.
