I feel like their milk ratio is higher than most places - which leaves the latte to taste "watered down" and the espresso or matcha gets drowned out by the milk. I have tried this place 4 times now and will be going elsewhere for my coffee & matchas. Inside seating is small BUT there are quite a few tables available with OUTLETS, which is helpful for doing laptop work, etc. They have a LOYALTY (points) system which is nice for working towards a free drink at least. They have quite a few different pastries - croissants, donuts (which are very yummy & fluffy), cheese danishes, cinnamon rolls, etc etc Service is usually pretty QUICK and friendly, which I appreciate.

The maple bacon donut base was light and fluffy, but the bacon would have complemented the flavor profile better if the grease were patted down before it was sprinkled on top. You can see from the photo that it's still quite shiny (greasy). They do have breakfast sandwiches as well as grab and go meals and snacks if you're looking for something a bit more filling or healthier than donuts. This visit was definitely better than my first one, so I'll keep Station Donuts in mind next time I'm at n the mood for a donut.

This place will always be my absolute favorite! As a daily regular, I've gotten to know the staff and they've gotten to know me. It's that kind of warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back day after day. They always greet me with a smile and remember my usual order. But even when I throw in special requests, they take it in stride with no hassle at all. I do wish they would consider going back to their longer hours and opening earlier. As someone who visits every day, it would be so convenient to be able to pop in a bit sooner. But even with the current hours, I cannot get enough of my beloved ice teas! They blow all the other coffee shops in the area out of the water. There's just something about the flavor and the way they're made that has me hooked. The whole vibe of the place is so homey and cozy. It feels like a second home, somewhere I can always relax and unwind. And the muffins are a delicious bonus! They're always fresh and perfectly baked. I've tried several flavors and loved them all. All in all, I just can't recommend this place enough. The amazing drinks, the friendly staff, the welcoming atmosphere... it all adds up to a coffee shop experience that can't be beat. My family and I have several Coffee Bean gift cards. Two of my family members wanted to give their money to me because they know I (used to) like Coffee Bean. I emailed customer service to see if they could be combined into one card. Instead of honoring that request, they said that I had improperly accessed other people's (my family's) accounts. They shut down those accounts and zeroed out the gift card balances. They would not return the money even after all the cardholders asked for the money back. They confiscated about $59 of gift card money from us. California law states that the value on a gift card belongs to the beneficiary, not to the issuer, so I don't see why they think they can confiscate the gift card funds, but it's just me against them. After weeks of emails with customer service, they will only return the money if we provide receipts for the gift cards, which we don't have because most of the cards were gifts. I hope you consider my experience--where Coffee Bean demands a receipt to use our gift cards--before buying a Coffee Bean gift card or giving them any of your business. read more

Hello Today was so hot so I decided to to stop by coffee bean! And of course I had to hit up the best coffee bean around!!! This one. I got my whole family a drink 2 mango cold brews, my favorite cookie butter ice lend with cookies pieces and my sister got a pumpkin cream latte iced! When I say yesss I mean yessss! They had it out in like less than 5 mins idk if I got lucky but I was in and out. Shout out to ayaan for greeting us first thing when we walked in and Jeanna was so cool she welcomed us to get stickers. And when we got our drinks they put pumpkin little stickers on my sister pumpkin latte they are so cute! Tell me why every time I come in they are on point with customer service. 3rd time I have to leave this cause they keep deleting my comment. Every time I come to this crap show there's a problem. Today's is the last straw. Ordered 2 large cold brew coffees and a muffin. I'm told pull up to the window I wasnt really paying attention since it seemed like a simple order. Well I get to the window amd hand the cashier a 20 and she gives me 8 bucks back and some change with no receipt. As I'm leaving I say hey what about the muffin she says u didnt order one. Well ok than, so when they asked me if I wanted it warmed up they must have been talking about the cold brew. I didnt have time to argue with her but seriously they're coffee is as pathetic as their service. And its every time I come here not once have I had a good experience. I love that you can make any tea a Latte and if your watching your calories you can ask for the No Sugar Added Vanilla or Chocolate Powder. When my husband respectfully pointed out the issue, the employee dismissed his concern by saying, "What do you want me to do? I'm just an employee." There was no attempt to find a solution or involve a supervisor. This review is not about a collectible cup. It is about fairness, customer respect, and maintaining trust during limited-edition releases. Starbucks needs better guidelines and employee training to ensure that customers who follow the rules are treated fairly.

The place is really clean and organized. Cute little coffee shop in a church. They got a prayer wall where you can fill out a card and leave on the wall. Overall good experience. I was just very unsatisfied with the food. It wasn't terrible I was just expecting something better and more satisfying.

I discovered this location when I decided I needed to take a break from the Brea store. No regrets,…read moreits a good choice. The employees are always so friendly. Similar to the garden walk YL, they care about the customers and their job. They have solid patrol on their toppings bar, keeping it spotless and full. Machines are usually working, taste and consistency are present. An interesting fact, they are one of only two or three locations that ALWAYS make sure to ask each customer if they are a YL reward member. In addition, if points are available, they check to see if you wish to use them... I could be crazy, but I feel like new flavors pop up here sooner than other locations. It could be my timing, I will give this excuse.
