Horrible customer service!! Took forever to get my drink and I was the only one waiting inside.

Went in through the drive thru only to find out that they weren't accepting any card or scanning payments due to their WiFi being down. I was upset because I still had to wait in the drive thru line quite a bit to get out of there without ordering anything since there was a car behind me! I would've excepted a little bit better customer service in that case. I wasted my time in that line. Afterwards, I want to Starbucks up the street and literally got a free drink on the house for waiting in their drive thru line. GOOD customer service goes a long way! read more

This was by far my worst experience at a coffee shop. My friends and I come here to study and today my friends water slipped out of his hand and dropped his water on the floor and the reaction from the employees working the evening shift as well as the SUPERVISOR on shift at the time was absolutely unreal. They were so mean and so rude and were obviously upset and angry. My friend apologized TWICE and was completely ignored. After everything, we stayed to continue studying and the employees continued being extremely rude. You can feel how unwelcomed we were. When I would ask to use the restroom I would get attitude and I just don't understand what for. It was an accident, nobody purposely throws water on the floor and for them to treat customers that way was just not okay. I will be calling the district manager about this issue in the morning as they went above and beyond to make us feel so uncomfortable that we had to leave. The thing that blew my mind the most is the supervisor allowed and participated in this type of behavior. Saturday morning, This place is very sketchy. I ordered a lemon chamomile iced latte and the drink I received looked and tasted like vanilla power with ice. The drink was bright white and looked nothing like the picture. I got push back when I went back and explained. Then they couldn't remake it because they didn't have the flavor. On Thursday, July 4, I went in with my friend to get a drink that we always get which is the Swedish Barry. It really wasn't a busy day at the time that we went in the drive-through north the inside of the coffee shop. We order 3 drinks we waited 10 minutes to get 2 drinks still waiting for the 3rd. The girls seemed confused when we said we're waiting for the third one but one said oh she's making it right now but come to find out whoever she was never was making it so we waited in there 20 mins. We went to the registered and they can we get a refund on that one that they hadn't made, and the girl was still confused about that one that was still not made and then when it came to the refund, she was just staring, not letting us know that OK the refund has been refunded. Just stopped in for a quick House blend to try and the only sell whole bean... But the staff is super super helpful not only is she offer to blend it but gave me a huge scoop of peppermint mocha powder to try. Its a flavor additive for your coffee. So cool. I also bought a hot/cold cup which looks like its made very well. I seem to have a ton of another companies coffee cups and want to change it up a bit. Grabbed some coffee cakes for the weekend and she pulled out a brand new loaf!I have never seen that @ the other chain coffee place. Very impressed with CBTF. I will be back again Oh I forgot. The employees make the experience worst in this coffee bean ! The young shift supervisor has such a bad attitude, we accidentally spilled water and the attitude we got from the employees was ridiculous. They think we are not noticing them all talking in there headsets ! Like Damn all you guys are doing trying drinks constantly. If you get mop the floor because of a spill it shouldn't be a big deal ! But the evening shift supervisor could have handled that better ! She is the one who sets the tone of the floor but by her setting a negative background gives the other employees a chance to talk bad about customers! Show up at 12:10pm short drive thru line waited about 25 minutes which is extremely long of a wait in line so the barista can tell me they had ran out. Well no sh*t they were prioritizing inside orders while drive thru line kept getting longer and longer. everyone else's order came with a free tumbler. They really need to train their staff better at handling drive thru, only because you get off the car doesn't make you a priority order. There's also people waiting in drive thru. This is the 2nd time in a month that I've visited this location, and the 2nd time my order through the app wasn't prepared until I went to the counter. I shouldn't have to let them know I'm there. I already paid. When the app says my order should be ready, that's when I go to the counter. Again I had to stand and wait 5 minutes because I already vacated my seat and it was taken. Even then, my $6.15 drink was luke warm. I wasted 30 minutes total and got back to work 20 minutes late. I'd rather have gas station coffee than put up with this. I love this spot. This location is one of my favorites. I honestly have no complaints. I come here a lot when I need to grab a cup of coffee before I head to work. This review is for drive-thru orders. So far I have only ordered here through the drive thru. I get fast and precise service. Sometimes on busy days I may receive a fluke service. But 99% of the time, there isn't any problems. Coffee is always great. Service is awesome. Always up beat and happy. I got the winter dream iced tea latte. It's pretty good I would definitely come back and get another one of those if I'm near by. They also sell mugs and cups also. They have pretty cute ones but I would say they are bit on the pricey side so I decided not to buy them, but if they go on sale will definitely come back. Workers could use a little more smile.
