I asked the barista, I believe her name is Veronica (based off the receipt), if they had anything similar to the salted caramel macchiato they sold a while ago and she gave me a good alternative since they no longer offered that drink. (I've only ever had coffee bean once or twice and am unfamiliar with the menu). I sat down and later she came up to me with a new drink because she found out that they started promoting the drink again! She also remembered that I ordered non dairy and prepared it with almond milk. It was delicious and she was very sweet! I usually get the green tea frap which is amazing and good if you're looking for something sweet but today I needed coffee. This Coffee Bean location is conveniently near the 210 freeway and possibly my new pit stop when I pass by this part of town. It's also near In N Out, which is a huge plus for me. The service has really gone down. I used to come here for the past 4 years and have seen the quality go down. A worker gave me my order and as I waited for my pastry I noticed that the drink she gave me was wrong. I already had the drink in my car and told the girl it was the wrong drink then she asked for it back and said it's for the car behind me. Idk about everyone else but I wouldn't like that my drink went into someone else's car and then having it taken back to then be given to me. To be clear; I didn't want the drink (nor did I drink from it) and I thought she was going to throw it away since it was already in my car. I've been to this location many times and they are so rude . I order a drink with no ice and she makes the drink as is and ask me "what do you want me to add if you don't want Ice" since the drinks were half filled. She suggested to add water to my drinks. First off RUDE! who offers water in your drink because I said no ice ? And when confronted about it gets even more rude . Her name was Cheyenne . I asked her to make the drink how it's supposed to be made. She obviously added water to top off my drinks and I could clearly taste it . I cannot wait for the other location nearby to open. I've learned to make the drinks at home and I never have to add water ! The best coffee in the city, I love CB so much I come almost every day! They never cease to amaze me and their baristas and staff are always friendly, even when it's early hahaha ! Came to the drive thru and they had to close for less than 10 mins in order to sanitize and clean, which I absolutely love and did not mind especially when an employee went up to every car and let us know what was going on. I decided to go across the street to get gas and come back, when I came back they were already open which was no more than 5 minutes of me being gone. I got back in line to wait for my turn to order and I see about three people banging on the doors yelling at the staff working. I just want to say that LEO AND HIS STAFF DID AN EXCELLENT JOB while dealing with all the rude people attacking them. Horribly rude employees! They forgot to add the whipped cream to my iced latte and my husband's ice blended vanilla coffee. I want to start off by saying I love Coffee Bean. The Dark chocolate ice blended gives me life. This particular location has a drive thru which is definitely a plus. The employees are very nice and courteous. They just started a program called social hour, which gives discounted drinks after 2pm to coffee bean app users.
