I felt the coffee was expensive and the interior just doesn't feel that comfortable to me. They have a few comfy chairs. I am interested in their rewards program! Sadly, it wasn't just missing color--it was also missing the chai flavor altogether. By the time I realized, I was already driving and didn't feel like making a dramatic return for a refund. came on here just to rate my doordash delivery that i placed today from this store. it was my first time ever having to have coffee delivered due to not being able to drive & pick up for myself. coffee bean IMO is superior to starbucks, so if theres a coffee bean near, i will ALWAYS choose them over starbucks. plus, coffee bean is always so consistent! who doesnt love that? i ordered 3 drinks (pumpkin dry iced americano, honey & nut dry iced americano, & pure chocolate ice blended) . again, coffee bean is always consistent, so ofc all drinks were on point. but like i said in the beginning, this review is for the delivery experience & they get a 5/5. cheers to the staff working who neatly packaged the drinks with care, sealed all drink lids with tamper evident seals, AND stapled the bags shut! all the drinks, including the ice blended werent even melted when they arrived, so that was an extra plus! read more

Bit of a sucky time here. Was around 10am on a Thurs morning. When I came in it wasn't busy. Two female workers were manning the coffee prep side of the bar preparing what I assume were drinks while chatting with each other. I walked up to the unmanned register. One of the women said to give them a sec. I waited patiently for about 8mins. Someone else entered and stood at the unmanned register next to me. The same worker told him to wait a minute. At this time I've been waiting about 10mins to order a drink. Seconds later, she stops what she's doing and addresses the man who came after me. Not the biggest snub in the world, I know. There are worse things. But to wait so long to order only to be passed over for the person who came after me just soured me on the whole deal so I simply walked out. read more

Drinks are average and overpriced, which is an overall problem with Coffee Bean. $6,95 for a large tea latte. Specific to this location, rhey let sleeping homeless people take up seating for extended periods on a regular basis. It's generally hard to find good seating regardless. Parking is often difficult because its location in the mall parking lot and Chipotle next door. The only real positive is the staff is always friendly. With all the coffee shops in town, this is a last resort based on convenience. read more

The tables are filthy and they wetmop the floor in the middle of the day, creating a slip and fall hazard. Also garbage bins are carted through the place. So we ordered Earl Grey tea, but what we got was just pain black tea. Oh, and as we're were with a group of four, we asked if we could put two tables together. Worst takeout experience 11/29. Very slow service (pickup time was 10:35 am, order was ready 20 mins later) and they didn't have cream cheese for my bagel. Apparently they ran out our cream cheese at 10:35 am (how is that even possible). My espresso macchiato wasn't filled all the way and they gave me a half filled cup. Who does that? Side of honey sticks weren't on the side. They put them INSIDE my beverages without telling me . Never ordering pickup from here again. Never had this issue before. read more

Twice in a row I have placed an app order for my brother to pick up. Each time the orders are not ready around the time for pick up and he has to stand around while people who come in after him get their order before ours. Each time my brother reports that he has to flag someone down to inquire about our order. Today he got an extremely rude girl who basically threw our food on the counter nearly 20 min AFTER he arrived for the mobile order pick up. Not apologies for the delay, only attitude. Would for sure recommend this place for any type of coffee you might like and a snack or light pre made sandwich. Very friendly staff , clean , and quick service I mean what much can you say about a chain coffee house , either great or not. Taste, consistency of coffee, staff, is it clean .... The basics and for all that it rates a solid four star ( although for staff would say five ) Little down side it is on a major street so some street noise if looking to chill inside , and parking sometimes an issue as located in a mall area , but not big deals for us. visited this store for the first time. parking is easy to find, this location is across the del amo mall. i went at 7 in the evening so the crowd was dying down. the inside was clean and there was a good amount of tables. the girls who took my order were nice but a bit loud while talking amongst each other. i ordered an iced chai with oat milk. it tasted okay, i think i'd rather try another drink. they have an horchata drink series which interested me. i think i would come to this location again to try other drinks. their front fridge was broken but they still were able to serve food read more

I consistently have great drinks and experience friendly staff at this coffee bean location, even more so than other locations. Yesterday I had a pumpkin latte. As a pumpkin fan, I'm a discerning pumpkin drinker.... But their pumpkin latte (half caf) was awesome. Perfect flavor mixture, great temperature, and served with what seems to be genuine friendliness. The indoor seating is limited here, but consistent with most coffee shops. Great access near del amo mall, 24 hour fitness gym, and hotels. I highly recommend this coffee bean location. read more

When ordering a drink and some food, the drinks usually come out pretty quick. Unfortunately the drinks are very inconsistent. On top of that, just three times this week alone, I ordered food and a coffee. Coffee came out instantly, and I have had to remind the staff to make my food, even though it's on their TV screen. Most of the time they look shocked whenever I told them that I have food on my order so I'm not sure what's going on there, but it gets really annoying and has caused me to be late for work sometimes. Not coming back here. Please step it up and just look at the screen that has been provided to you to ensure that everything on the order is put out consistently. It's not rocket science. read more

The manager here is super nice! Staff is very friendly too! Every time I've been here, it's been clean as well. I use to work at a CBTL years ago, so I can get pretty picky with my drinks! I wish I caught the gals name who made my drink, because it was so on point! Being here in this location in particular, reminds me of my old store I use to work at in Santa Monica in main st by the beach! This id an update of my previous positive review. Today I patronized this establishment ordering a drink and a danish. The casher assisted at least 4 people before me. During that time he handled cash, coins, credit cards, and rubbed his nose several times. When I ordered, he picked up the danish with his bare hands, opened a small bag with his other hand, and inserted his entire dirty hand into the bag with the danish.
