I ordered 3 lbs crawfish combo yesterday evening then drove back home which is 20 minutes away. We are ready for dinner but when I opened it there was no corn, no potato and no sausage but crawfish alone. I checked my receipt say combo 1 which is I paid for it. I tried to call several times from 7 to 9 hoping they will give me credit for next purchase but nobody ever answered the phone that's why I decided to write here. Disappointed we just eat it then another disappointment the crawfish is kind like old, the meat is starting to turn black and soft. Really really disappointed with this place, what a shame at first I thought the parking is so much better than other location. This review goes for my whole experience period, starting from server was well at first, checked in on us once when food was served and poof never came back, my son had to ask the lady for refill and at that she already looked annoyed, which at the end found out she was the manager. Any-who we ordered shrimp with crab shack sauce which is mixed with all seasonings and at that was not flavorful at all. Needed to ask one waiter that where is our waiter and apologized and got another two which are very pleasant and looked attentive. Also needed to double check my bill because it says free Cajun fries with checkin and was charged for it but gave me back $5 for it since we paid cash. I favor this restaurant chain a lot. But I have never been to this location. Placed my order at the restaurant. Picked up my ordered. And I should have checked my order before leaving the restaurant. Got home and realized that one of the items was wrong. I ordered and paid for peeled shrimp and realized when I got home it was unpeeled. I quickly called the restaurant and talked to the manager and what he told me was unexpected. This was at 830pm and the placed was closing at 9. I live a little distance away so I wasn't coming back at that time. The manager spoke to the cook who prepared the order and said for a fact he knew he put unpeeled shrimp in the order. I told him I can take a picture and show him that that were not what I ordered. The manager told me to bring the bag of unpeeled shrimp bag tomorrow. I ordered shrimp because I wanted shrimp. I wasn't not going to eat them and bring them back the next day. I was just asking for some acknowledgement and accommodating for the inconvenience. I will not be going back to this location and stick to my regular location that I love. read more

The Crab Shack is one of my favorite places to eat. I love the Garlic butter seasoning on my Crab and peeled Shrimp. I usually order the rice and add a little juice/ butter from my Crab bag to the rice. Typical add-ons are sausages and corn. Both are really good. Occasionally I will order the Garlic Parmesan fries which are fire! I LOVE Love love this place, and most of the employees. One of Gardenas hidden gems. read more

Everything was great. It was my 1st time there. Me and 2 of my girlfriends tried this place out and we are so happy we did. lt was a delicious I got the peeled shrimp lemon pepper with potatoes and sausage it was mild but it was still really spicy to me so it was hard for me to eat it. I had an amazing experience here at the Crab Shack. I had 2 servers, Brandon and Piff. As a first time consumer I can say that this is the place to come to if you want great customer service and good food. We were sat down and immediately Brandon was there to go over the menu thoroughly and take our orders. He recommended the Garlic Noodles and the mix of garlic, sausage, and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Piff was constantly checking up on us to make sure our visit was comfortable and always had a smile on her face. Her attitude and aura are more than you would expect coming into any restaurant. This has to be my favorite seafood spot and it's the third location! Every time I come here I always switch up my seafood order between shrimp, crawfish, and mussels! They also have main dishes that I absolutely love as well. One of my favorites hands down would be the Cajun burger and I even switch out my Cajun fries sometimes for sweet pot fries, It's a must try. The service is amazing, very attentive and kind.
