Tortillas were warm and soft, wrapped in foil to keep the temp and texture. The scramble was flavorful, a mixture of goodness, with fresh avocados. My kid got the pancakes and she inhaled it! The food and service were great! My dh had the chili burger which came with fries. It was a huge amount of food, but somehow he was able to finish it all. I had the eggs (it came with 3), huge homemade patty sausage, hashbrowns and a biscuit with a side of gravy. The eggs were perfect and the sausage was delicious as were the hashbrowns. I liked the gravy but for me the biscuit was just ok. We also ordered the crunchy french toast to share. Wow was that good!! I wasn't able to finish my main meal but it was still delish heated up the next day. Funny that we were able to finish the crunchy french toast!! Hahaha... we love sweets!! Honestly 10/10. This cutie little diner style breakfast place is truly small batch and made with love. They have a cozy, homey interior and staff with welcoming smiles to match. There is ample seating and I was sat immediately. Their menu is extensive so it was hard to choose. I ordered the Tuscan omelette and it came out so quickly despite them being busy. Went here for the first time on a Saturday morning. Wait wasn't too bad at 9:30 am. I can't do onions and I looked at all the scrambles for onions. I got the southern scramble. Overall it wasn't bad but the potatoes were cooked with onions. I left half of it on the table because they were too much. The French toast was good. Coffee was not. Our server wasn't in a good mood and it showed. Given the large menu I'd try again but I'll say no onions this time even if they aren't listed. read more

I was bummed the first day I stopped in. Yelp indicated patio dining and I was traveling with my little doggie. There was a patio there, but it wasn't in use. Maybe the notation was from covid days. Anyway, the next day, the hubby was with me and it was a cool morning, so we were OK to leave the doggie while we ate. Super cute decor at Cup Cafe'! Nice staff. The ambience was very Midwestern, but the owners apparently are from Southern California. The coffee was delicious. He ordered a Reuben sandwich and ate it all, and I ordered the corned beef hash Benedict- so good! I usually can stop myself when I'm full, but I struggled over eight because it was so delicious. Initially I was just ordering to-go but the hostess asked if I wanted coffee and I can never resist the call of coffee; so It was cool to sit at the breakfast counter and watch the food getting cooked while I wait for my to go-order. The restaurant looks small from the outside but inside, it was cozy and smartly planned out and has a lot of seating. My first visit here and I instantly fell in love after I walked through the door. Everything was so clean, bright and cheerful-loved the retro diner feel. The vibe was breakfast in my grandmothers kitchen. Service was excellent and the staff displays great teamwork. I had very high hopes for this breakfast spot, especially after reading all the wonderful reviews. The staff were so nice, but the food left me wanting more in terms of flavor and authenticity. When we arrived it was quite busy and we ended up taking the seats at the bar since we didn't want to wait too long. The menu was pretty long, which is always nice to have for variety. I had the breakfast burrito and my husband had the breakfast quesadilla. They were both good, but not great. The burrito came with some salsa on the side that was a bit bland. We also ordered some ranch for my husband's fries and we're disappointed that it did not have a homemade taste. I would not recommend the coffee for avid coffee drinkers since it was a bit watered down for my taste. Here is a "cup"date. Sometimes the review is really just a funny event. I dropped the Mrs. off for a meeting and headed over for an omelette, solo. I was seated and coffeed immediately and then I waited. Menu closed. Over 10 minutes I waited as both waitresses walked passed to the other room, time after time. Finally, I hear "You aren't ready to order are you?" Of course I'm thinking "10 minutes of closed menu doesn't answer that?????" Out of curiosity I ask why the original woman that sat me kept walking over, would look at me, then keep walking away and why nobody is taking my order? "Oh, I'm sorry, sir. Where's your wife today?" My son got the cinnamon french toast sticks with 1 piece of bacon from the kids menu with apple juice ($8.99) and I ordered a buttermilk waffle ($7.99) and made it a combo for ($5.99) 2 eggs and bacon. Now that was the way to go moneywise and it was just the perfect amount for me. My son ate my bacon and said it was good (apparently) and so was his french toast sticks.
