Extremely overpriced food in our opinion. It is super convenient for hotel guests and nice Costco credit can be used here though. We never loved our food, but also didn't hate it. If prices were $5-10 cheaper we'd give it better stars. Also, the breakfast buffet is pretty bland in our opinions, but better than most hotel buffets (which I'd hope since it's $37). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is clean, light, and energetic/loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Liza the waitress and the Omlette Chef always says buenas Dias were the best! They deserve 5/5 rating and a raise

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The sunset views were stunning![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was decent, nothing to write home about but passable, maybe better than average. The issue is from start to finish the servers and hosts are non native speaking foreigners. Their accents are almost impossible to decipher. It's horrible. They don't understand orders. You can't understand what they're saying and they speak very loudly in African all around your tables which makes the situation jarring. I'm so sick of the customer in our country. From dining, to call centers, lodging, gas stations and everything in between. Just speak English for Christ sakes.. why do these people constantly get passes..it's sad honestly that we're accepting such garbage for the norm. I just remembered we were also greeted at the gate by a rude black woman covered in tattoos. She was so rude. She was a native English speaking person but we couldn't understand what came out of her ghetto mouth. When we asked her to clarify she as rude and angry

The food is so good! A lot better than what we expected. They have a lunch menu and a dinner menu. Portions are enough and even shareable. You may order from the window by the pool and take it to where you are seated, or you may dine in. If you choose to set on their side deck, do not sit there at night, the massive gnats will surround you. Dudley was great, he was our waiter both times we went. To dine in you must be properly dressed, no swim wear.

This restaurant is located inside the ground floor of the Hilton Marco Island Resort. I was staying at the hotel for the weekend when I dined for both breakfast and a late dinner at the bar. The breakfast is nice, with the exception of all the birds flying around both inside and outside the eating areas. I almost felt like I was eating in a bird aviary. By dinnertime, the birds must have gone to sleep. The breakfast is either by menu or buffet. The buffet price is $30.00 and well worth it. Fresh made to order omelets and other egg choices. Waffles, fresh breads, biscuits with sausage gravy, and then there are fruits and yogurts with some unique toppings. There were cute little gourmet donuts and some cold cuts, but I saw too many flies on them to touch. From the menu, there were some great choices, all ranging between $14-$24, and coffee is an additional $5.00 if you didn't get a self-serve cup from the lobby. After a long day at the beach, an afternoon at the pool, happy hour at a nearby venue, a late nite bite, and a drink at the bar is a perfect convenience. Robert was working the bar, and he was great. He poured a lot of drinks for us and the other patrons with some lite conversation and even put MMA fighting on the TV overhead, which I would have preferred anything else. We ordered some appetizers, which all were good. The softshell crab was tempura battered and was cooked well. The bar was well stocked, and the drinks were refreshing, too. Prices were high, but then again, this is a resort and not the local watering hole.

We got a variety of food from here while we were staying at the Hilton. We got buffalo wings, chicken tenders, salad etc. All the food was good for it being a part of the hilton, but the really good part was the frozen pina coladas! Such a fun treat

Too loud - had to shout to be heard at our table; extremely limited menu AND it took too long to get the food on the extremely limited menu.

How much is the brunch buffet?

When I went there, I paid for whatever I chose from the menu. It was not a set price.

Is there a children's menu at dinner?

For breakfast, for kids there is a child-size brunch bar, with Silver Dollar Pancakes and a Fruit Platter sized just for them.

Is the restaurant closed for several weeks?

The hotel is doing renovations but the restaurant is open.

So good we got them on both visits. The coconut shrimp and peel and eat shrimp appetizers were also great. The Bad. The first night we went on a Friday around 5 and it was very busy. We sat at the bar and both female bartenders were attentive and handled the crowd well. By 6 the place was packed. We noticed the presumed owners being very active expediting orders, seating people and managing staff. They were doing a great job. Saturday night 2 male bartenders, one who disappeared and the other playing video games on his phone hidden by the register. We also noticed the owners were not present. A little later the owners were there, the phone was gone and the bartenders came back. After the owners left the service went with them. The phone reappeared and the second bartender stayed in the corner with his buddy. We had to hail one of them down to get our check. Totally disinterested. The Ugly, the bathrooms. My wife reported there was little to empty paper in the stalls. No towels to wipe your hand and trash everywhere. Overall dirty. If you go here expect great food and great service only when it's the female bartenders or the owners are present.

I was in charge of finding places to eat for us, but I decided to wing it, of course, because who knows what you'll be in the mood for at each meal, right? Well I had looked at the menu for this place before we left and thought it was perfect for our first meal...and I was SO right. Plus, after a flight and 50 minute drive from the airport who wants to drive to another restaurant. My wife and I both had grouper sandwiches (her's grilled, mine blackened) and the kids ordered pork sliders and a grilled chicken Caesar salad. I also tried a cup of their seafood chowder. I can keep this simple-it was ALL great-all of it. Grouper was fresh, a huge serving, and absolutely delicious with the perfect seasoning. Soup was excellent, not the best I've ever had, but very tasty. Kids loved their meals too...I was VERY impressed with the pulled pork sliders-very good, very tender, and an amazing sauce on them-but not TOO saucy. Though I was planning on eating enough seafood to stuff a shark, I would definitely order these sliders if not in a seafood mood. There are plentynof options here for all three meals, so don't be scared if you don't like seafood...here's the lunch menu: http://activities.hiltonmarcoisland.com/portals/activities/pdf/Paradise%20Cafe%20Lunch.pdf Whether staying at the Hilton or just visiting, the food here in Paradise Cafe is incredibly good. Highly recommended. And hey, the service was impeccable.
