10 stars immediately yes! I'm usually skeptical about pub food but hot damn that scotch egg was amazeballs! Had the steak and fries which came cooked to perfection and the peppercorn sauce was really good, not overpowering peppery. Don't sleep on the bread pudding. Staff was very kind and attentive as well.

So much fun the 1st weekend we had to go back again the next weekend we were in Downtown. The staff is truly special and so awesome. Food is great (I highly recommend the Irish chicken boxty with Jameson cream sauce) and the caramel apple bread pudding is indulgent and simply amazing. Drinks of course are great as well. My favorite is the Irish Old Fashioned (has a splash of Guinness) not too sweet and hits the spot. I love they have built in pour spout for the Jameson too. There is seating downstairs, an upstairs (where on occasion a live band plays and is awesome) and some seating outside. I haven't been to Ireland yet but when I walk into the Field it is exactly what I would imagine walking into a pub in Ireland would feel like. The staff makes you feel welcome and like you are at home form the moment you step in, to the moment you step out. Always a great time!!!

We stopped in, just to have drinks. It was fine. The waitress took care of us immediately. The beer was cold and the service was good.

THE FIELD IRISH PUB @ DOWNTOWN 5th AVE Parking is available for street, but I'd definitely recommend ubering for a night out to avoid traffic and finding tight spots for parking. I came to this Irish bar on Saturday night at around 10:30 PM. It was pretty crowded, but we ended up finding a spot in the place. We ordered their Guinness beer, as it was very good quality. I'm not really a beer person, but everyone at my table ended up getting it and my boyfriend really loves this spot because of how high-quality of the beer they have. each beer is about $10 and they have it in a really nice glass. I also love the decor that they had like these curtains and plates that said like bread it was very like you were literally in Ireland. The service was also really great. We ended up getting a lot of beers from the bars, so it was really nice to the servers! overall, I would definitely come back to this spot, I really liked the vibe of this place as well as how high-quality of the beer they have.

This bar has a wonderful selection of craft cocktails. All the cocktails were super fun and festive in celebration of st. paddy's day. I love the rustic vibe and felt like i was transported to an irish tavern. The best spots in the house were in front of the fireplace or upstairs next to the window.

Not very assuming entrance but the inside was nicely decorated and had seating for various group sizes and a bar. My party came here for drinks and bread pudding. Waitress was nice and friendly and bread pudding was a little too dense but it was warm and came with whipped cream and caramel. Their menu looks good so I would like to come back for corned beef or shepherd's pie.

Came here on a friday night and there was 0 wait! Lots of seating upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs has seats with a view of downtown. Had a large group of 10. Service was great! Beers were good. My corned beef sandwich was ok, but people loved the shepherds pie and beef stew. Nice casual vibes.

Fun Irish pub with everything you would expect. Good Irish food and drink and a lively crowd with attentive waitstaff. Had a Guinness and the Shepherds Pie. Hard to screw up a Guinness and the pie was very good.

We stopped in for a quick dinner and sat at the window in upstairs so we could look out on the street. It was great. Our server, Leigh, was very friendly and helpful despite us being the only people she had come upstairs to wait on. I got the Tito's touchdown drink and it was delicious. Our scotch egg was large and yummy. Fish and chips were also delicious but my bacon blue cheese burger was just okay. The meat tasted gamey to me.

Hey The Field, the 4 of us live around the corner in the Alta building. We have never visited. We want to. We do not cook. We go everywhere else. Every single time we are tempted, you (temporarily) jack up your prices to gouge the community. Maybe a local's menu? Obviously, it's tough to take advantage of the tourists while supporting the locals. It must be a difficult menú to build. You're clearly making profit off your strategy, so who am I to complain?

Enjoyed the fish and chips for dinner and really liked sitting inside. It was cozy and had a nice pub vibe with a cool bar and Irish music playing. They had large TVs with the baseball game on too. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly so didn't wait long at all. The food was hot and obviously freshly made. The tartar sauce was lemony and unique. Would recommend if you want some pub food or drinks!

The Field Irish Pub never misses! I ordered an Irish coffee and it was sooo good. The mix was perfect -- the whiskey and hot coffee at the bottom with the cold Irish cream on top made every sip amazing. That warm-and-cold contrast was next level. It was so smooth you could hardly taste the alcohol, just pure, balanced flavor. Plus, the place was super decorated for December -- super festive and cozy, which made the whole experience even better. One of the best Irish coffees I've ever had!

The Irish sampler. All very good!

Our group was surprised as is was 2115, it's been open for about an hour and a half and packed. As you enter this old law office down a staircase one would find the "speakeasy statutes/rules" to maintain the 1920s atmosphere-- we loved the setting, the people, the drinks, and of course the live music!! One would not be disappointed. The cocktail menu was on an old record, which I thought it was so clever. Back to the rules, seems pretty easy! They mention to keep an open mind with the drinks as they do not carry vodkas, redbull, Budweiser or bulls**t. Mentioned a dresscode, more so be classic and states be respectful and don't be a di*k. I couldn't agree more with the rules. I don't think there is good at this establishment, as our group just came from dinner I wasn't looking for food. Just spirits, live music and a good time. Highly recommend if you are looking for live music and uniquely crafted cocktails.

Multiple bystanders witnessed his behavior but failed to intervene, assuming it was just "relationship drama" After the man finally left, the venue's security completely misread the situation. Instead of checking on my well-being or ensuring the aggressor had left the premises, security targeted and chased me as if I were the problem. It is incredibly disappointing and dangerous for a business's security team to lack the basic situational awareness and training required to identify the actual victim in a situation. I felt entirely unprotected by the staff here. I hope management takes this as a serious sign that their security team needs immediate retraining on bystander intervention and de-escalation, rather than harassing women who are already in vulnerable situations.

Great recommendations, super genuine and fun, had the best energy and was CONSTANTLY checking in on us; however, a couple of the other workers could have been a little bit more open with communication. We were sitting against the window at the high top wraparound bar tables (feels like an extension of the bar), so the bar is easy to order from and was our go to as soon as we arrived. The bartender took our order, but was standoffish as if we were doing something foreign or a big "no no". Finally the server in charge of our area told us that the bartenders are in charge of the bar and there are other servers for all the other tables/zones. If we were told that from the beginning, we would have made sure to follow the order of the place and order from the correct server. She had complimentary tickets ( usually a $10 cover) to The Shout House, a dueling piano bar. We almost didn't go and let me tell you, that would have been a sad mistake. We walked in and while it was a little loud for us older folks, we looked around and took in all that was happening. There were people there much older than us as well as people barely old enough to be in a bar. The pianist (s) were hard at work a the drummer was rocking out too. We sat down. Let me tell you, that was the most fun we have had in a long time! All three musicians played multiple instruments, piano, harmonica, sax, and drums. The songs were everything from Slim Shady to Elton John and everything in between. Slips of paper were placed on the piano, a nod was given and off they went. The crowd sang along and we all laughed! Some of it was silly but ALL of it was fun! Highly recommend. About 10:30 the older crowd started making their way out, us included, early morning flight but we would have stayed until closing time. We might have paid for it the next day but had we not had a plane to catch we absolutely would have stayed. It was fun to see multiple generations having so much fun together and the music was incredible. We had just eaten so we didn't order food but what we saw on other tables looked good. Go!!
