A few personal favorites are the Haystack Blue Cheese Fries, the fish tacos, and the Prickleberry Spritz--one of my all-time favorite cocktails (and it's so pretty too)! The service is always great, and the prices are fair for the high-quality food. It's almost always crowded, and there's definitely a reason for that! :D

Unfortunately, every time we've been served by her, the experience has been consistently disappointing. She comes across as dismissive and unfriendly toward us, while we often see her being much more welcoming to other tables. After multiple visits, it's become a noticeable pattern. On our most recent visit, we arrived about five minutes before happy hour started. A more attentive server would have simply mentioned that happy hour was about to begin so we could decide whether to wait a few minutes before ordering. Instead, nothing was said. Our food and drinks didn't even arrive until after happy hour had started, so we politely asked if the happy hour pricing could be honored. Bella immediately said no and didn't offer to check with a manager or see if there was anything she could do. It's not even about the discount--it's about the lack of customer service and willingness to help. Every other server we've had here has been friendly, accommodating, and made us want to come back. Bella consistently provides the opposite experience. We genuinely love this restaurant, but whenever Bella is our server, it makes us question whether we want to stay or come back. We hope management addresses this because the rest of the staff does an excellent job.

If you don't like wings, it's because everywhere else makes them soft and slimy. I've tried a dozen other places looking for wings like Griffins has and still haven't found any. I think they bake them first, then fry them. Result is this wonderful crisp texture, fantastic buffalo flavor, and just a 10/10 experience. I'm now an official wing guy, I'll pound like 20 wings in a sitting at griffins on a Saturday night. They have TV's everywhere with all the sports playing on them. I'm not a sports guy, I usually come for the music and the excellent wings, but man I couldn't imagine a better place to have some beer and some wings and watch a jiu jitsu match or a baseball game if that's what you're into. The staff is phenomenal too, love this place, LOVE their wings, look forward to coming here every couple weeks

I visited this establishment for evening rations after church on Sunday. My experience was…read more.. complicated. I ordered the burger and fries. I was going to order Pepsi as that was listed on the menu but was told that Coke was available instead. Not good so I decided to settle for "wooder" to drink. I am dinging this establishment one point due to not having an item listed on the menu. Either have Pepsi available or else update your menus please. The cheeseburger and the fries were quite good. I asked that there be no pickles, onions, lettuce and tomatoes and that request was honoured... good. I did ask for ketchup and mustard on the side and that was eventually brought though I had to ask for mustard a second time. A side of Mayonnaise that I did not ask for was also brought and when I got the bill I noticed that this establishment wanted to charge me 50 cents for the side I did not ask for. I made an issue of it and was refunded the 50 cents in the form of two quarters. Men's washroom was clean and paper towels were available... good. After I paid and left the establishment I noticed a discrepancy between the menu price of 14$ for the burger and the price I was charged which was 15$. I am dinging this establishment one point for that discrepancy. I have a bone to pick with the personal appearance of the employees at this establishment. I noticed that at least three guys working at this establishment failed to tuck their shirts in. I consider that to be very unprofessional. I am dinging this establishment one point for not requiring the employees to tuck their shirts in. On a more positive note, I thought the service was very good in that an employee checked up on me frequently and kept my "wooder" topped up. So I am adding a point back for the superior service. If I was to assign a letter grade as is done in school this establishment would be in there solid with a C.

He was attentive and warm, making us feel completely taken care of even with a packed house. :) Amanda was helpful and on top of everything, and Abe, one of the managers, always has a quiet, steady competence about him that makes the whole place feel grounded. The team works together beautifully. And the food! Gorgeous, generous portions, hot and perfectly executed even during the rush. Steve and I love Palapa. The Palapa team makes it feel like home (if home was overlooking the marina with palm trees in the foreground and people bringing us delicious food we didn't have to make ourselves). :)

Every single time I needed something, whether it was to order or ask for the check, I had to go up to the bar when my server was there to ask cuz I already waited hella. She was super nice so no complaints in that regards, just not good at checking in with our table at all. Even getting a menu took forever. Idk if it's cuz they're short staffed but the service def needs to be improved. The poke was well seasoned and fish was fresh. Great shareable item. I would come back again cuz I liked my friends drinks that I tried (def would not get the lavender yuzu martini again), the food, and the outdoor seating vibes. Docking stars for service and cuz how bad my martini tasted. Hopefully it's a better overall experience next time.

It's a nice spot located in Belmont shore. It's very clean and spacious on the inside with couch seating along with tables and chairs. It isn't loud but they did have some music playing. It's a good spot to chill at with family and or friends for a few glasses of wine. It's also a cool spot for a nice intimate date. Had the pleasure of tasting 4 different wines; 2 whites and 2 reds. I enjoyed the wines. You can bring your own snacks and charcuterie board. The hostess was very knowledgeable of the wines, sharing backstories of where and how they were produced. It was a good learning experience also.

When we arrived we were told there was no chef so only a few items could be made from the menu. I chose a flatbread but was then told they had no gluten free bread. So we had to get the charcuterie which was so small and cost $30. Really ridiculous price for something with a few pieces of meat, cheese, grapes and nuts. The wine was good, and the tastings were generous and I know it is a wine bar but the day was really spoiled by not having a lunch there. I don't think I would go there again. If you do make sure they have a chef before you go if you want to eat.
