I remember driving around the other day and finding this location - however I was looking for a different store and found The Goat! When we got in, we were seat it right away, the game was on, and everybody was having a great conversation. It was a beautiful day to go out and eat, and it was not super crowded but the lobby was full of great smells and fresh coffee. With both of us watching what we eat, we are not able to even finish our food. It was quite tasty and amazing. I wanted some jelly with my toes and they brought out the fresh strawberry jam. There is nothing like fresh eggs being provided to you and I feel like they have chickens in the back somewhere however, they did have a swimming pool looked quite delightful. The swimming pool is part of the community, however, you can actually pay a fee to hang out at their pool and swim in it all day. Location does have an option of coming for brunch, but they do also have a lunch and dinner menu to select from. Because the service was so efficient and the items that we ordered were freshly scratched and made for us, I would definitely encourage you to come here. I'm so glad this place opened up in Pflugerville. It's very modern with tall ceilings and amazing views from all corners of the place! There's a swimming pool that will be available at a later date and plenty of games and seating upstairs to hang out. I've been to this place 3 times already and I've been really impressed with the food: Breakfast Tacos (Brunch menu only) This is my favorite dish so far. It's got simple ingredients such as smoked pork, scrambled eggs, white cheddar, and house hot sauce but it tastes so soft, juicy and delicious! Birria Tacos These tacos honestly look and taste more like quesadillas. They are closed, slightly crispy and very cheesy. It comes with a dipping side consommé which is some sort of dipping soup and it tastes absolutely amazing with the tacos. Buffalo Chicken Wrap Fried chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, ranch, tortilla. Pro Tip - I don't like buffalo sauce so I ordered it with no buffalo sauce but with a side of ranch dip. This dish is not my favorite but it's pretty good as well. Blueberry Mule Vodka, fresh lime juice, house-made ginger and blueberry syrup, soda water and garnished with mint This is a well crafted cocktail and didn't taste too sweet. I have not been able to try the elusive chicken and waffles and was told it's only available on the brunch menu on weekends. It will get VERY busy in the weekends so be prepared to wait 45mins or more for a party of 2. One feedback about the service though. The first time I visited the server was very cold and almost rude. He first approached us without saying hi and just asked what we want to order. His demeanor throughout was very business like and cold and it kind of killed the vibe. He was also very quick to give us the check and didn't even ask if we wanted to take our leftover food to go. I never got his name but he was tall and skinny with glasses. I do want to give a shoutout to Conland who we had the pleasure to meet the next time we visited though. He was so charming, friendly and attentive! We had waited a while to order another round of drinks, then those also took forever to come out. The food was okay, I had ordered potato tots, I was expecting the usual loaded tator tots but didn't realize they're hand rolled. So you get about 6 or 7 what seemed like potato balls. A little bit lacking in flavor. The cocktails were really good. Everything was priced pretty fairly. The vibe of the restaurant is a bit confusing, as it looks like it's for adults, but here was quite a few kids. There's a nice bar but also a gaming area. While pretty decent food, I think the allure in the Goat lies more in the interesting space the restaurant has nestled itself in. Sharing a space with an apartment complex, the patio has a nice view of the pool, as well as a hallway to the leasing office inside. They also have an arcade area with games, a bowling area, and a karaoke room. The food was pretty standard, with chicken and waffles, and French toast, and breakfast tacos, that were all good. But personally, I wouldn't get the spinach and goat cheese frittata again. It's a lot smaller than I would have thought it would be and didn't have as much caramelized onion or goat cheese as I thought there would be. That being said, prices aren't too bad, it's a decent spot to get food, and the servers are super nice. read more

I am so glad that we have this type of establishment in Pflugerville. Ambiance: This is a nice place that is located near the back of Stone Hill Town Center , whose immediate parking is limited, but there is some additional parking that is across the street. As soon as you walk in, their sitting area is set up with open tables with one wall of booth sitting. There is a nice game room area that is upstairs with the pool area, which is only for residents. Service: They have late night attendance, and the night I attended; it was not as busy with the music being a little loud due to the number of people that were in attendance. So, it may it hard to speak to my wonderful waiter, Alfonso. He was very informative with the menu and drinks. He was able to help with all questions or concerns I've may have had. In addition, he was helpful with all the customers that he was assigned to. Food: Unfortunately, I could not give this part of my review the 5 stars. The food was just okay. It was not bad, but could have used a little more seasoning, in my opinion. Everything definitely cooked to order, and everything tasted fresh. Great portion size and presentation of the food were great as well. (See pictures below) Overall: I am very happy that this is located in Pflugerville, for which this will be a nice place to visit during football or late-night visits. A really cool spot in pville tied to some mixed developments and housing it was really swanky and had a lot of great offerings including their own in house coffee shop. My husband and I wanted to try this new place out because it's just down the street from our house, and it's been advertised all over my Instagram. It definitely gives the fun vibes of Austin without having to drive into Austin. It's a gorgeous restaurant space. I love the interior and exterior design. The inside and the outside are all fairly nice. I noticed on their website they have volleyball and cornhole leagues, which is pretty cool. The volleyball courts are kind of near the back of the restaurant. I was pretty surprised when I walked into the back area and noticed a pool & a gym! Well, it turns out they are supposed to be for the apartment complex connected to the back of the restaurant. There isn't any signage (I didn't see) that says it's not for the public. But the waiter said day passes to the pool may come out, so that's something to look forward to. I will say seating is limited, so if it's a hot day, the inside bottom floor is all they have available for seating. So I would recommend reserving your table ahead of time. This is not the kind of restaurant where you can show up and sit down quickly on the weekends unless you can find an open seat at the bar. We were told it would be 30 minutes for 2 & it ended up being an hour. There also isn't really a designated waiting area either while you wait for your table. The hostess said we could walk around. Some people were sitting in random areas like the restroom, of the restaurant, which was a bit funny to me. I hope they figure that part out or maybe direct people a bit better, maybe? Also, you can tell this restaurant is still trying to get in the groove of things with being new. Some waiters seemed overwhelmed by the traffic & lost. Our ticket was lost when we put in our appetizer, so we waited almost 20 minutes before getting it. Our server was friendly & apologetic! I would consider this place family-friendly. Food & drinks: All good! No complaints. Truly, everything was delicious. They also had a smoothie/coffee bar, that I didn't get to try because I was so full from the food but I plan on going back. We finally made it to the Goat last night and man, I have such mixed feelings on this place. First off it's an incredible building, I loved the aesthetic. But I've never felt less welcome in an establishment. Sign says they are open until 1am, we strolled in at 10:30 and weren't greeted or acknowledged by anyone it was super awkward. Our first comment was how dead it was, my second comment was how BRIGHT it was. It was like last call when they switch on every light in the house so you WANT to leave. We sure didn't want to stay, if it wasn't for friends birthday we surely have left without ordering. I worked in the bar industry for years and there are two things that keep people drinking low lights and loud music. Personally I can't stand the loud music so I'm fine without that but the silence that was the second floor and the blaring fluorescent truly were offensive. I had a dirty martini, it tasted off, I enjoy mine extra dirty but something tasted rancid. We passed it around like children going ewwwww, you have to try this. People we were with said they go for brunch and enjoy it so maybe we will give it a chance for food, but this isn't a neighborhood bar at all. read more

We arrived on January 1, 2025, just in time for a fun pajama day brunch, and of course, I showed up in my PJs and house shoes! The venue has two floors; while I didn't venture to the second floor, I heard there's axe throwing and bowling up there. If you're sensitive to noise, be aware that if someone is bowling upstairs, it could be quite disruptive. Once we settled in, we ordered two Bloody Marys, which were absolutely fantastic! They even offered a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar! The server provides the alcohol in a cup, allowing you to customize your drink with all sorts of delicious toppings and garnishes. My husband opted for the chicken and waffles, and I must say, the chicken was definitely made from scratch, batter and all. The crispiness of the chicken paired perfectly with the fluffy waffle, topped with fresh strawberries. It was a solid 10/10! I chose their breakfast casserole, which arrived sizzling in a cast iron skillet, with the cheese still bubbling. The highlight of my dish was the homemade biscuit. Wow! It was incredibly fluffy and melted in my mouth. I loved it so much that I ordered an extra one! The service was exceptional--1000/10! From the warm welcome at the door to the attentive staff who brought our food, including the waiter and bartender, everyone was fantastic. Celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday dinner here and we absolutely loved it!!! We can't wait to experience this place when everything is open spring the summer to get a pool pass. The food is so delicious we literally couldn't stop eating lol. Our sever was so welcoming and informative. He was also very helpful with describing the menu items. We sat outside and it was a great evening since the sun was not scorching. They have available seating inside and out and are sure to accommodate the diff seasons. Great food, lively atmosphere, and a packed Friday night! We decided to check this place out on a Friday evening, and it was buzzing with energy. The wait for a table was around 30-40 minutes for the two of us, so we opted to grab a spot at the bar instead. Even the bar area was packed, but we managed to snag a couple of seats. First impressions? The bartenders were in full hustle mode, shaking up cocktails non-stop, so it took a few minutes to get their attention. We didn't mind too much since we weren't in a rush, but our empty stomachs were definitely growling. We had to ask someone to clean the sticky table when we sat down, but they handled it right away. Once one of the bartenders came over (after about 5 minutes), we ordered up a feast! Here's what we had: Nachos for the win! They were loaded with juicy chicken, tender carnitas, beans, melted cheese, and a fresh cilantro salsa drizzle. It was a generous portion--more than enough for the two of us to share as an appetizer. Sweet Arnold Palmer : Refreshing and not overly sweet--perfect for sipping while munching on our nachos. The Smokehouse Smash Burger : A must-try if you're craving a hearty burger! a thick smash burger topped with crispy bacon, melty cheese, BBQ sauce, and a crispy onion ring, all stacked on a soft brioche bun. Plus, I subbed the regular fries for sweet potato fries at no extra charge--definitely a nice touch! Husband's pick--Birria Tacos : He ordered three, and they were packed with slow-cooked, tender beef and served with a side of consommé. Juicy, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The only downside? Service was a bit lacking in terms of check-ins. Once we got our food, the bartenders didn't circle back to see if we needed anything or refill our drinks. We had to wave them down a couple of times, but I think it's just because they were swamped. Overall, the food was absolutely worth it, and we left stuffed and happy! Walking in you see a coffee bar, when you walk towards the back you see a bar and towards the end of the restaurant you see the pool, when we asked the host she told us they would be selling tickets to swim. the service was great and they explained the menu quiet well. The food was at best a 3/5. the consume was oddly sweet and the gyro was bland. it was very disappointing because they had so much potential. i'll go back but i will not be getting these items again read more

Just a quick evaluation from my first response... neat layout for a restaurant/bar/entertainment place to go. Arrived. Hostess is pleasant and the staff is hospitable. She did good helping us out with our orders. Plates are size-able too. I don't feel you should over order here. Plenty of food arrives in your plates and you can always order more later. As I've heard (ahem*) and you didn't hear it from me... their wings competes with Pluckers if you've ever had them. I ordered them. We shall see. read more

What a funky little place. It has limited seating and honestly the bar booths are terrible and uncomfortable. Our waitress was nice enough but we felt like she kept pushing us to order and then brought our check even though we were considering dessert-went somewhere else instead. The drinks were delicious! And our apps were amazing but our food was meh- I got boneless wings (hot garlic sauce) they were super crispy (not mad at that) but had little no flavor or sauce on it. The nashvegas burger was good but lots of different flavors so it was overwhelming. Overall for our first time it was ok not great.
