This little gem is tucked away with great parking...the deco is perfection and the menue is chocked full of delectable choices...after you find it...don't tell anybody so it won't be packed when you come....the owner is on site and runs a great staff...I'm going to make this a regular stop.. read more

Nice decor, good selection on the menu and adorable teenage hostess. Wait time for food was good. Mimosa carafe was a good value. The food was incredibly bland. I heard other people saying their food was great, but ours fell short. My omelet had not one grain of salt or pepper and the avocado (which counts as a meat substitute) was under ripe and flavorless. The breakfast potatoes were not good either. My husband had a Philly cheese steak that was mostly bread and the meat wasn't seasoned. His fries tasted like the frozen Ore Ida kind. Ate here two days in a row during a road trip visit from Seattle. Came for the $4 mimosas (dragonfruit and mango were our favorites!), stayed for the staff. Everything was super tasty and came out quickly. The waffle was perfectly crisp and fluffy. My only suggestion would be to add a local jam or syrup to the table instead of strip oh can "anywhere." The people eating next to us every day were friendly and funny. Will definitely be back! read more

We've been to this restaurant three times. The first time was good and the staff was nice. The second time was ok, tried to socialize with waitress, but she didn't say much. Than the third time we went in, the same waitress from the previous visit, she came and wiped our table down with saying anything. She walked away and came back a few minutes later with silverware, still not saying much. She took our order and my boyfriend asked if they were homemade biscuits, and she looked at him like he was adding extra work, because she had to talk. Keep in mind there was 4 people total in the restaurant. Than we had to ask for a refill, because she never came back and we had to ask for our check. Definitely won't go back! read more

This was one of the worst breakfasts we've had for $75.00 for 2 adults and 2 children. All of our meals were cold. The eggs and potatoes were cold,the butter wouldn't melt on the French toast, toast or biscuits and the bacon was not only cold but looked and tasted like it was leftover from yesterday. I had a couple of friends from out of town come to visit and they were googling around for a place to go for breakfast, when they found this amazing little place. Having never heard of it, I was excited to try a new local restaurant. And man, was I in for a surprise. The food is AMAZING, the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, the staff are friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful time. We loved our meals so much that we came back the next day for lunch. Lovely little restaurant, good recipes, good portions, no time limits on breakfast/lunch. I just wish they were open after 3 pm.

So far, I've only had breakfast and it was great. First, the coffee was good and strong with lots of real half and half if needed. I had the Eggs Florentine and they were delicious and very well cooked. The Hollandaise was perfect as was the spinach and I think the eggs came from the hen that morning! I enjoy everything about the Greene Lily. The staff is friendly and helpful. I got a kick out of my waitress she was hilarious! The food is delicious, I've eaten there several times and every time it has been great. Their sandwich menu is original and so tasty with combination/creations that make your mouth so happy. This last time I ordered the bacon waffle...Hello! How can that not make you happy!? They also serve locally brewed hard cider, it's a nice treat. They specialize in breakfast and lunch all day! The best part is that you are supporting our local people and that's at the top of my list for where I want to spend my money. Well, where do I start? We walked and and said good morning with smiles on our faces and the waitress just says you can sit anywhere you want. We sat down and she brought us waters and my girlfriend and I both say thank you, no word comes out of her. Two other couples walk in, she greets them with a smile on her face and a good morning. She then starts a conversation with this couple and making jokes while completely neglecting my girlfriend and I. I hate to pull the race card but everyone in there was white including the waitress and the couple that walked in after us, everyone got treated well but my girlfriend and I, I am African/American and my girlfriend is Mexican, I've experienced racial profiling and I know what it looks and feels like, we even heard the waitress go in the back and say "this hasn't happened in a while" lol must be colored folks going to green lily. We walked out because we didn't want anything done to our food. read more

This place has become our go to weekend brunch place. I had a half order of eggs Benedict with a crab cake, a side of fruit, coffee and peach mimosa. Every aspect had something special. The coffee was good and stong. The mimosa was big and tasty. The egg was just right and the crab cake was rich without being too rich. The fruit was varied, fresh, attractive and tasty. WONDERFUL! I took my mom to Eureka this morning to take her to her chemo apt. We were delighted with our breakfast. We both had the eggs benedict and a side of gravy (just to try it out). It was delicious. And we loved the ambiance and the lovely waitress. And the coffee was good, too! My mom and I got so caught up in talking about her dr apts and then we realized that we were late. We were so distracted that we accidentally left without paying the bill!!! I thought that she had paid it and she thought that I had paid it. It wasn't until a hald an hour later that we realized that we hadn't paid. We called the restaurant and the sweet waitress was so kind about our very embarrassing mistake (and we returned and paid it of course). A wonderful experience and we will be back. And we promise to pay our bill the next time! :) read more

Very cute decor. Biscuits and iced tea were good but the rest was pretty disappointing. The breakfast potatoes weren't crispy or flavorful. My omelette was just alright, not worth $12. Once we received our food the waitress forgot about us. My food was cold so I had to flag down the busser since the waitress was MIA and later a different waitress to take our cards so we could pay our bill. Overall just mediocre. I could have made a better breakfast at home. Certainly not worth $15 but I will give a place 2 tries so I will give it another go... at some point. read more

Poached eggs were made in a poacher. :( Eggs Benedict was cold. Hamburger was a frozen patty. Decor was cool but I won't be going back.

I was really hoping to like this place, and since the reviews are amazing i assumed it would be amazing but sadly that wasn't the case. The decor was strange and they're definitely not kid friendly, and don't even have a kid menu. The wait staff were pleasant and attentive and is the only reason they're getting the 2 stars instead of 1. The food on the other hand was mediocre at best. Described in the menu brilliantly but sadly did not hold up in taste. Everything was flavorless, as if they refused to use salt. I ordered the Chipotle Benedict that literally tasted like water with a touch of Chipotle seasoning. The eggs were flavorless, the sauce didn't have that bold hollandaise sauce flavor, and even the bacon didn't taste like bacon. My husband's breakfast burger was not seasoned at all either. I saw enough during my first stay and sadly won't be returning unless i hear they've made some great changes. So unless you're just going for coffee and water I'd say pass. read more

I've eaten here twice. The first time it was ok. Hot, fresh, & mostly organic,but the flavors were mediocre at best. Then today my friend chose there for her birthday breakfast. She ordered the bacon waffle and eggs & I ordered the French dip and fries. Her waffle was nothing special & had hardly any bacon. Her eggs were cooked perfectly. My sandwich was literally the worst sandwich I've ever ordered in my life. The bread was so soggy it was paste. I didn't even dip it in the sauce. The meat was sooo salty, (and I love salt) that it was basically inedible. I did eat about 1/4 of it because I was starving, but gave up because I realized I shouldn't be forcing myself to choke down a meal I'm paying for. The French fries were good, and they have good ranch and decent coffee. The waiter was nice, but oblivious even when we told him our meals were bad. I'm told it's way better on the weekends, (...maybe a different cook?) but I won't be back & neither will anyone I know. The bill was about $40, and not even close to worth it. I'll stick to the Chalet on 5th st if I'm eating breakfast in Eureka. read more
