First timer here! Was looking for something refreshing and stumbled across this hidden gem. I was surprised to see the orange color of the tuna sandwich but it's from the carrots, which was new to me. Definitely enjoyed it! The chiquita banana smoothie was tasty. I don't think I've ever had a peach, coconut and banana smoothie before (or even thought to put that combo together), but it was better than I expected. The food was quick to come out and the staff was super friendly. The decor is very inviting and relaxing. Overall great first experience. They've earned themselves a returning customer!

Omg I could not be happier I decided to come here today!! The food was exquisite! I typically have a smaller appetite so I would've ordered their lunch special because it's ONLY 12 dollars! I got a half of the turkey avocado sandwich and a half of the chicken cashew sandwich. They were both sooo delicious!!! It was so clean and just such good quality that even though I ate a lot of food my body feels great. I also got a cup of the broccoli potato cheese soup which was to die for?? Better than any broccoli cheese or potato cheesy soup I have ever had! It was so clean and cute inside and Sami was so sweet friendly and helpful! The vibe was so cute and the food was so good I can't wait to come back try more!!

Their lunch special was $12.95 and came with a half sandwich, cup of soup, side of chips and salsa. I ordered the potato broccoli cheddar soup and turkey avocado sandwich. I would come back and support this friendly business!

The Greenery has been a staple in my life since childhood. I have so many memories of grabbing lunch here while my mom was at work, so I was thrilled to move back to the area and be close by again. Their cashew chicken salad is absolutely to die for, and whether you're in the mood for a sandwich, a salad, or even just their iced tea, everything tastes incredibly fresh and made with care. The staff is always kind and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. On top of the great food, it's such a peaceful spot to spend some time. Whether you're meeting a friend for lunch or getting a little work done, the atmosphere is hard to beat. I'm so happy to have this local favorite back in my routine! read more

My autistic daughter asks for The Greenery food quote frequently. Her meal of choice is the broccoli cheese soup and the avocado sandwich. If we could go here everyday, we absolutely would the service is always fast, friendly, and welcoming. This place has been here since I have been in high school! ...and that's been awhile :) it changed hands a few years back but came in today and they still have amazing wholesome ingredient meals. When I need a reset, I'll be back again and again! Owners are very sweet. I got talking to one of them and they mentioned how the murals were all freehand and done in 48 hours. Such a beautiful space to enjoy a meal! read more

I've been coming to The Greenery Natural Kitchen for over 10 years, and the tuna almond sandwich never misses! Even after the new ownership transition, this place has only gotten better. Today I had my go-to tuna almond sandwich along with the Rosie smoothie -- both were amazing, and the smoothie exceeded my expectations. I hope to keep coming back for many more years! read more

First time coming and won't be back. They seemed confused about vegetarian versus vegan saying that the lasagna was vegan when it wasn't. I got the tuna sandwich. The bread was so dry, cold and hard to eat and the tuna was also dry. I asked for a side of mayo and they brought honey mustard instead, Potato soup was OK, but it tasted like it came out of a can. One plus is It's definitely cheap but you get what you pay for unfortunately. read more

I've been going to The Greenery for a few years now even back when it was the previous owners. Now under new ownership for over a year now the taste & quality continues. I'm sure it has to do with the same ladies in the back kitchen making the meals too. The eatery has been updated with some new furniture, paint and murals. We are always greeted with a smile and a big thank you for coming in. Sometimes you can catch the owner, Guy behind the counter. I did meet his daughter Samantha today and she was very hospitable as well. We are fan favorites of the chicken salad cashew sandwich with chips and salsa. It is on a tasty squaw bread and it is a good portion sized sandwich. Yes its gone up in price a bit, not too much but its understandable. Another fave is the broccoli cheese soup. Mmm yum! You can earn points toward money off meals so be sure to sign up and build points. If you ever have a chance to stop in for lunch do it. They are now open on Saturdays too. read more

My go-to lunch spot. My family has been coming here for 10+ years and it's always hit the spot. Great salads & sandwiches. BEST lunch in town! The food is extremely fresh and delicious with great portion sizes. There are options for vegetarian/vegan too! My favorite item on the menu is the Neato Burrito. I love this place, but damn it fell apart when they got a tad bit busy. Waited 45 mins, I was asked 2-3 times what I ordered! Count your change, the young girl does not know how to count and give it back. Where's Guy and the Taylor Swift music when you need him!!!! Only saving Grace is the food is great!!! read more

Ordered to share: Crispy roll Greatest Eggplant Tofu (fried tofu) Kind Vegetables Paradise Tangy Orange O.M.G. the flavors were so good! The crispy roll was not oily, crispy outside, tender inside. The eggplant was in a light sauce, tofu perfectly lightly fried. Rice was simple, the salad was light, & refreshing. Kind Vegetables had different soy protein and tofu. The "beef" was WOW! Veggies were cooked to just that bite, and she said all ingredients were organic as much as possible. Bigger flavors too. Then that Paradise Tangy Orange chikn came- seriously sweet, spicy, tangy, bits of pineapple & sweet peppers. You can taste the love in every bite! Everything was creatively planned and decorated. It was also very clean and spacious inside and out. When you go in, there's a tea sampling station with the menus so you can see which tea you would like to order. Our server was really sweet, but she was the only one serving all of the tables, so she would come by every 10-20 minutes to check on us and some things we asked for didn't make it to the table. If they had more servers, customers would be happy with quicker service. The food and tea were delish! There were 6 of us so we shared a bunch of different teas. I really enjoyed the teas they had. The sweet and savory treats were really yummy! I really enjoyed them. Each person got 5 little savory treats and 4 sweet treats. I kind of wish we got one or two more for $45, but either way they were delicious! We had a great time and were sad to learn that the business will be permanently closing down tomorrow (6/28/26), I would have loved to continue going back!

Everyone enjoyed their meals, drinks, and deserts. I had the curry, a hummus appetizer, and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie; all were amazing. Everything on their menu looked so good it was almost hard to decide what to order. I will definitely be back to try other things here (their salads looked huge and so fresh, as did everything else). Such a great place in a bustling area.

The place was busy at mid-day on the Memorial Day holiday, it was seriously understaffed, and Josue was doing four different jobs, but he still took time with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Been eating here over 20 years. Yes the decor is not good, but there kitchen area is exceptionally clean. I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE PIECE OF WILTED SALAD IN 20 YEARS!! I honestly don't know how they do that. I have always eaten just the salads, either Tuna or Chicken add sunflower seeds and XTRA honey mustard. The dressing is a secret recipe and the best ever!! The tuna salad is unique and has carrots in it, and i have tried to duplicate at home, to no avail.... Bottom line is there food is fresh, their kitchen is clean (i have seen it), and yes they do need to update the place for sure, and until you "get to know" the owners, they are a bit stand offish. Once you know them, they are very sweet people. I just don't think they have great social skills and/or are burned out from doing this for 20 plus years!! They should probably let a more friendly person greet customers, and it is time to spend $40K and remodel the place. I think the food is so good that doing this would increase their business, as i see comments about the "appearance" that turned off several people. I can relate to your comments, for those of you who had issues with customer service. THERE SALADS ARE DIFFERENT, YET GOOD AND ALWAYS FRESH. I don't eat anything else, but my husband does and he loves it. He likes egg salad sandwich, the quesadilla, and a few others. I rated 5 star, because food. Their menu has a lot of nice items. I try the vegetable salad , because I love hummus. The salad had avocado, raw broccoli, raw white cauliflower, raw zucchini, mix lettuce, carrots, hummus and cheese. The salad comes with your choose of dressing, I asked for the balsamic vinegar. You get a big amount of hummus and it goes well with the raw broccoli and cauliflower.
