Shout out to Ben, Addie and Andrew for staying later to make us food! Everything came out great and we appreciate the help. We got in late from out of town and were starving. They are also having a bluegrass live band upstairs, we're breaded there next!

I recently tried the turkey sandwich on naan, sausage pizza, caesar salad, and beer. The sandwich needed more dressing or mayo, salt/pepper, something. Neither of us liked the pizza. I was here some years ago but decided to give it another try. At that time, I didnt like the pizza sauce and had a greasy caprese sandwich with pesto. This time, there was not enough sauce to even notice either way. The beer was good, friendly staff. The salad was good.

Mug club member and a foodie. I really love the Thursday specials consisting of a big ass slice and a pint. The service, staff, and food variety is phenomenal. Such a friendly environment with games nights during the week. They all work hard providing quality service. Thank you livery!

They have a great beer selection and some seltzer on tap :) my favorite thing to get here is the Mac and cheese with beer cheese & white sauce with sausage and pickled jalapeños

In full transparency, the fam was wanting to go to Silver Beach Pizza. Unfortunately, it was a Saturday night and there was a 2 hour wait there. Since they still wanted pizza, we looked through Yelp and found the Livery - only about a 5 minute drive away. There are two floors at The Livery and upstairs they had a live band, with tickets only $10 - pretty cool, but there were 8 of us, mostly kids and they wanted food, not music. So we went downstairs - plenty of seating for large groups, a bar with beer on tap, and a kitchen in the back. For 8, we ordered two 16 inch pizza (1 cheese, 1 half pepperoni half bacon, a 12 inch Thai Chicken BBQ, garlic cheese bread, Mac n cheese, and a gluten free cheese pizza. Needless to say - it was a ton of food. They were out of chicken, so the Thai Chicken pizza was with ham instead - probably a 6/10. I liked the sweet BBQ sauce base, my wife didn't. Would have been better with chicken, and maybe some fresh spinach and tomato. The kids enjoyed their pizzas (7/10), but they probably preferred the garlic bread and Mac n cheese. The Mac disappeared and it was a good serving size that could probably feed 3-4 kids. I had the Octoberfest on tap - it was really good. Nice, easy drinking and perfect on a colder night. While I was getting my beer filled, a guy at the bar had the best looking pizza - I was jealous and it was too late to change my order ... maybe next time. The atmosphere downstairs was so-so. Wish I had the chance to check out upstairs to see if the atmosphere was better. Pizza is not really my thing anymore, so maybe my review is a little tough on them. If I was there with some buddies, drinking beer - would give the place 4 star easy.

The ambiance is everything here. Very laid back if you go on weekday lunch. Sandwiches are a little funky but amazing.

We decided to have our anniversary lunch a day late at The Brick House because my husband requested…read moreit and we both had the afternoon off work. The typical parking lot was fenced off so we had to utilize the street parking nearby. We were told to choose a seat and they'd be right with us. They only opened at 11am, at by the time we got there around 12:30 it was starting to fill up a bit already. My husband got the "in a van down by the river" cocktail, which I tasted, and we both agreed was delicious. For our appetizer, which we had never ordered one before from this establishment, we got the Wisconsin cheese curds. The sauce it came with reminds me of a good sauce for onion rings and was just as amazing on the cheese curds (it was called Sunny ranch I believe). We both got our usual entrees, my husband ordered a double smash burger and I got the atomic punk sandwich, both of which came with fries. My husband devoured his food, while my anxiety basically required me to wait until we got home to eat. I would definitely recommend stopping by The Brick House and grabbing a bite to eat. They have never disappointed us or the people we've sent their way.

Friendly staff. Enjoyable stop while traveling. Side note: Benton Harbor is a little more run down than St Joseph's
