My husband had the regular version with all the usual ingredients, while mine was modified for my allergies. He even tried my risotto and commented that there was very little difference between the two, they tasted just as good as each other! That really speaks to the skill of the chef. It's not always easy to find restaurants that can accommodate allergies without sacrificing flavor, but Slough House Kitchen absolutely delivered. My only suggestion would be to consider adding a few more gluten- and dairy-free entrée options, as well as a dessert choice for guests with food allergies. Even something as simple as a sorbet would be a welcome addition. Excellent food, outstanding service from Alisa, and a kitchen that clearly knows how to handle food allergies. The young woman who was our server (we later found out she was an owner) said she could accommodate us. The fish was amazing. The roasted vegetables that were added as an accommodation was the highlight of the meal. They were cooked to perfection, with a smoked flavor that made it taste like o was eating vegetables for the first time. I eat out often, but this is instantly one of my favorite restaurants.
