My husband and I have made it a tradition to eat at the Melting Pot every year for our anniversary! We are always pleased with our experience, and this last time was no different. Something stood out about this last visit, though. We let our server know that I'm a pescatarian and that my husband is a vegetarian. She took that seriously and was very careful about making sure that everything we received was safe for us to eat. She even left off anything that contained gelatin when it was time for dessert! Stuff like that makes all the difference. I'd honestly recommend anything on their menu. The food is delicious, and the experience is fun!

Everything, food ,service excellent the service the food the experience I would definitely go back 10 out of 10

It was a rainy & gloomy day outside, so having a hearty feast with warm delicious fondue was much-needed. We got seated at a cozy booth. Each table/booth at The Melting Pot is equipped with a cooktop for your fondue and cooking your entrees (which you do yourself). Since it was the two of us, we chose the Complete Experience for 2 which comes with 4 courses: cheese fondue, salad, entree, and chocolate fondue. You can also order a la carte if you don't want to do one of the prix fixe options. We had classic alpine for our cheese fondue, which is great for those who like swiss style cheese. It came with an assortment of vegetables and bread...and let's be honest, those are just vehicles for the cheese! We each got to choose our own salads and entrees, and you really can't go wrong with any of the options. You also get a choice of cooking style for your entrees, including broth-based, simply grilled, or frying. We chose the grill option, because it sounded like the simplest one. We had fun cooking our meats, veggies, and seafood. They provide an assortment of sauces to go alongside your meal as well! Finally, it was time for the chocolate fondue. We chose the original one, which consisted of chocolate and crunchy peanut butter. I love peanut butter anything, so this was right up my alley. We had a selection of cake, marshmallows, and fruit to dip into the chocolate. We ate the whole thing - it was so good! The meal was delicious, fun and interactive. Interestingly, even though the meal had 4 courses and it seemed like a lot of food at first, we were actually able to finish everything and not feel too full at the end. I would definitely come hungry or at least not have too heavy a meal before coming though. Madison took great care of us and was very attentive and friendly. She gave us amazing recommendations and helped us along the way! Overall we had a wonderful time at The Melting Pot. It's great for date night or hanging out with a group of friends or family.

Came on a snowy cold Friday night for dinner around 8pm without a reservation. We were quickly seated without a reservation (I still recommend a reservation though because it still looked decently busy). Our server Madison was very attentive and constantly asked us if we needed anything. Their espresso martinis are pretty good too! We ordered the four course option and just fyi...we were charged around $15 more for it then the menu said so I'm unsure if the prices have changed. The fondue and dessert is definitely the best! I love all of the dippers and it's unlimited refills! I could do without the entree and salad next time just because cooking the meat took about an hr and I don't have the patience for that. Fun experience!

Not a good experience. We arrived for our meal for our family of 4 at around 6:50pm. We did not leave until 9:50pm. The portion sizes were small and the 4 course meal is expensive for what little you get. For the cheese fondue, I literally think there were two small carrots chopped in half. (See photo) The booth we were sat in was filthy and the light fixture that hangs over the stovetop was covered in dust. (See photo) This location is on the second floor of the building and wayfinding does not make sense. (Refer to video) The Melting Pot sign on the outside was missing letters and the interior is dated. We will not be returning.

Came by to have some dinner and they just so happen to have their Thursday special which was really interesting so we had to try it. It comes with a bread and cheese appetizer, then a meat and soup main course, and then a dessert option. Honestly, it was a lot of food which doesn't seem like much when you first look at it so I recommend ordering just à la cart if that something you're interested in. It was a more intimate restaurant in regard to the vibe. Staff was friendly.

My boyfriend and I went here recently to celebrate my 24th birthday. Our waitress Annmarie was absolutely incredible! She explained the menu so thoroughly and gave great recommendations. I want to note that she was also the bartender; all of our drinks were made perfectly and she managed to stay on top of service. The brown sugar bourbon steak she recommended was delicious, along with everything else. As a sweet treat lover, course four was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday. The ambiance, food, and service were impressive. Thank you Annmarie for making my night so special.

Where else can you get all-you-can-eat sashimi, sushi rolls, hibachi, and other appetizers for under 30 bucks? I went here for dinner, and for $28.99, I got a whole lot of sashimi, sushi rolls, hibachi scallops, shumai, strawberry ice cream, etc. Everything was delicious. The sashimi tasted great, and the sushi rolls were filling, though thankfully, Kintaro doesn't go too heavy on the rice. I thought the hibachi scallops were better than a lot of non-AYCE hibachi restaurants. They were tender and flavorful, and if I wasn't absolutely stuffed from the sashimi and sushi, I would have gotten another order of scallops. Like always, the service was great, and the staff was friendly. Our server frequently checked up on us and refilled our waters. So glad that you can still get a reasonably priced, delicious, and beyond filling meal here, even during these times of economic uncertainty.

Everything tasted fine, so we just assumed it was a communication issue. So we came back, this time it had a quarter of the menu and the quality took a sharp dive. Pretty amazing since it had been less than a week. Most of the menu was missing, our waiter seemed clueless, nice but clueless. I've never been to a hotpot that didn't have quail eggs all day. All the grill meat came out frozen, the cuts were thin and bad. The green peppers tasted like the blade that cut them, dry and metallic. I don't know that was way too wild a swing in quality we won't be back. We can't win with hotpot in Ohio it seems, for how much hotpot is in the US, I expect better than this. Kpot is still the worst but this last time at Kintaro is up there. Guess I'm looking for another hotpot place. It was clean and organized, the floor is in bad shape in the dining area but other than that it didn't feel dirty or unkempt.

One minor gripe: the mac and cheese is a little one-note. It's not bad, it just doesn't surprise you. Our service was amazing and the drinks and food came quickly - we didn't need anything ever (which is a remarkable feat for a table of that size!). Seriously kudos to the wait staff - best service I've had in years. Food is always great at Crave as well. We started with salads and the steak skewers which are jam packed with spice and flavor. My husband loved his smoked Gouda Mac and cheese with crispy chicken on top. He tried so hard to save some for leftovers but ended up not being able to. I had the salmon which was perfect medium and had a really good Asian sauce with it accompanied by rice and veggies which were also cooked to perfection. We were lucky to have a back room so we had a little more privacy which was nice but the restaurant was packed for a Saturday night so I'd recommend a reservation for sure. Another thing that was nice - $7 valet parking. Super convenient and cheap!

We were seated immediately upon arrival and greeted by a very friendly waitress. She explained that Table Six is a family-owned business, which we always appreciate because we love supporting local, small businesses. She also let us know that everything is made to order and brought out as it's finished. The only aspect we didn't love was that the food arrived as it was completed rather than all at once. While we understand that's part of their made-to-order approach, it's not our preferred dining style. We were unable to eat together without one of us having cold food. The food came out about 10 minutes apart. Based on our waitress's recommendation, we ordered the Roasted Brussels Tacos and the T6 Smash Burger. Both were flavorful and satisfying, and we were happy with our choices. For dessert, we ordered the Peanut Butter Brownie Sundae and The Elvis, a banana pudding dessert with peanut butter. We took both to go and discovered later that the peanut butter topping was accidentally left off The Elvis. While that was disappointing, the banana pudding itself was absolutely delicious and still enjoyable. Between the warm service, family-owned atmosphere, and tasty food, Table Six left a positive impression on us. Despite the small dessert mix-up, we'd definitely return if we're ever back in the area.
