I love going to The Morning Fix for breakfast once in a while! They have an excellent selection of breakfast sandwiches and everything is so yummy. I highly recommend!

Found this on Yelp and it was good! Real fast sandwich. I got it in an everything bagel. Place is tiny; there are a few tables. I hit it right with only one other patron sitting.

Looking for a small Mom/Pop place? Well this is it. Open for breakfast and lunch. I had the breakfast burrito which was delicious, of course Tapa Tio was used to enhance the flavor. Menu has many options including vegetarian. Will come back. Fast service and you can eat in.

Was seeking a good breakfast sandwich before my shift and found this gem. Called and placed an order for an egg, bacon, cheese, and avocado sandwich on an everything bagel and it was ready in 5 minutes. The lady in the shop (and who took my order) was very sweet and welcoming. Prices are affordable. Will definitely be back.

Very small bagel, pastry, and coffee shop that was up the street from where I was staying. I saw so many great reviews about this business I had to try it! I totally understand that they are adapting to covid times but i usually assume that bagel shops fresh bake their bagels and pastry's and that is what makes them so special. However seeing that they were wrapped inside the 6 pack bag made it look like they just buy from Costco. Which is fine if they do, but it lost a little bit of meaning and love behind the business for me. On the other hand, the breakfast bagel was delicious! I had egg, cheese, sausage, on everything bagel and added avocado. They prepared it very fast and it wasn't greasy at all. I added a small coffee to go so that plus the sandwich was less than $10. I think they overcharged me to add on avocado since the sandwich was only $5.25 and coffee $2.00. We are talking over $2.00 for avocado which doesn't seem reasonable. Coffee was good. Two flavors to choose from: house or free chocolate roast.

Delicious bagels filled with fresh ingredients! We got the bagel with lox and the california bagel, both were great and had good quality ingredients.

Wow. Delicious sandwiches, great coffee, great prices and good service. What more could you ask for? I'm not sure if they have a restroom, and seating is somewhat limited because the space is small. There are 4 tables inside, and a high table with some bar stools, plus 2 tables and chairs outside.

They explained that the flight includes an espresso shot, espresso shot with milk, hot coffee, and iced coffee. I hadn't had a straight espresso shot before, so this wasn't for me personally just because it was so overpowering. I enjoyed the other three though. Like the majority of SF, parking is difficult to locate. I was dropped off nearby the location. There is indoor and outdoor seating; I was able to grab an empty spot late in the morning on a weekend, but I don't think seating is always readily available. It's not a huge space.

It seems like there's also an upstairs but did not get the chance to check it out. I got an iced latte with their almond macadamia milk, and they're also so nice to do complimentary cold brew! So we got an extra drink for free. Trying the iced latte, it was pretty disappointing lol. I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

They do offer WiFi is a great bonus and they have a restroom for customers. There is a couple of 2 person tables, a window side table for solo patrons, a communal table that can seat 6-8, and lots of outdoor seating. I would classify coffee shop as your neighborhood cafe that is great to get some work done and not necessarily a spot with unique drinks. They do have a good selection of pastries for you to try from (unfortunately I was too full prior to try!) I do appreciate that they did have samples for you to try out. Something cool I noticed is that they did have individual mini water pitchers with mini cups for you to take from their sugar/milk station. It's very thoughtful and I appreciate the attention to detail. Not a spot to drive to or add to the list as a must try but if you need a spot to lock in, this is a good choice if you're in the area :)

This was a little underwhelming, as i felt the espresso didnt come through as strongly as i would have liked. The cream top also did not have much flavor which made it feel more like a normal latte than a signature item. Not bad, but not a must have either. Overall will come back. But Katsu is really becoming the new hype of the day for Japanese food, following the Sushi, Ramen, Japanese Curry, Katsu trend. So I came in with a critical view. I feel like Yoshoku in general may be next but I yet again digress. The box sandwich came in a cute little box. The inside was packed so I couldn't get a chance to fully appreciate the cafe, but the service was nice though the pay line may have moved slower than hoped. I'll say this. This is "the" best katsu sando in the bay. The katsu is crispy, but little on the softer side. But this hardness matches perfectly with the absolutely tender, soft, juicy pork wrapped inside. I'm looking at the menu again and it all makes sense. The pork has been in shio koji, making the meat ever so tender while adding the subtle but complicated marinated flavor. The cabbage is plenty, but not over packed to take away from the main Katsu flavor. What really perfects it for me, was not only the sweet and savory katsu sauce, but the mayo with dash of I think a karashi mustard. That slight tingle, the perfect kick gives a powerful awakening of flavor that really sets the it apart. This is art, an artisan. Culinary art is the refuge no raging rampant AI slop "art" can ever hope to touch. Until the day we get some cyborg implant to our brain into gustatory, olfactory functions. Even then, I don't think any tasteless tech bro are hopeless to create anything unique or beautiful.
