    Matchas and pastries

This coffee shop is so adorable and worth a visit! Although I haven't tried the coffee (lol matcha girly here), the matcha is fantastic. The pastries were amazing as well! We tried the vanilla custard bow (so cute and picturesque) and the veggie quiche, and both were delicious. Vibes are minimalist but cute and welcoming. The San Francisco mural is so cool and there's a decent amount of seating although it was mostly full. We met one of the owners and it was amazing to hear the passion that he and his wife have for the place (he manages the coffee and she the pastries/cafe!). They love the community their cafe creates and it's simply wholesome vibes. Can't wait to be back and try more of the delicious pastries and drinks!

Minimalist coffee place in the Dogpatch area. Always plenty of people working at the coffee shop. Waited in line for a couple minutes to order, there's also a lot of yummy looking pastries. Orders a 8oz latte ($5.75). Some drinks have 3 sizes: 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz, I think it's best to go with two sizing options, but a lot of variety of items. The coffee was good, creamy, had good chocolate notes with maybe a cherry note, but was not my favorite.

Cute, cozy and bright coffee shop in the Dogpatch. I really enjoyed the vibes here and it makes a great day office. Unfortunately, for me, the drinks fell short and didn't quite deliver for me. Their pastries however, were a hit. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The interior is bright and airy, feels really relaxing to spend a few hours working or reading. They have WiFi here, so that's a bonus and kind of makes up for the drinks.

The ice cubes are actually cold brew!!!! It's attention to experience like that that makes me respect this coffee shop. The Thai banana cold brew literally has a banana blended in it! It was sooo yummy and due to the coffee cubes, your drink will never water down! The pastries looked so yummy, and the wall art in this shop is so beautiful. Looks like its a great place to study/catch up on work.

Came in specifically for their originals. We got the Sherpa (cold brew, oat milk, coconut oil, coffee cubes) and the Thai Breakfast (cold brew, banana, oat milk, spices). If you're going to put something on the menu as an "original", it should be able to stand behind that title. Both were disappointingly watered down, and the flavor just wasn't there. The ingredient lists sounded interesting, but it felt like everything was just thrown together without much thought about how it would actually taste. The space is cute, but the drinks didn't deliver. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I'll be coming back.

Cute coffee shop and cafe open decently late in Dogpatch. Came here for a late afternoon snack around 4:30 on a Saturday and they still had some pastries left! I got a slice of banana bread that was delicious for $5.75. It had a nice unique bouncy texture. I liked it a lot! They had a ton of drink (tea & coffee) options as well. There was a decent amount of inside/outside seating but everything was taken -- seemed like a busy day Cool art inside & vibe is very chill. Could probably come here to do work on the weekdays.

Came by a Wednesday morning (~9AM) and it was very busy. Most tables were full with folks either chatting or on their laptops working. However, the line moved VERY fast, we were in and out in around 10-15min top. I ordered a lemon custard croiffin and a dirty chai. BOTH WERE AMAZING!!!! The croiffin had the flakiness of a croissant, but at the same time fluffiness of a muffin. They lemon custard was a not too sweet and a perfect citric taste, not super sour. They had a plate with samples, which I found very unique. I was able to try a few of the pastries they had and decide which one I liked best before buying them. The staff were very kind and the spot felt very cozy. Overall, will definitely revisit this spot! They have a few parks around too, so it's a nice place to grab a coffee and pastry, and walk around.

Had a $4, $1 tip 12oz "Just coffee" with cream. It was good! Not too light for a modern coffee shop, either, where I often find the "regular coffee" too acidic and buzzy (my personal taste is old school dark roasts). The staff were nice and helpful, even though I wasn't awake yet! The interior is pretty nice, a little tight but that's kind of the norm these days. It was a beautiful day today so I sat outside in the shade and it was perfect.

This is a great spot to bring babies because there is a playground next door and plenty of space to bring a stroller if you sit at the outdoor seating. Parking is fairly easy too. My favorite thing here is the pastry, the devil inside. The texture of the bread is chewy and soft while the egg inside makes this a good breakfast.

Aesthetic design and unique menu items at this coffee shop. I got the Thai Breakfast coffee drink and it was interesting. It was like a combination of a smoothie and cold brew. The banana was pretty overpowering, but it was still a good drink. Not sure if I would drink it regularly though. My favorite part was the coffee ice which is such a good idea so the drink doesn't get too watery

CoffeeShop is a cozy and chic little stop in the Dogpatch perfect to grab your cup of Joe! While my go to place was a to-go kiosk close by, CoffeeShop is where you go to linger. It's a third space to meet up with friends, work remotely, or even have a casual first date. The cafe is also dog friendly so you can chill with your non-human bestie. The matcha latte was solid as well as the croissant! Hope to visit again!

Latte was delicious, devil inside was warm, and the staff is super friendly. The service here is pretty quick, don't worry if there's a line. Filled with people wfh inside, if you didn't get a seat don't expect one any time soon. There are a few seats outside as well.

Loved it! The place is nice & clean. Staff were nice & coffee was prepped quickly. - Latte & Americano: both really good. Well roasted and not bitter. - Butter Croissant: sooo good, I was pleasantly surprised. Freshly baked, fluffy inside, crispy outside. - Poppy seed morning bun: really good, flaky & tasty - Vanilla Cream Bow tie: sweet & tasty

I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

We chose this large city location thanks to easy parking and a convenient stop on our drive. It was a beautiful morning, which was easy to enjoy thanks to the high ceilings, big glass windows, and open main door. The first floor has a central counter to order food and drinks; the glass cabinet has a bunch of rotating pastries from a local bakery. They have restrooms and a merchandise area here too. At the front are counter seats along the front window, and also a horseshoe that looks into the roasting area, which is a great place to smell the beans. There's an upstairs loft that overlooks the cafe below, also with a test kitchen area and offices across to the front. They definitely have a larger business going on, and I can see why it's so popular. We ordered a latte, iced coffee, and various pastries to start our day. Prices were reasonable for the quality. But I have to praise that they do work fast and service is great. Indoor seating will be a tiny wait but is worth because the inside is so lovely, more like a Japanese tea room rather than some cafes that lean towards the clean modern usually all white interior look. We got seated at this cute little tea area almost felt like a sushi bar vibe. I was impressed that I could see that they had different water kettles labeled with appropriate temperatures for brewing their matcha. So I ordered for my date and me: matcha latte, matcha pie, and the cookie trio. Matcha latte was good! Nothing too crazy but still really good, I'm more of a hojicha person nowadays but solid drink and beautiful textured milk. The PIE! This is their best dessert and for good reason. Citrusy, but not terribly sweet, rich yet still has the subtle matcha flavor. I could see potential for a fall forward hojicha version of their pie one day. $10 for a slice but worth to share Cookie trio was a good pick too. My favorite was probably the Kinako oatmeal raisin cookie and I think would pair well with any warm drink. Matcha white chocolate cookie was not too bad, I think it benefited a lot from the bit of sea salt on top. The Hojicha chocolate walnut cookie was my second favorite! I don't see many hojicha desserts happening yet in matcha cafes so this cookie was a delight to have and honestly I've gotta try making my own. So warm but not too dominated by the chocolate. I wanna come back because they've got a matcha chestnut cake I wanna try next, just stellar for the desserts
