OK so this review is late but I'm definitely going to post it. So first of all the pictures were the day after I got my gel manicure. I wanted to get my nails done and this place is literally down the street from my house I gave it the benefit of the doubt and you know the saying don't cheat on your nail salon yeah worst decision ever. Don't give me wrong they took me in super last minute literally nine minutes in the Christmas schedule which was cool,but not worth the 100$ for my regular polish toes and this . Honestly a bad experience , the salon looks so beautiful and fancy so I thought it would be a good experience BUT I was so wrong ! Terrible place . I put a timer she only did 10 mins on my feet . She used a nail file for my heels and her tools are so dirty she didn't use gloves on me . If I could give it less than one star I would!!!! I showed up within the window of my appointment time. I was booked with a technician named Mindy. Mindy, however, refused to come out from the back and to do my nails. When I booked the appointment, they had a 9:45am available. I told them I would not be able to make it at 9:45a and that I'd be 5 to 10 minutes late. At that point the female who booked me, told me that there was a 15 minute grace Period and as long as I showed up within that period (before 10am). I would be totally fine. I have a huge event to attend tomorrow and drove 30 minutes to this appointment, only to be turned away. I was at the desk checking in at 9:55. This is Absolutely unprofessional. The girls at the front desk could see the notation made the day before, that said I would be arriving 10 minutes late. I did not receive a phone call and I am shocked by this behavior. I would never go back to this nail salon again. All I got was, " I'm sorry but she's refusing to come out from the back and we can't make her come out. What???? "Blown away!!! read more

I have been here for my gel manicures multiple times. They usually do a fairly good job with the manicure. The reason for the one star is for their service. The service isn't anything special, but adequate enough to return in the past. Until I got my gel manicure this morning with my sister, and had a very uncomfortable experience. The manicurists made multiple comments on how my sister and I look nothing alike because I have such a dark complexion. Pointing a finger like "she light, you dark hahahah". They laughed among themselves about it, and continued talking in their own language. I tend to have thick skin and it doesn't bother me with random comments like this. But if I'm paying you for a service you can at least be respectful. Don't think I will ever be returning or recommending a place to anyone. read more

Overheard 2 nail techs being extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to two customers who are sisters getting their nails done together (Friday, 1/24) They repeatedly kept laughing and acting shocked that these customers were related because of the different colors of their skin. UNACCEPTABLE. I will not be returning here, honestly it's never been anything special. Colorism is not ok, and it's not asking a lot for service providers to refrain from making comments on people's skin color, especially when it's in a "teasing" "funny" (negative) way. This behavior is gross, tacky, and EMBARRASSING. read more

Was happy with their safety precautions but was not happy with my service. My appointment was at 10:30, wasn't sat until 10:50. The shape is wonky, one hand looks great and the other hand looks like it was done by someone else. Happy with my toes except here filling away at the polish, making my skin sore trying to get the gel polish off before asking if it was gel and applying the remover and foil. My total was $98. 100% not worth the price, will seek else where for my next full. read more
