The short rib rigatoni bolognese was yummy! Pasta is al dente and came with generous portions of sauce. There was a decent amount of short rib buried in my pasta as well. Wasn't a huge fan of the bread that came on the side though. The sourdough was a little too tart, it was a lil mushy but wasn't toasted or warmed, and there's a hole in the middle. Surprised that they don't use the same sourdough as Rye Goods next door. Service was quick; you seat yourself at a table in the open space after ordering and they'll bring it out to you. The dining area is shared by Rye Goods patrons, but there's plenty of space to choose from

The food was good and the ambiance was okay, but I was really disappointed by the extra charges. They charged $6 just for buffalo sauce, and adding chicken cost another $7. That feels like a rip-off, especially since even many high-end restaurants don't charge that much for simple add-ons. The taste was okay, but honestly, nothing special enough to justify those prices. Overall, I expected better value for the money.

Industrial area in Tustin... but somehow fresh, wood-fired pizza?? Already our 4th time here and the food is very consistent! Not to mention great food + tons of seating =perfect for studying or co-working. Must-gets: Green Goddess salad + Chicken Calabrese Piadina + sausage & peppers pizza

3/14- Take out order Came by last night since there was an Event next door at Even house . It wasn't crazy packed or super busy so when you enter there is a table with menus & a sign to stand there and wait . The Asian cashier/ customer service team member wasn't warm or inviting nor friendly .. she actually looked overwhelmed to be honest and didn't event greet me or anything so I just placed my order and grabbed a drink from their fridge and paid & still tipped even though I wasn't happy about my entire experience with coming in this establishment. I asked her kindly how long it would be she stated 15-20 mins . So, after the timeframe trashed to grab my pizza I ordered . I like the pizza is made fresh to order in their oven ..ingredients were fresh and delicious but I don't think I'd come back here to find in or order take out based on my overall experience last night .

My friend had heard about this place. I don't know what to expect, but it had great Yelp reviews. It's a small restaurant, 2 small tables inside, but plentiful seating in the common area. There were 4 of us , we ate family style. The pizza was good but I thought the pasta was even better. The salads were very good as well. I brought the salads home, my husband said it was 10/10. We ordered the green goddess, Caesar and the parlor salads. The service was great- order at the counter and the food is brought out to you. Definitely plan to go back, I would order the salads and pasta. BTW, next to them is a great sourdough bakery. I just didn't have enough space.

This place was fantastic. You order at the counter then find a spot in their indoor or outdoor patio dining area where your food will be brought out to you. Everything was freshly made and delicious. Extra bonus: Service was great and friendly. Would definitely go again and again.

Hole in a wall eatery in Tustin! The parlor is located on red hill inside the same plaza as rye goods and a golf simulator. Plenty of parking, ordering is self serve but servers were bring food out to you. We got the margarita pizza, Cacio e Pepe, Cesar salad, and tiramisu. Margarita Pizza- (8/10)-not overly salty well cooked and thin crust good ratio of sauce to cheese Cacio e pepe (9/10)-not overly creamy pasta was a little to al dente for me but love the black pepper and cheese flavor Cesar salad (6/10)-bit too crunchy not too much flavor, focaccia was little soggy Tiramisu (10/10)-favorite dish! Soaked with khalua not overly sweet and good coffee flavor Overall service is fast and they have HH! Would love to try the sandwiches my next visit!

Fiori e Limone with truffle oil and prosciutto

Great place to meet up friends for a play date. Plenty of seating and what kid doesn't like pizza and pasta. I ordered the Fiori e Limone pizza and added truffle oil and prosciutto and I'm already craving to have it again. My husband, whose usual pizza is meat lovers, was pleasantly surprised. The service was a little slow but there's a reason why they're so busy!

My classmate and I were looking for lunch after a long day of fire training and legal proceedings at the courthouse. Came back to this gem and it's 2 for 2! Came in and was greeted by the friendly staff. Plenty of open space and seating for both sunny days and rainy weather. Really good music and vibes all around! I ordered the margarita pizza and an iced latte. Barista always makes great recommendation for sweetness so if you ask them they'll hook it up indefinitely. Check it out!

Great place for a quick lunch break. Panini and turkey sandwich were huge portion. Fresh and tasty. We also got the Rigatoni Bolognese. Highly recommend. Definitely come back to try more item. One issue is the parking, very crowded building, not much of space even on the street. Best to come before or after the lunch rush.

-The food was amazing! -we sat out in the common area and really enjoyed our meal. -The only issue was the music was so loud inside we had to yell out order. (My parents had a really hard time in the actual store)

First of all I love the open shared space they have with Rye Goods. Great spot for meet ups and doing work. Plenty of seating. Good for kids to roam around but bring your own entertainment. Parlor offers a variety of selection from appetizers salads panini pasta and pizzas of course. I tried their green goddess salad. Yet the dressing was good , the salad was so disappointing, portions were so small perhaps only a few pieces of herbs with 2 small pieces of avocado, very much lacking overall Would suggest not getting this and opt for something else

A very cute warehouse kinda place close by just to hang out have good food and great coffee. Tried a few things in the past and all pretty fresh. Had pasta rigatoni which hit the spot. Their ingredients are so fresh. If you are looking for something quick and less crowded then this is it!

It is not a comment on the hostess, the live music, the kitchen, or the rest of the staff. It is entirely a reflection of the service we received from our assigned server. HOSTESS -- POLITENESS AND PROMPTNESS Excellent, and worth naming first. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly on a Saturday evening at 7:00 PM, which is no small thing at that hour. She was professional and gracious from the moment we walked in. The live music was a genuine pleasure and added real atmosphere to the room. Nothing in this review should reflect on her or on the musicians. FOOD Solid. The menu offers a good selection, and the wine list is well constructed. We ordered the carpaccio, the Spaghetti Carbonara, and the Rigatoni Bolognese. All three were good, competently prepared and enjoyable, though none rose to outstanding. If the food were the only consideration, this would be a comfortable three or four stars. SERVICE FROM ALESSANDRO (Saturday 08/08/2026 @ 7 pm PDT) This is where the evening failed. As first-time guests, we received little attention from our assigned server, Alessandro, throughout the meal. What attentiveness we did experience came from Steve, a server working other sections entirely, who noticed us unprompted and expedited what he could from his end. Steve was courteous, observant, and genuinely helpful -- he read the table correctly without being asked, and he deserves recognition for it. When it became clear we were ready to leave, Steve took my credit card and handed it directly to Alessandro. Alessandro appeared to forget he had been given it, and then delivered my credit card to the wrong table. The result was a long and avoidable wait, and I ultimately had to approach him directly to resolve it. I will own my part: I raised my voice, and that was uncalled for. I regret it. What I cannot excuse is the response. Rather than de-escalating, Alessandro became defensive and matched my volume. In a service-oriented establishment, that is the wrong instinct. One of us was a frustrated guest at the end of a long wait; the other was on duty, and the standard is not the same for both. We did talk it through afterward, which I appreciate, but the exchange should never have reached that point. I will also note, in fairness, that Alessandro brought three cookies with the check. It was a thoughtful gesture and we were thankful for it. It did not offset the conduct that preceded it. The unfortunate part is that everyone else we encountered was pleasant and professional. My thanks go to Steve, who was the role model here and the reason the evening did not end worse than it did. But a single server's handling of a first visit is what a first-time guest takes home, and on that basis we will not be returning.

This Costa Mesa location is located just south of the 405 at Harbor Blvd. Go to Baker Street and turn left and it's right there. Easy Parking. One thing you gotta know about the deep dish pizzas, they take longer to cook cause they're just so big and need more cooking time, like maybe 35-40 minutes, depending on how busy the kitchen is. We get a classic combo pizza and have some drinks while we wait. It arrives and oh boy does that look good. Dishing it out takes a little practice, but we're good at that now! My friend highly recommended this pizza place, so I had to give it a try!…read more First of all, the thin crust was absolutely my personal favorite. I love a good thin crust, and the fresh ingredients really won me over. The price is also very reasonable. A large pizza is under $30, which I think is a great deal--honestly, I'd even say it's on the cheaper side these days. They don't have different pizza sizes. You can either order by the slice or get a whole pizza. One thing I really liked is that you can split a whole pizza in half and choose two different flavors. That's definitely a big plus, especially when you're ordering for a group. The pizza itself is surprisingly light and clean-tasting. Even though you're eating pizza, it doesn't feel heavy or greasy at all, and I didn't feel weighed down afterward. Now, one small downside: you have to pay for water, and even hot sauce or ranch costs extra. Since the pizza itself is reasonably priced, I'm not really complaining, but... if I have to pay extra for every little thing, I can't exactly say I'm thrilled about it. I did really enjoy their habanero hot sauce, though! It had a slightly unique flavor that I really liked. After eating with my friends, I seriously debated whether I should buy a whole pizza to take home for the kids. I loved how thin and light the pizza was, but for my personal taste, it was a little... ordinary. It wasn't quite a "WOW, I have to have this again!" kind of pizza for me. So I decided to pass this time and thought, "Maybe next time if I'm in the area." Would I come back? Yes! If I get the chance, I definitely would.
