The ladies who work and own this French Creperie are super sweet. I stopped in early for a cortado at $4.50 and some toast. I had the classic avocado toast for $11. The avocado toast came on artisan sourdough bread, which they toasted well. I really appreciated that. The toast came with freshly sliced avocado, sea salt, tomato, feta, a fresh abundance of micro greens, and balsamic with a touch of lemon. The toast was great. All the ingredients played well together and tasted great. The well toasted sourdough gave the toast great texture. The cortado was very good, too. It was rich in coffee flavor and smooth to drink. I loved that they served it in a proper Gibraltar glass. So mant coffee shops around town miss this important glass. The service was very nice and welcoming. They offer inside and outside seating. Cute Joint at the corner Mission Blvd and Emerald St. Nice place that offers healthier choices and fulfilling items. Place has an indoor and outdoor seating. The price is in the high end. Presentation was cute with their plates and drinks were ok. Clean and great service. Absolutely loved my visit at The Point Creperie Cafe! From the moment you walk in, staff are welcoming and the big glass windows make the place feel inviting along with the seating/decor. There are SO many crepe options both savory and sweet. My husband and I opted to share the berry sweet crepe and it was phenomenal. The fresh strawberries and the cream cheese glaze were delicious! The crepe was big, perfectly cooked, and one of the best crepes I've ever had. I got the trinity iced latte which is cinnamon, vanilla, and honey. Such a great combination of flavors and was sweet but not too sweet. A balanced and delicious latte! I loved the inside decor and the location it is in. Amazing place to stop for coffee and a crepe! What a refreshing change to see a new concept take over a PB suite that has been a carousel of sandwich shops over the years. The Point Creperie Cafe is located on a busy corner on the main drag near the waterfront. The owners have brightened up the interior and turned it into a cozy setting. Over a dozen sweet crepes, ten savory crepes, and various coffees and teas made up the menu offerings. There were also some baked goods and miscellaneous items in the display case at the service counter. The crepes were priced from $8 to almost $16 each depending on what types of toppings were added. My choice was a Flambé Crêpe that had cinnamon sugar, caramel sea salt sauce, and banana as the ingredients inside a freshly made crepe on a griddle. A small cup of whipped cream was provided on the side in my takeout container. The warm crepe was a sugar rush treat late in the afternoon before I was headed out to exercise. The caramel sauce made the product extra decadent. Being so close to the beach, nearby curbside parking can be very difficult to navigate at certain times of the day (and year). The service from the lady worker was very pleasant. For the quality and price of my crepe, I gave a solid four star rating for my visit to The Point Creperie Cafe. read more

I was told off for trying to throw away a dog poop bag in the trash, which I understand can be an issue, but the way it was handled was unnecessarily rude. A nicer explanation or offering an alternative would have gone a long way. As a traveler, this left such a bad impression that I wouldn't want to come back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to other visitors. This place does not disappoint! My partner and I are local and we visit frequently. The "Bacon Me Crazy" crepe and "Berry Sweet" crepe are our two favorites. The crepes pair well with one of their delicious mochas, too. Staff is always so friendly. Inside feels clean and there's lots of natural light, which is a bonus. This is a gym of a little eatery in Pacific Beach most coffee and breakfast spots in PB try to create a vibe with loud music and disturbing music but the tranquilness of the point reflects the owners and their island upbringing of relaxing nature I assume French Polynesian now onto the food the most excellent selection from crepes to croissants breakfast sandwiches acai bowls and very affordable compared to the shops around the area... The shop is family owned and you get that family feel in the food they serve. Crepes were overall pretty good. There is one big improvement needed, IMO. Had the breakfast crepe and it could stand to have about half as much sauce. They used a thousand island-like dressing which was not a great flavor with the breakfast crepe. And there was too much of it. One of those cases where less would have been more. As for the space, it needs some sound dampening foam on the ceiling and upper walls. Extremely echo-y and loud with small groups. Plus, the blender for smoothies is quite overpowering as the noise bounces off all the hard surfaces. Perhaps some sound deadening could be built around the blender too. I do like that they use ceramic, rather than plastic plates and real flatware. The water cups are plastic, however. I would eat here again, but a few tweaks to the food and space would give it five stars. read more

Super cute little cafe. At first it looks like a cool spot to chill and drink coffee but no - they have crepes too! They may seem expensive but once you see them you'll know why. I ordered the veggie crepe - first off, it's huge and also, it's stuffed with yummy carmelized onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese. Amazing flavors! My husband ordered the bacon me crazy crepe- also good. My kids ordered sweet crepes - a Nutella one and a berries and cream one. Also super good! We barely finished it all but nothing went to waste. Don't sleep on these crepes! I know there's a lot of popular breakfast spots in the area but this one is so good and you could just grab food and go eat on the beach. I reviewed many places before choosing this one. Not sure why it has all 5 stars but I was disappointed with a quality of our crepes. I had the Frenchie crepe with bechamel sauce. Now I have not pleasant "after taste" in my tummy, maybe because of the sauce ? Coffee was also bitter. Service was nice and fast. Ambience is nice too.
