Great first experience! You can get a pour card that's linked to your credit card and swipe it for the beer, cider or wine you wish to try. The cool part is that if I just want to taste it, I could literally pour $1-2 worth. So I tried 3-4 different beers and my total was under $10! My hubs had some sort of bean quesadilla - it was okay but I would def try other food items the next time I'm there. Brought the family (including a 3 year old) and dogs here for the Tuesday concert recently. We have been before and never had an issue. We ordered our food and expected a wait of about 30 minutes according to the app. The first food (small pizza for my wife) arrived in about 10 minutes. We asked the waitress when we could expect the rest of the food because we liked to eat together. She looked put out by the question, shrugged her shoulders and just walked off. Mine came out in another 10. My adult daughter's came in another 8, leaving the 3 year old without his meal (he had nee snacking on the pizza). I asked this server why the 3 year old's food had not been delivered and she stated they were busy. I explained the interaction with the first server and she apologized and said that she must not have understood what I was asking. She went back to the kitchen and brought out the last order within another 2 minutes. I guess I expect better when eating as a family and 3 of your orders are a pizza, breadsticks, and pretzel and you should be able to time it right or get somewhat close. If you can't figure it out on your own, maybe add an option on your app that you can check if you want everything brought out at once. The app also forces you to tip prior to receiving your food so that there is no incentive by the staff to make things right. I was really excited to try this place but since I went there by myself with my dog I couldn't have my dog inside to pour my beer. I was told I can clip him outside while I was inside but I did not feel comfortable doing that since there were other people with their dogs outside. Why advertise that it's a dog friendly place when you can't have them inside for a few minutes to pour a beer when you go there by yourself?? The concept is basically do everything yourself. You seat yourself, order your own food, get your own drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic), pay on your phone (and tip in advance, which is ridiculous since they do nothing) and are asked to clear your table as well. Why did I go out to dinner??? Our pretzel (appetizer) was rock hard. My husband's tacos were clearly made in the microwave and the taco shell was crusty and the cheese was disgusting. However, my fish and chips were actually really good. No one ever checked on us or asked if we needed anything. When I finally flagged someone down and told her about our food, she took off my husband's rootbeer (2, because there's no refills). I promise I'm not a Karen. I had by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a restaurant I placed a curbside order for pick up. I arrived approximately 20 minutes after placing the curbside order. The website noted it could take up to 30 minutes for curbside order, so I waited in my vehicle for another 20 minutes with my hungry toddler before calling the restaurant to check on the order. I called multiple times with no answer from any staff, so I unloaded my toddler in the rain and walked inside to check on the order when I arrived at the counter the order had been sitting ready for pick up and when I questioned the server about it, she said that you're supposed to go inside to pick up your order however, that's not notated on the website and they didn't answer any of my phone calls in order for me to know I was supposed to go inside to pick up the order. This is also not the first time Ive been here. Several months ago I placed a curbside order, which was brought to my car. To say the least, I'm very disappointed and will not be returning to this location. They need to work on their customer service. read more

Very average food, and basically you are your own server. We had tacos from the happy hour menu. They were not good. Chicken and some kind of sweet cole slaw on a tortilla. If someone blindfolded you and you took a bite guaranteed, you would never guess taco. It wasn't horrible, but it definitely was not good and was not a taco.
