Scotch-Whiskey Tasting: my friend and I thought this would be a very fun event to make a reservation for on a Saturday night. It started at 6:00 p.m., limited seating so you must reserve and keep in mind you need a CC to hold reservation. The location is in the hustle and bustle of the lobby of the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa. The open room was blocked off for this private event, 14 participants in all. The event consisted of 3 2oz. pour plus small savory bites. Guy, our host, was wonderful, took us through the history, how to taste correctly and all the nuance of brands and types. I personally do not drink scotch or whiskey, I did try each tasting though and thought the information given was very interesting while my friend drank and ate the rest of my portion. He loved it! My only negative comment would be the acoustics. The location is horrible. Both my friend and I found it hard to hear with all the other people in the surrounding areas. The host should be given a mike or block off the room more with temporary sound panels to deaden the background noise. Atmosphere: small, great display of scotches and whiskeys. Host: excellent, very knowledgeable. Drinks: very good

Scotch lover? Scotch curious? looking for an interesting discussion about history? The Scotch Library is for you! We booked the Friday Night 6pm guided tasting and it was phenomenal. I enjoy scotch whisky - all whiskies in fact - and Guy provided an entertaining, fascinating and enjoyable evening. My husband is not a whiskey guy and enjoyed it too. Totally worth the time and money to stop in and enjoy the evening. You're surrounded by one of the country's best collections of fine scotch, some of which pours for $6,500 a GLASS. We did not drink order any ;-) but to be in such an atmosphere was a treat. Despite this, the tasting was not pretentious in the slightest. Just lovely, and a great way to kick off my birthday weekend. Pro-tip: sit as close to the presenter as possible. The Scotch Library is not enclosed and the surrounding noise makes it hard to hear him at times - and you don't want to miss it.

The experience was like spending time with an old friend that shares a love of scotch. Guy is incredibly knowledgeable and humble. A couple hours flew by, and I have garnered a whole new method of appreciating the spirit. Introduced to some fantastic scotch. If you have an idea of what you like, Guy can guide you to tons of options.

He's an excellent host and will be able to teach even the seasoned scotch drinker a thing or two about scotch.

We made our way down the stairs and the hostess was there ready to check us in. We didn't wait at all and got seated right away. Once seated it took a while for the server to come take our order. There was live music going on which kept us entertained for the time being. After about 15 minutes, she finally came over to greet us and take our drink orders. We ordered: 1 WILD STRAWBABY - Ocho Blanco Tequila, Bergamot, Strawberry, Pineapple, Lemon, Almond Milk $22 1 50 FIRST DATES - Bumbu Rum, Cascara, Brown Sugar Date Syrup, Coconut Milk, Cinnamon Sprinkle $22 1 BLUEBERRY MULE - Blueberry, Lime, Ginger Beer $13 The drinks didn't take too long and another bartender dropped them off. Water was never offered to us and was only given to us after we asked. All the other tables were given water once they were seated. Our drinks were good but we chose to just have one each and we left. The live music was great. The musician was playing the piano and kept it fun and upbeat. The inside is pretty cool and unique but service could've definitely been better though. *There's a $10 cover fee per person when there is live music*

We sat outside under the misters, and as the afternoon started heating up, Angie was quick with recommendations, attentive service, and knowledgeable suggestions. Her friendly personality and attention to detail made our entire family feel welcome and well cared for. One of the things I love most about this location is how spacious it is. It's always lively and bustling without feeling crowded. The golf simulators, lounge areas, cigar lounge, and thoughtfully designed spaces throughout the restaurant give guests the option to create whatever experience they're looking for, whether it's a casual meal, drinks with friends, or a more relaxed evening out. I brought family visiting from New York after a day at C2 Tactical, and everyone had a fantastic time. Our table enjoyed a cheese pizza, a build-your-own veggie pizza, a pepperoni pizza, the Caprese sandwich, another delicious sandwich that disappeared too quickly for me to remember the name, and a Caesar salad. We also enjoyed a few glasses of wine, some martinis, and mocktails for the kids. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality from start to finish. The hostesses were warm and welcoming, our food runners were friendly and efficient, and even our stop in the attached liquor store was a great experience. We picked up a few bottles of wine on our way out, and the gentleman at checkout was incredibly kind, patient, and personable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. If you're looking for a casual meal in a stylish, beautifully designed, and inviting atmosphere, Trevor's Scottsdale is the place to be. A special thank you to Angie for making my visiting family feel so well taken care of. Angie's attentive service, friendly attitude, and genuine hospitality made our experience memorable, and we can't wait to return.

I got a nice fruity cocktail that was sweet. I enjoyed it. Everything was reasonably priced. All of our drinks were pretty glittery, it made everything really pretty. And then 20 minutes passed our reservation time, still no one came over. We said something to one of the young ladies working, and she took us back. We asked her if the guy even said anything that we were there, and she said no. Other people were just walking in and out, but we were told we had to wait. Who knows, maybe he just forgot. Not sure how, but whatever, we still had fun.

I'm gonna give three stars because the service was great at the bar and the server was attentive outside and quick although she didn't know the menu well. I ordered the cheese plate to split with my children and no one knew what was on it when I asked, but I was later informed that I got a tomato jelly and honey mustard as the sauces. To me a $30 cheese plate would not come with a container of honey mustard so I was not impressed. When I asked what cheeses were on it they told me there was 2 different cheddars. There was no way it was a cheddar it was a very soft cheese. I believe it was a goat cheese. The almonds were probably the best part of the whole platter. My husband got wings, which were very big. He enjoyed those and the sauce, and my other daughter got meatballs, which she enjoyed, but thought they were a little spicy, I find that usually when kids order things that are spicy servers will say just so you know that has a little bit of heat to it to which the waitress did not again, I don't think she was very knowledgeable on the menu in general .
