They solve difficult problems with sewer lines, especially cast-iron pipe lines in most homes over 40 years old. Relining the cast iron pipe before it leaks avoids the significant expense of replacing it when it is under the slab of your home. They are lined with a fiberglass sleeve that guarantees the pipe for an additional 20 years. It also replaces the cast iron pipe's jagged, rough surface with a smooth liner that reduces the risk of future clogging. They camera the pipe to identify all problem areas. They also re-camera the pipe after the sleeving to document that the repair has been completed satisfactorily. You get a copy of both videos. By Friday they had already delivered the excavator, and Saturday morning Julio and Antonio got to work right away. They quickly located the issue, installed new leach lines, connected the piping, and restored the area when they were finished. One fine day, we saw water all over the floor, and knew what was coming .... followed the normal…read moreprocedure - called restoration guys, as usual they were ready to rip everything off, put the fans, call the insurance and give you a hefty bill but they won't check the leak location. So, I called the leak detection guys - they did a pretty good job in detecting the lead and now I know I have to do a re-pipe. So, I called repipe folks. I had about 7 repipe folks came and give me the quote. Stefan of Repipe Home Hero was the first person to visit and gave a no-nonsense clean quote and it was the lowest of the lot. The best part was he mentioned before hand that his quote will be the lowest. Stefan started the work on the planned day. Done with the repiping in 2 days - on time and very efficient. Started the water on 3rd day to check leaks and requested for inspection. Inspection done on 3rd day 10am (as told) and then started to work on the drywalls. In next 2 days, the whole drywall repairs and painting (matching the texture) were completed with perfect cleaning. The whole work fully completed in 5 days. I am very late to write this review after ~1.5 yrs, but I am still fan of what Stefan and his co-worker did back then. It was pure professionalism, no-nonsense no-haggle no-ripping-off quote, always on-time, respect of the property and privacy, no wastage of time, absolutely clean work, thorough checking after the work done, perfect patching of the dry wall and complete matching of the texture. Also, was ccd on an internal email from the plumbing company. The lack of attention to detail is astounding. iI disputed a plumbing bill in 2024 after being told my concerns would be reviewed. Instead of receiving any follow-up, I heard nothing for nearly two years. The next contact I received was from a claims investigator who was immediately confrontational, refused to explain who they were when I asked what "CDI" stood for, and quickly threatened legal action. At no point did I refuse to pay the bill. I simply wanted to understand why my dispute had never been addressed. After I contacted the company directly, a representative apologized for the situation and agreed to reduce the balance from $475 to $350, which I paid immediately. I then get a call this morning again from their CDI department. The harassing phone calls after this has been resolved are unnecessary. While I appreciate that they were willing to reduce the amount and resolve the bill, the lack of communication for two years and the way this was handled caused unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company. Also, they do not carry garbage disposals, so if you have an after hours emergency or plumbing regarding that do not call. They will not be able to help until the next business day.
