PRO'S - not really much except the new guy employee that was great cashier. The decor was ok but typical for a restaurant inside of a grocery store. CONN'S- As I have been here before an has been a hit or miss with these people an when I went with my family this time again I got the bad business part of this restaurant. The young girl (as seen in the picture ) that works there needs to understand that yelling or talking loud an making the customers feel below her which is a typical Korean habit as is my same culture but she needs to understand how to smile an she needs to understand customers are right in any situation in a full service restaurant . The owner needs to train his employees on customer service as that is why his business is open. As a food critic for a local magazine I do not feel that this business should get any great ratings for the service nor the food. When the owner is there I have a feeling the food is better as he must know why he opened. I have taken photos of the girl employee an the food that is not acceptable of this kind of establishment. By the way when confronting the business about there problems the employee (young lady) ignores you an the new guy is puzzled about what to tell me an then he owner walks up an says he heard about it but all he could tell me once was he was sorry but no resolutions to the problem or as a owner you supposed to hear them out an give a solution. Decent fried chicken, pretty good kimchi fries (not as good as Chilantro or Hoodadak). They also have bubble tea or smoothies. Those can taste overly sweet, and I know sweet!! so get a mild flavor of tea rather than a sweet fruit smoothie such as watermelon. The fried chicken is crispy but the green onion chicken was way too overpowering, it could not even be eaten. got the original 7piece fried chicken along with the kimchi fries; after seeing someone else digging into the chicken, i couldn't resist. i intended to eat alone, but ended up buying enough food to feed two normal people wait was long but to be expected; fresh perfectly fried chicken doesn't come quickly! they gave a good assortment of thigh and breast pieces, and the dark meat was moist and juicy. some breast pieces were on the dry side but still delicious. the kimchi fries could've done better if they were a little thicker (in my opinion) and the bulgogi didn't seem too fresh, rather something they premade a while back and just threw on top. but i definitely will be coming back for the chicken! will try their spicy sauce next time :) read more

I like that it's in H Mart, so we can shop then eat, or vice versa. It sells tapioca milk tea and fried chicken, two of my favorite things! I got their jasmine milktea, it has a fragrant taste and smell of jasmine tea to it, not too much ice and just the right amount of tapioca (small ones) to it. It's $3 per drink, a good amount. Didn't realize it was located inside the supermarket when I drove over there. Seating was a bit congested but we found something and it wasn't bad. And I had my two boys with me (1.5 & 7 yr olds). The wings are worth it. We had the garlic and hot and spicy ones. They were good. If you're looking to try something new, go for it! We will definitely go back. I finally came to try this place during my lunch hour and it turned out great. I ordered the marinated chicken 9.99 which consisted of 7 pieces of mixed chicken. Flavor was a little tangy with a hint of sweet. Now I wouldn't say it blew me away but it did satisfy my craving. I tried to get them to give me only dark meat because I really can't stand breasts but they said they couldn't. I gave them 4 stars because customer service is hit or miss here, it takes a whole 20 minutes to have your order ready and I really think they need to figure out how to cut that down to 10, sometimes when they mix the sauce it doesn't cover all of the chicken, and the last time I called and ordered a 14 piece, I got there and I got a 7 piece and since I called ahead and didn't want to have to wait an extra 20 minutes just for the extra 7 pieces, I let it go. Every time I'm at H-mart I always stop for the hot and spicy chicken and the garlic sensation. I prefer the garlic sensation over the hot though because I'm not a fan of super spicy.
