The only other flavor I've had is the spicy which is WAY too spicy for me and doesn't have much of any other flavor. For those that love spicy fried chicken, you have to try their hot and spicy mix! If you can't handle spice this WILL give you a lot of trouble. I'd say it's comparable to the fire noodle spice that they use in those video challenges! Although the sauce is super spicy it's delicious and packs a lot of flavor while still having a nice crunch! But it is cooked fresh so the wait can range from around 20-30 mins. Each chicken order does come with a bowl of pickled radish as it pairs well! This fried chicken is legit!! The gf and I come to hmart to eat a lot. We come here so often that we made friends with the owner of Bibijo Express. And when we heard the word that he will be opening a new fried chicken stand a couple food stands down from Bibijo, I could not contain my excitement. Why? Because I love fried chicken!! I've never had Korean fried chicken, but I've been told that it's amazing. Well whoever told me that is freaking correct. As soon as it opened, I decided to give a go. Although it's a 15 minute wait after you place your order, I did not mind at all, because that only meant they don't just cook the chicken and leave it out under a heat lamp to serve whenever someone orders it. They cook it fresh every order. When it finally came out, it was steaming hot and crispy. Not only that, but the meat was some of the juiciest, most tender chicken meat I've had. I had the spicy 7 piece which was fresh, hot and spicy. It was very crispy and the heat level was just right for me but may be spicy for others. They provide you with disposable gloves as well as pickled daikon. It does take about 20 mins since they cook to order which is fine with me. I wished they served a side such as plain rice or even fries. I ended up getting kimbap which is Korean sushi from the other food court. We were introduced to this chicken a couple years ago and we finally were able to make it to the shop inside HMart. As for the chicken, I had the 7 piece hot and spicy chicken. It was a little pricey (around $10), but the pieces of chicken were fairly large, so it made it worth. The skins was beautifully crisp, and the sauce was sweet and spicy. Be careful though; it's the kind of heat that adds with each bite to get progressively spicier. The chicken was juicy. Problem is inconsistencies in battering and spicy sauce. My leg piece hardly held the sauce while other pieces had spicy sauce dripping from them. The sauce is Not suppose to drip. It should adhere properly to the chicken. They need some tweaking in their recipe. My chicken pieces had so many small shards of bones I kept removing while eating it was annoying(other than the wing and drumstick).
