But mostly! For the the garlic plus, it has a garlic taste with a sweet tangy to it. Also the pickle radish is a must when eating the chicken, the pickle radish cut the greasy feeling from your mouth. Leaving a refreshing cold sweet sour taste after. Might sound weird but have to try to understand it! The only issue with this location is it's inside a grocery store and it get very pack on weekends. During Saturday is hard to find seats or clean seats. Sunday if you come before 1-2 pm you will be able to find tables and have a smaller crowd. Didn't have any expectations, so I was pretty open to trying it out. It was pretty decent. Crunchy, sweet and spicy. If you think Shin cup noodles are spicy, you'll think this is too. I thought the 7 pieces was quite a lot. For some reason, I thought they'd be like medium sized pieces but they were big like wings (bigger than your normal chicken wing at say Wing Stop or etc). I was only able to eat 3 because I also bought an order of kimchi fries to try. The order of fries was huge in my honest opinion. You can see pictures that other people posted, and it's pretty good. Mine weren't crunchy, but they were still pretty good. Prices were a little on the high end to be honest but fair for the amount of food you're getting. For 7 pieces of chicken, it was 9.99, and the fries were 6.99 I think. I spent about $18-19 dollars for those two, and it lasted me two meals. Seating was a bit tough. Not that many spots because a lot of people come to H-mart to eat, so you're competing with other people to sit down since there are many food shops. We received our order of the 14 pcs combo (7 garlic and 7 hot and spicy) along with kim chi fries. The kim chi fries were so soggy that I had to take a moment to think about Oh My Gogi's fries to help me get through some of it. The saving grace was the garlic flavored chicken. It was a great balance of sweet and semi spicy and my preferred choice over the hot and spicy. What's interesting about Toreore is that they don't do the typical drums and wings but instead use all parts of chicken, so out of 7 pieces of a flavor, you really only get about 5 pieces of meat. The flavor was really good and the skin was super tasty/crispy, but I felt the way they cut up the chicken, you wouldn't get maximum amount of meat. I got the marinated fried chicken 7 piece for $9.99 that includes a variety of bone pieces and a styrofoam cup of daikon soaked in a sweet vinegar soup. I've been here twice already and the first time we ordered the kimchi fries, small order of Gang Jung chicken and the hot and spicy chicken. Although the chicken was nice and crispy there wasn't exactly a distinguished burst of flavor to it. The hot and spicy chicken though, the second time we went we knew we had to order it again. The spice sauce gives it such a nice kick that compliments the crunch of the chicken skin and juiciness of the meat. We also ordered the garlic plus chicken and that was okay as well. It was on the sweet side and packed more of a flavor than the other one we ordered the first time but the chicken pieces were not that great... I feel for the most part you're going to get some pretty amazing chicken pieces, but they might not always be consistent with it. After he licked his fingers he realized my family was watching so he panicked and went to the back of the kitchen. We ordered as soon as we entered hmart so that it would be ready when we finished grocery shopping (about 15-20 min). We asked for the sauce on the side because we were taking it home (40 min drive).
