I want to give a shout out to both Kennedy and April! I first went to the UPS Store in Stevens Creek Blvd to do a live scan. I came in 30 mins before closing and April assisted me. Unfortunately the live scan system was down. I was so devastated as I was coming all the way from Pleasanton. April then called this UPS store (Campbell) to see if Kennedy can assist me. It was a 15 min drive to this store from Stevens Creek store so by that time I arrived, Kennedy was getting ready to close the store but she assisted me, taking her time with me. I also want to add that when I arrived this store, Kennedy said that I left my drivers license in Stevens Creek store! April was more than willing to drive my license to Campbell store. I was here 2 times in one week because I needed to get my fingerprints scanned. I came in day 1 & I am asked what I need, as I am speaking to the worker she interrupts to take a personal call, she then hangs up after I wait about 10 minutes & she finishes my fingerprints in under a minute. I'm later emailed that I need to redo my prints because they weren't able to read them. Day 2 I come back to explain the email I received & right away a different worker asks how she can help & before she even looks at the email I'm showing her she tells me that I need to reprint paper work & that they need a copy of the DOJ rejection (which is what I am trying to show her) she proceeds to to interrupt me while I'm trying to explain that it's what I'm trying to show her & then she says she needs to charge me $5 for printing 1 sheet of paper. I drove 30 minutes & I was helped very poorly. I would go to a place where they actually value their customers. Terrible attitude & rushing even if there's no other customers in the store. read more

My family needed a notary for some documents and I did a quick search of locations near us. We had gone to a location in Los Gatos before and were not happy with the service. Luckily we had a great experience here. Kennedy helped us with a complicated job of several people and several documents. We were finished and out the door in less than 15 mins. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was so happy and grateful I asked if I could hug the gal. Sorry I didn't get her name but she was truly, truly helpful! I needed to return two items to Amazon. One had this strange square scanner thing. Well I was directed to Los Gatos, Cupertino, Sunnyvale in the rain, large package, with a four year old. I took the package and child out of the car four times and was turned away due to this weird Amazon square scanner thingy. Anyhow, I went in to this store, immediately greeted with friendly conversation. She took the box, scanned the phone and DONE! I had another package not taped or shipping label printed but she took it and did it all for me. She even interacted with my son, playing and having a great time. She folded a dollar bill into a fancy flowery heart/ bow tie looking thing for my son's piggy bank! Two female employees, very sweet, friendly, HELPFUL. And oh my gosh very, very close to where I needed to go next! Not sure why Amazon directed me to these other ups stores, they didn't have the technology to scan the square code, but this one did. Same yourself time, frustration, and go for convenience and ease! I will return, I can't say thank you enough. Came in here yesterday, and while I appreciated the effort of the worker to print off something, the customer service was just not there. While I was there, another customer came in to ship something and the price was astronomically higher than the contents he was even sending, so he obviously did not move forward with it. My dad is an avid fan, having a mailbox with them for years...so when AT&T told me that I could go to any UPS store to have them pack & ship my cable boxes back to them, this was an easy choice. Let me say that I'm happy with them when it's come to Amazon.com returns & the AT&T box returns, but the process is painfully slow. It's like these people only know one speed, despite the # of people in line... and most of them tend to be sort of gumpy. Add to that the limited parking. I'm not sure this is going to be my go-to place once I get this Etsy shop thing off the ground. I also have to mirror what Tyler A. said exactly about key cutting. Not only are they drastically more expensive, they also sold me a key that didn't work. It was very obvious as to why it didn't, it was cut on an angle. The clerk happily cut me another, but it still didn't work. She told me I could come back if it didn't, but I don't want to bother. It takes too much effort. For $2, I had one made-perfectly-and perfect the first time, down the street at CVS. Eh. To their benefit, I will say that when I wanted to mail my dad something to his mailbox instead of his home address, I called and said, "Hey, I'm Chatty, you know my dad? Chatty's Daddy? What's his box number so I can mail him this card?" I was politely informed that their privacy policy forbids them from sharing that information. Despite that it's the whole reason my dad HAS a box there, I did appreciate their respect for his privacy. read more

Not helpful. I wanted to ship some items across the country and instead of assisting me with that, they stood around and weakly explained how complicated and expensive it would be to ship three boxes of stuff and a tv. The annoying part is that I had called ahead of time to ask about the shipment of my items, including the TV, with specifications regarding everything I was planning to ship and was told over the phone that is was no problem and given a reasonable price estimate. However, after packing up my car with everything and driving to the store, I was met with bored looking employees reluctant to assist me in the process. I recommend driving to FedEx/Kinkos nearby and shipping instead. It's a little more expensive, but Melissa the manager there is a million times more helpful and eager to do her job than the UPS employees at this store. read more

I was stoked to have a p.o. box here because I really needed one and I thought 160 for the year sounded fun! Anyway, My own box & key they looked vintagey I loved it, and a key to the front part of the store for 24 hours access. sounded great to me! I didn't live within walking distance so I wouldn't always be able to make it during regular hours, i really liked that option So a week after I called to check if I had any mail & I spoke to the manager Mr. Neil MacLean...Not the friendliest experience. He mumbled a greeting I couldn't understand so i inquired of my p.o. box status and he told me of a $5 dollar fee for calling more then once a week. It was my first time calling but I told him if I called more I would like to pay & how would I do that.... Come to find out the fee didn't even exist yet, it was just his idea? He told me it "will" happen....So I made a mental note of that filed it away in the ups file in my brain...moving on! I said thanks and to let me know when it comes into effect. then he asked "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I was a little annoyed he was rude & threw a non existent price in my face & couldn't even remember what I wanted.. After that I'd go during normal business hours and no problems no worries I love getting my letters. The stamps are over priced for sure its 8.50 for a book of stamps this man charges 10 50 are you kidding me!!! I love my box love the 24 hours accessibility but meh totally had better! read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. Now. I do. For a long time, there was a super grumpy man that used to own this location. But his is no longer there thank goodness! Yay! Happy dance. This place is now the best UPS store around! I noticed the difference right away as I entered the location. Cassandra greeted me with a friendly hello as soon as I walked in even though she was assisting a customer. I was so shocked that I immediately said: "Wow. That is so nice of you to give such a warm greeting as busy as you are." The service continued to be great as I asked questions about my shipment. Everything was explained in a warm friendly manner yet very knowledgeable. Cassandra also offered me supplies that I would need to make my shipping complete, like the clear pouches. Just really happy to be super helpful. I am so glad that the staff is amazing. This is the first UPS experience where I was offered the receipt and the person was cheerful about offering it. Other stores act like it is a big pain, but not this one. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the other super friendly lady that works with Cassandra. But she is super nice as well. What I love about this location: -Warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff -They will offer your bill of lading pouches or whatever you might need without asking. -Not too busy. I've never seen a line there because they are so efficient. -Easy peasy parking. And they have dedicated spaces right in front of the front door which is super helpful when you have large packages to unload. -They offer a receipt very cheerful. You don't even have to ask. The next Amazon Prime shipment that does not work out, I will make sure that I go to this location. You will love both the staff AND the service! Oh and there is a Baskin Robbins nearby so you can get a treat after completing your chore. read more

Stay away from this UPS store! They quoted my elderly parents $75 to send a regular letter sized envelope to Shanghai, China by 3 day mail. The letter sized envelope contained 5 pieces of paper. My parents decided to send it through regular 6-10 day delivery given the exorbitant quote, and they ended up being charged $55. This same service through USPS costs $25 for International first class mail. This gross overcharge is unethical. I called and spoke with Monica. She claimed that the charge was what their computer displayed when she entered the information given to her. She let me know that the owner would give me a call back. I am waiting to hear back from the owner. Updated review: Monica immediately called her manager who was able to locate the mailman who had picked up the letter. We were able to get our letter back and we were refunded the $55 that was charged for the service. We then took the letter to USPS and mailed the same letter through regular 6-10 day mail for $25 ($30 less than what this UPS store was charging). I appreciate the effort Monica and her manager put into locating the letter and retrieving it for us. Monica also offered discounts for future visits. However, I still strongly question the pricing difference and the UPS store's ability to easily offer discounts that seemingly should be built into the base price. read more

Don't go here for fingerprinting... I tried making an appointment before arriving but was told I didn't need one. Well, apparently I did, because I ended up waiting in line (just me...nobody else) for over 10 minutes while 3 employees either ignored me or were "busy" helping their ONE other customer. Really? Then while I was being fingerprinted, there were technical difficulties, which, hey, I totally understand. I work too. My issue was with this guy who was helping me. Just plain rude, as if it were my fault the machine was malfunctioning. A sense of humor goes a long way, buddy... The final straw for me was when this guy was explaining the fingerprinting process and had absolutely no patience with my inquiries... Yeah, I get that you do this every day, but I don't, and I would like to make sure my documents are going to the correct place, because my career as an educator kiiiiiind of depends on it. Sheesh. Overall I was in a great mood when I walked in, and a crappy one when I left. I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere. read more

Monica and Jasmine are fantastic! A friend and I came in today to have our fingerprints taken for an application (Live Print), and they were helpful, friendly, and very fun to work with. They were able to walk us through the process, while still giving prompt service to other customers both walking in the store, and calling in for help with their orders. They made us feel well taken care of (and only a little felonious ;) ), and were even able to help us send our applications with Certified Mail, saving us another trip to the post office on a super hot day! I LOVE THE SERVICE I RECEIVED!!!! So my husband and I went here around 5pm on Wednesday to do my fingerprint for notary. We were helped by April and let me say this, SHE'S AMAZING!!! I've been to many UPS store before and the service was either "no service at all" (when I drop off my package) or "not good enough to write a review" (I mostly write review for restaurants since I love eating LOL) I printed out a wrong application and April told me I can use their computer to print out the right application. I saw that they typically charge .69 cent per page, so I printed out 2 pages and expected to pay the fee. When I bring the application back to April, she was so helpful and super connected, we talked about the notary class we had to take and the test and blah blah blah and I felt so comfortable with her. Then while we do my fingerprints, she didn't stay silent like the one that helped me before in other stores, we talked about babies (bc April sees that I'm preggo) and that makes the process easy, quick and us happy :) Her amazing service didn't just end there, she gave me a discount for the fingerprint..OMG YES, THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I love this place, this will be my go-to UPS. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS STORE, NEW MANAGEMENT. This UPS is horrible under the new management. The previous owner always honor the terms and promise and when the new owner took over this year everything is going down. NO respect to their clients. I used their mailbox service and finger print service. The Staff named April is also horrible in delivering service. Took 30 minutes to do the finger print service. I told them the contract I signed with the terms was under the old management period and ask if they would honor it. April said OK. So I keep my mailbox service when them. Today April just called me on my cell saying that I need to upgrade my account to business account with Business name because it is the owner's order. I asked if she/owner is no longer honoring the agreement and she just said the owner said we had to return your parcel to sender if you dont upgrade your account (unfriendly manner). I said OK, when I get back tomorrow I will upgrade my account to receive the parcel and then cancel the service. She is ok. Four hours later DHL calls and told me the UPS store returned the parcel to them and asked them to return to sender....I TOLD APRIL I WILL UPGRADE AND ACCEPT THE PARCEL WHEN I RETURN HOME TOMORROW. Instead she just went ahead and return the parcel without my consent. what a great business to run. Lucky that DHL called me before they send it back to sender.
