We came to have a document notarized, the store was pretty quiet when we got there. The young man at the counter was friendly, efficient and appeared experienced when he went through the notarization process. So you ask why only three stars? well, we were charged a total of $60 for two pieces of paper, each has two signatures on it. So it was $15 per signature which was much higher then I anticipated. Staff and manager are super friendly and helpful, but Livescan services are sub par. All fingers were done at once resulting in rejected fingerprints from the FBI. They would not redo or refund. We ended up redoing at the sheriffs department for only $69 TOTAL cost and they did each finger separately resulting in quickly approved status from the FBI. read more

The worst customer service experience i've ever had. the lady was so condescending and rude and treated me like I was stupid. I needed help with amazon returns to which she responded with "I don't know what you want me to do." I called the store to let the manager know how disrespectful and unprofessional she was. I had to return a pair of shoes to Amazon and they told me drop it at my local UPS store so did. I hadn't taped up the box but apparently they would do it cos the employee just took the box with the shoes inside, printed my return label and asked me if I wanted a receipt. It was the easiest thing in the world! Things are so easy to do now that computers run everything and I'm sure glad I know how to do everything as far as computers go cos a lot of people don't ( like the older people in my family ) but everything is so SIMPLE and SEAMLESS now... frankly it's SCARY! read more

In terms of the store itself, it's situated in the Kirkwood Plaza, so there are usually a ton of parking spots available, including the dedicated spots directly in front. The store is always clean and stocked with plenty of shipping options, bags, and great cards (should you be last minute). I come to this location with some frequency - and by that I mean a few times a month, for the past few years. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by friendly faces and prompt service. Even if there appears to be no one up front by the time I make it 1/4 of the way into the building, someone shows up to the front! Whether I'm dropping something off for shipment, sending a package, or simply buying stamps, April Boozer provides consistent, top-notch, knowledgeable service. I always secretly hope that she'll be the one to help me because I know I'll be able to get in and out quickly and with satisfaction. My wife and I asked for a live scan for an FBI report. I was very clear in what I wanted. We received a California DOJ report. This is completely different from what had been requested. I have been a box holder at this UPS Store Location for almost 3 years. This UPS Store is one of the best ran UPS Stores I have ever worked with. I am now a box holder at another second UPS Store in Southern California so I kind of rate them all to see if they measure up to Campbell. April and Kennedy both have been there for a while, super professional, smart and always helpful. Several times April has gone above and beyond. Super thanks Ladies!! If I owned a company I would hire you both. I have had packages sent all over and once they helped me get money back when UPS was unable to get my package overnight, I was shipping a computer to Southern California around XMAS and it took longer than expected. This is one of the best UPS stores around. It's a great location for me, and drop off and pickup of packages is super easy, no hassle. I've even used their notary services here ($15). The clerk Kennedy helped me out and she is user friendly. She saw me waiting outside 15min before the store opened and decided to help me with my package drop off anyway, great customer service! read more
